Tarek El Moussa cited for battery following heated physical altercation in Las Vegas casino

Tarek's flip side. Tarek El Moussa was cited for battery after the 'Flip or Flop' alum allegedly knocked a man out in Las Vegas last week. The HGTV star and another male were involved in an altercation at the Palazzo at the Venetian Resort in Sin City on June 5, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed to Page Six Tuesday. Witnesses alleged to TMZ, who was the first to report the news, that they saw El Moussa, 43, deliver a knee to the man's head, which knocked him out cold. An onlooker claimed to the outlet the incident was 'bad,' adding that the guy looked seriously hurt. The alleged victim reportedly refused medical attention. A source told Page Six that El Moussa was 'protecting his elderly father' after the man allegedly got out of line with the real estate investor's dad. Cops arrived at the scene around 11 p.m. and took a crime report. Though they declined to arrest El Moussa, he was cited for battery. A rep for El Moussa did not immediately respond to Page Six's request for comment. A few days ago, El Moussa's wife, Heather Rae Young, shared snaps from their family Vegas trip on Instagram. 'Not our average Vegas trip… ,' she captioned the post. 'Watched Tarek do his thing on stage (so proud!) and made it extra special by bringing our parents along for the ride.' 'We got to show them a glimpse behind the scenes — our world, our work, and of course, the glam. Grateful for these moments that we get to spend together. ,' the former 'Selling Sunset' star, 37, added. Young did not mention the altercation.

Tarek El Moussa Gets Public Show of Support From Wife Heather and Ex Christina Haack After Las Vegas Battery Incident

HGTV star Tarek El Moussa made a very poignant return to social media in the hours after he was involved in a physical fight in Las Vegas—sharing an emotional tribute to his teenage daughter, Taylor, in a joint post with his wife, Heather, and his former spouse, Christina Haack. The heartwarming post, featured a sweet image of the three 'Flip Off' stars posing alongside Taylor, 14—whom Tarek, 43, shares with Haack—as well as the former couple's second child, Brayden, 9. In the caption, the El Moussas and Haack urged the the teenager to learn from their past 'mistakes,' noting that they hope their own struggles help to lead her to a 'brighter future.' 'Taylor we are so proud of you and so excited for you to head into the next stage of your life. Our beautiful, smart, incredible, bright light we all love and adore you,' it read. 'We hope all the mistakes you've watched us make throughout your life help to guide you to a brighter future…. love you baby. High school here we come!' The post was shared just hours after it was reported that Tarek, who divorced Haack in 2018 and went on to wed Heather in 2021, had been involved in a physical altercation inside a Las Vegas resort. According to E! News, Tarek received a citation for battery after he was involved in the June 5 incident, which unnamed sources told the outlet had come about because the HGTV star was 'protecting his elderly father.' 'On June 5, 2025, LVMPD officers responded to a battery incident in the 3300 block of South Las Vegas Boulevard,' the local police department said in a statement. 'Two males were involved in a physical altercation resulting in one being cited.' It's understood that Heather, 37, was with her husband at the time of the incident, but that she played no role in the altercation, per TMZ. Tarek has yet to issue a statement about the incident; however, has contacted his spokesperson for comment. The joint post that the home-flipping pro shared is the latest indication of the strengthening bond between Tarek and his former spouse, Haack—whose relationship faced a very rocky patch after their acrimonious divorce and subsequent custody battle. However, after the duo signed on to appear together in their latest HGTV project, 'The Flip Off,' they went through a very public on-screen reconciliation, with Tarek offering his ex a great deal of support amid her breakup from Josh Hall. Haack and Hall's split came shortly after filming on the show had begun and was documented in great detail throughout the series, which was originally meant to feature the couple going head to head in a renovation battle against Haack and Tarek. However, after Haack and Hall announced that they had separated in July 2024, the latter was removed from the show. In the first episode, Haack was seen asking Tarek to come over to her Newport Beach, CA, house so she could speak 'in private,' before telling him that she and Hall had 'officially split up.' 'Things with Josh have been bad for a long time. Not just kind of bad. Like, bad,' she told him. 'And the kids literally asked me to leave. They told me he's not nice to me.' Weeks after the show began airing, Heather spoke exclusively to about the 'struggles' that she and Tarek had seen Haack and Hall going through, admitting that 'we kind of knew something was coming.' 'You definitely see some tension between them on camera and I would say like, after he left the show, [Christina] was much lighter. It seemed like she was happier and it made the show a lot more fun,' Heather explained. 'Whereas when he was involved, there was a lot more smack talking; and I know that she wasn't enjoying filming with him.' She went on to voice her support for Haack's new beau, Christopher Larocca, revealing that she and Tarek had already been on several double dates with the couple. 'We've gone to dinner with them a couple of times, and he's come to some kid things, and I'd say, so far I like him. I have nothing negative to say about him, and she seems happy,' Heather shared. Ed Jovanovski lists a Florida home he developed for $14.99M

Retired Canadian hockey star Ed 'Jovo Cop' Jovanovski is still scoring off the ice — as a Florida real estate developer. The former NHL defenseman for teams including the Florida Panthers — who is also now the team's sports analyst — is re-listing a Boca Raton waterfront estate that he developed for $14.99 million, Gimme Shelter has learned. The gated residence, at 989 Marble Way, first hit the market last year, asking $17.9 million. The modern, new-construction property comes with direct access to the Intracoastal, and it's within walking distance to the beach. 11 Ed Jovanovski during his Phoenix Coyotes days. He purchased that home with his wife Kristin for $5.2 million in 2011, according to reports. Jovanovski's current Marble Way listing, known as the Marble Palm Estate, comes with 120 feet on the water, and it's less than a mile from the Boca Raton resort. Built in a modern British West Indies-inspired style, the lofty lair is a roomy 7,677 square feet. It was designed by Brenner Architects, built by National Custom Homes and sits on a third of an acre. Inside, it features five bedrooms, five baths and two powder rooms. 11 A view of the open layout, which lends itself to indoor/outdoor living. Upstairs, the main bedroom boasts a sitting area, water views, a walk-in closet and a spa-like bath.
