Domino's announce tasty hot honey pizza is coming to Irish shores

As Ireland looks forward to another hot spell, Domino's are bringing a heat of their own this summer.
The pizza purveyors are jumping on the trend sweeping North America and introducing Hot Honey to their Irish menu.
Louise Pilkington, Domino's Director of Innovation (and honorary Queen Bee), said: "We've blended sweet, pure honey and fiery chilli flakes to create a drizzle that's so delicious; it might just become the talk of the hive.
"In addition to tasting The Ultimate Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza, customers will be able to add Hot Honey Drizzle to their Create Your Own pizza creations. It's been so exciting to bring one of my favourite ingredients to the Domino's menu!'
The Hot Honey Drizzle is the perfect mix of sweet honey infused with crushed red chillies and can be added as a topping to any pizza on the Domino's menu.
Meanwhile, The Ultimate Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza will see the hot honey drizzled over Domino's pepperoni pizza, made with signature fresh dough, vine-ripened tomato sauce, and a generous sprinkling of 100% mozzarella cheese.
Hot honey lovers will need to act fast, as the golden opportunity is only sticking around for four weeks.
For those with an extra sweet tooth, Double Choc Caramel Cookies – four double chocolate cookies with an indulgent, melt in the middle caramel centre – have also made a return to the Domino's menu.
The Ultimate Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza and Hot Honey Drizzle are available to order online, through the Domino's app and in Domino's stores across the nation.
In addition, Domino's Tasty Twosome continues with a medium pizza & classic side available for €17.99.

Diverse and inclusive workforces the ‘most relaxed and happy', says Taoiseach

His comments come as US President Donald Trump has clamped down on American taxpayer spending on equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) programmes, branding them a waste of money. He was speaking in an interview with Adam Long, board director of the National LGBT Federation (NXF) ahead of this weekend's Pride parade in Dublin. 'Companies will tell you that a diversity inclusive model is the most productive workforce and the most relaxed and happy place,' said the Taoiseach. 'When you go to the Googles of this world or you go to the major companies we have, be it digital companies or pharma, it is really a diverse workforce and a happy one as a result.' He said he visited LinkedIn recently which had a diverse workforce and staff were 'really happy' and 'in their space and in themselves'. The Cork TD said he is 'very anti' culture wars, saying they are rampant in the UK and the US. He said Ireland should 'avoid' it. 'There's too many activists in the UK on this stuff and Ireland should just avoid it. We have our ways of doing things, we should keep on the direction of travel that we began two decades ago or more,' he said. The Taoiseach said recent media interest over his comments in 2021 on how Irish people 'never were a homogenous group' is an example of how issues can get 'distorted'. He made the comments in an opening address to the Glucksman conference, which Independent Ireland TD Ken O'Flynn recently called to be clarified after the remarks were shared widely on social media. 'No one said a word for four years,' said the Taoiseach. 'We are in a space where there is distortion, where there is misinformation.' The Taoiseach affirmed support for LGBT+ people, saying on transgender people: 'Nobody should ever feel like they don't belong.' The Government is now facing legal action from the EU if it doesn't enforce European laws on hate speech and cyber security in the coming months. The Government last year decided to separate out controversial hate crime and hate speech legislation and drop the section on hate speech laws. The Taoiseach disagreed with the EU Commission, saying existing laws already go beyond the proposed EU laws. 'My understanding is the Minister [for Justicer Jim O'Callaghan] believes the Commission isn't quite accurate but it's a matter and we have to work out and deal with the Commission. We want to be in compliance with the European framework,' he said. 'In our common law provisions, we have moved much further than the Commission recognises.' He said the current hate speech laws, first enacted in 1989, were very 'far seeing' when they were implemented at the time. Mr Martin also said the Government and the Attorney General is currently considering a ban on conversion therapy, which the last Government also promised to ban.

Call for new and emerging artists to take part in Irish Cultural Centre's anniversary exhibition

AN open call has been issued for emerging Irish artists to take part in an exhibition celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Irish Cultural Centre (ICC). The site in Hammersmith, west London will host its ÍOMHÁ exhibition, which is Gaelic for 'image', from September 26, 2025 to January 12, 2026. The theme of the display will be 'journey', and the event is one of many planned to celebrate the centre's 30th anniversary milestone. Emerging artists who are Irish or of Irish heritage and living in the UK are invited to submit artworks to be selected for the exhibition. 'The ICC has a long-standing reputation as a prestigious gallery space, having exhibited the work of many of Ireland's most acclaimed contemporary artists and photographers over the years,' a spokesperson for the organisation said. 'This exhibition offers a unique opportunity to join a lineage of celebrated Irish visual art presented at the Centre,' they added. 'Open to new and emerging UK-based Irish artists and those of Irish heritage, ÍOMHÁ will celebrate personal, political, and imaginative interpretations of journey through painting and wall-mounted art,' they explained. 'This call is to artists of Irish heritage working in painting, drawing, mixed media, collage, or textiles.' To submit an artwork or several artworks, email a digital image of your work/s to [email protected] by Sunday July 27th. Include your contact details (name, address, mobile number, email), title of work, dimensions, a brief description for each artwork and a short artist biography. The cost to enter is £10 per artwork.
