BX Studio Hires Todd Griffin as Director of Engagement

BX Studio, a leading Webflow Enterprise Partner, today announced the appointment of Todd Griffin as Director of Engagement. Griffin, an accomplished agency veteran and former co-founder of Mustache, brings extensive experience in business development, account management, and strategic growth to the rapidly expanding digital agency.
In his new role, Griffin will oversee client relationships and business development initiatives, focusing on deepening partnerships with BX Studio's growing client base while driving new business opportunities. His appointment comes as BX Studio continues to formalize its organizational structure with dedicated directors leading each capability area.
'Todd's remarkable track record in building successful client relationships and driving agency growth makes him the perfect addition to our leadership team,' said Jacob Sussman, CEO of BX Studio. 'As we continue to expand our service offerings and client roster, Todd's expertise will be invaluable in ensuring we deliver exceptional value while maintaining our high standards of client service.'
Griffin co-founded Mustache, a Brooklyn-based content agency specializing in video production for brands and entertainment companies, which was successfully acquired by Cognizant Interactive in 2019 and later sold to Edelman. During his tenure, he led business development and account management, working with major clients including Netflix, P&G, Amazon, Facebook, Google, and Grammarly, among others.
'I'm thrilled to join BX Studio at such an exciting time in the company's growth,' said Griffin. 'After exploring various opportunities following my exit from Mustache, I was drawn to BX Studio's client-focused approach and innovative work in the Webflow ecosystem. I believe in what we're doing because I believe in the people behind it 100% without question.'
Griffin's appointment follows BX Studio's recent organizational developments, including the creation of dedicated business units and director-level positions to support the agency's continued expansion. The company has grown to seven figures in annual revenue since its founding in 2021, winning the Webflow Award for Business Impact and developing a dynamic partnership with Webflow.
'What I came to understand that I needed to forge ahead in my career was a real change, a challenge, and to be able to work with people that I admire and trust,' Griffin added. 'BX Studio fits that perfectly.'
BX Studio specializes in Webflow website design, development, and optimization services, working with clients including Headspace, FutureFit, Gorgias, SquareRoots, Algorand Foundation, Fifth Wall, and hundreds more.

Surge in viewers leads ION TV to extend current 3-year broadcasting deal with WNBA

NEW YORK (AP) — Caitlin Clark's arrival and a major surge in viewers over the past year led to ION Television reaching a multiyear agreement on Friday to extend its broadcasting partnership with the WNBA. ION, which is owned by the Cincinnati, Ohio-based, E.W. Scripps Company, did not reveal the length or value of the contract, which extends the network's original deal reached in 2023 to broadcast regular-season games and host a weekly studio show. Advertisement The existing three-year deal is worth $13 million per season. In a release, ION said the average viewership for its WNBA Friday Night Spotlight show increased by 133% from 2023 to '24, and attracted more than 23 million unique viewers, including game coverage. The jump coincides with Clark's celebrated rookie season in Indiana last year. The network reaches more than 128 million homes though its various platforms. Last year, the WNBA struck an 11-year media rights deal with Disney, Amazon Prime and NBC that begins in 2026 and is worth about $200 million a year. ___ AP WNBA: The Associated Press
