The vehicle, identified as a 2003 Ford Mustang, was found by the sheriff's office on Highway 21. After authorities pulled the vehicle over, the driver allegedly took off when deputies approached the car.
Eventually, authorities used a tire deflation device and caused the vehicle to lose control and go into a ditch. The driver was arrested and was booked on multiple felonies to go along with over a dozen traffic violations, authorities said.
The driver reportedly said, 'Why didn't you just stop chasing me at 120?' to which the deputies responded with 'That's not how this works.'
The release said the driver was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
