Instead, India Today has exclusively learnt that the film will introduce the 'Alpha' agents — played by Alia Bhatt and Sharvari Wagh— in a carefully designed post-credit sequence that connects directly to the next YRF Spy Universe source closely associated with the project confirmed, 'The decision to not include Shah Rukh Khan in the post-credit scene is strategic. For 'War 2', the focus is on what comes next — and that's 'Alpha'.'Alia Bhatt and Sharvari, who lead YRF's first female-led spy film 'Alpha' slated for release in December 2025, will be introduced in a short but powerful cameo at the end of 'War 2', similar to how Marvel teases its next chapters.
