In a strange way, the most exciting aspect of last season's Premier League was the race for Champions League football. The destination of the title and which teams would be relegated became abundantly clear too early to be truly compelling. Spurs need to recruit, having seemingly missed out on the signature of target Morgan Gibbs-White. Finishing in the top four would be a remarkable achievement for Frank, especially considering Spurs ended last season one place above the relegation zone.
