THE SUMMER season has well and truly arrived - which means many of us will be jetting off to soak up some sun abroad.

But while fake tan is a godsend for us, the paler beauty buffs, it can become a patchy mess whilst on holiday and constantly cooling down in the swimming pool.
Luckily, one woman has now taken to TikTok to reveal an easy hack that will not only leave you with a fabulous glow - but will also ensure you don't turn into a walking tiger bread.
The best part? You only need two products - and one of them is currently slashed to just £3.50 at Boots.
Dropping the knowledge bombs online, Maureen Moores revealed that you can mix your favourite gradual tanning lotion with a fake tan mousse for the ultimate holiday tan.
In the clip, the Irish stunner said she used the cult favourite Dove Gradual Tan in the shade Medium to Dark and added her go-to ''normal tan'' in the bottle.
The ratio here should be 50:50, so if your bottle of gradual tanning lotion is brand new, you could just pour half of it in a different bottle.
Maureen said: ''You put this on every night or every second night when you're on holiday - and the glow...
''My tan goes all dodgy and stuff like that by like day whatever - but this, this actually helps so much.
''This is my tan secret on a holiday,'' said Maureen who posts under the username @ maureenmoores.
She wrote in the caption: '' @Dove Beauty & Personal Care my false tan hack that saves me on holidays for real!''
I'm a bikini waxer - you're making a fake tan mistake & here's the reason why your privates are kicking up a grim smell
According to the beauty buff, you can also enjoy a cool dip without any worries of the faux glow going patchy.
''I do swim everyday (never perfect but best if tried yet).''
To ensure you don't walk around with mega orange hands, it's also best to use a special mitt when applying the tanning concoction.

Superdrug Solait Self Tan Mousse Medium - £4.79 (was £5.99) - Buy Now
Tester: Abby Wilson, Senior Fabulous Digital Writer
Review: "This product give a very natural looking tan and if you wanted something a bit bolder, I'd suggest leaving it on longer or choosing a darker shade. I'm impressed with the results, but now my entire room stinks of the stuff. If you're on a budget and want a tan for last-minute plans, I would say this is one to try. "
bBold Dream Mousse Tan in Dark - £9.50 - Buy Now
Tester: Josie O'Brien, Senior Fabulous Digital Writer
Review: "The first thing that hit me about this tan was the 'juicy watermelon' scent - it's delicious. I was left with a natural bronze hue rather than orange glow. My only qualm is that the tan seemed to stick to my dry patches and accentuated 'strawberry skin' on my legs. I'm still adding this tan to my arsenal though - the smell, colour and texture are dreamy."
St Moriz Professional Medium Tanning Mousse - £4.99 - Buy Now
Tester: Kate Kulniece, Fabulous Writer
Review: "Not only does St. Moriz mousse leave you with a gorgeous bronzed glow, but it also smells fabulous - think Piña Colada on a sunny beach. At first, I was a little bit sceptical cause I'm a gradual fake tan girlie, but this quick developing St. Moriz number may change it all."
'This dove gradual tan is unreal!'
And it's not just stylish Maureen raving over the wallet-friendly Boots buy - as other beauty buffs were also singing praises.
One of the 78k viewers said: ''Used this for years - the darker one out of the 2.''
Another chimed in: 'This dove gradual tan is unreal!''
A third shared their go-to tanning product: 'Palmers gradual lotion!!!! Please try you won't go back.''

One lucky ticket holder could take home a life-changing £210million in EuroMillions jackpot - making them the UK's biggest lottery winner

One ticket holder could become the winner of a record-breaking amount of money on Tuesday. The next EuroMillions jackpot could rise to £210 million, which would become the highest prize ever won in the UK. If there are no winners on Tuesday, it will now stay at 250 million Euros for a further four draws until it must be won in the fifth draw. In the 'Must Be Won' draw, if no ticket matches all five main numbers and two Lucky Stars, the jackpot prize will roll down into the prize tier where there is at least one winner - likely to be five main numbers and one Lucky Star. A single UK winner would instantly become the nation's largest-ever National Lottery winner. They would knock into second place the anonymous winner of a £195 million prize in 2022. It would also make the winner twice as rich as Sir Andy Murray on £100million, leave £75million England captain Harry Kane in the dust and just head off Anthony Joshua with his £195million fortune. WHAT COULD YOU BUY WITH £208MILLION? The 'world's most expensive penthouse', owned by property tycoon Nick Candy at One Hyde Park in central London, made available on the market for £175million. The costliest ever Rolls-Royce, the £20million Rolls-Royce Arcadia Droptail - that is, ten of them. The next James Bond movie - the last instalment, No Time To Die, was budgeted at £184million. Covering the estimated £208million cost of the ongoing Covid inquiry. Spain and Barcelona's Lamine Yamal, 17, judged by analysts to be the world's most valuable footballer at £200million - ahead of England and Real Madrid's £175million-priced Jude Bellingham. Enough £52 75cl bottles of Moët & Chandon Champagne to fill an Olympic-sized swimming pool and about half of another one. 218,947,368 Mars Bars, at 95p apiece in UK supermarkets. It follows an Irish family syndicate claiming a EuroMillions jackpot worth 250 million euros (£216 million) on June 17. The jackpot had reached the maximum amount on June 6 after rolling over several times. This historic Irish win surpassesd the previous EuroMillions record of £195million, which was won by a UK ticket-holder in July 2022. The winning ticket was sold in a retailer in Munster, County Cork, the Irish National Lottery said. The winning numbers from the draw were 13, 22, 23, 44, 49 and Lucky Stars 3 and 5. Under Irish National Lottery rules, jackpot winners can choose to remain anonymous. 'We are absolutely thrilled to have heard from our EuroMillions winner,' Irish National Lottery spokesperson Emma Monaghan said. 'At this point, our priority is to give them the necessary time and space to make arrangements and let this life-changing news sink in.' Andy Carter, senior winners' advisor at Allwyn, said: 'Tuesday's jackpot has the ability to transform not just the winner's life, but the life of the friends and family around them. 'So, make sure you get a ticket to be in with a chance of banking Britain's biggest ever win.' Players should get their EuroMillions tickets - either in store or online - before 7.30pm on Tuesday. An unknown UK ticket-holder was handed the country's record for a EuroMillions jackpot of £195million on July 19 2022. That was even more than the prize landed by Joe and Jess Thwaite, from Gloucester, when they scooped a then-peak £184,262,899 with a Lucky Dip ticket for the National Lottery draw on May 10 that same year. Mr Thwaite, a communications sales engineer, told how his wife who ran a hairdressing salon was asleep when he noticed the winning numbers on the National Lottery app - and he opted not to wake her while browsing for potential new homes. And last December it was revealed a British participant had become the country's third biggest National Lottery winner of all time after hitting a jackpot worth £177million. The single ticket-holder, who chose to stay anonymous, came forward to claim the EuroMillions jackpot after the draw on Tuesday November 26. Among the big winners who did agree to go public with their good fortune were Colin and Chris Weir, from Ayrshire, who were handed £161million in 2011. Colin died aged 71 eight years later after getting through just half of his jackpot, with most of it having been shared between family, friends, and charities. The EuroMillions draw is a biweekly lottery in which members of the public in the UK and eight other European countries participate - with draws held on Tuesday and Friday evenings.
