K-drama actresses Uee, Seol In-ah and Park Ju-hyun – who participated in their first triathlon in Season 1 (2024) – are back for another physical challenge.
This time, it is the brutal sport of boxing, and joining them is fellow actress Keum Sae-rok.
UFC fighter Kim Dong-hyun reprises his role as captain of the quartet, sharing his expertise in the ring and leading the actresses to victory.
From jump-rope drills to boxing techniques to sparring sessions, the actresses have 120 days to overcome their fears of getting punched and get fighting fit to compete in a boxing competition.
Each has to overcome personal obstacles, such as Uee's fear of hitting someone and Keum's lack of stamina. Seol, gifted with natural athleticism, falls in love with boxing and picks up the sport with ease.
The unscripted variety show also demonstrates the actresses' camaraderie, as they cheer for one another amid their gruelling training.

Jung Kyung-ho plays No Mu-jin, a labour attorney who, after a near-fatal accident, can see ghosts. In exchange for his life, Mu-jin is forced into a contract with a deity who expects him to seek justice for the wrongfully dead due to corrupt employers and unjust labour laws.
Assisting Mu-jin in avenging the dead are his sister-in-law Hui-joo (Seol In-ah) and her tech-savvy admirer Gyeon-u (Cha Hak-yeon).
Driving the 10-episode series are the chemistry between the trio and the cases inspired by real-life South Korean labour injustice.
For instance, an episode revolves around the exploitation and bullying of migrant workers, while another case involves Mu-jin seeking to shed light on the death of a young factory worker caused by the negligence of senior staff. There is also a tragic fatal workplace accident that is the result of a corporation cutting corners.
Though steeped in supernatural elements, Oh My Ghost Clients is more a dramedy than a horror or thriller.

The Projector to exit Cineleisure tie-up with GV, return focus to Golden Mile Tower

[SINGAPORE] Indie cinema The Projector on Friday (Aug 1) announced that it will exit its collaboration with Singapore's biggest cinema chain, Golden Village, at Cineleisure. Its final screenings at the Grange Road location will be on Aug 3. Golden Village will take over its operations at the Cineleisure site, it said in a statement. The two cinemas entered into the collaboration in December 2023 'to offer filmgoers a distinctive film experience'. The Projector and Golden Village currently each run three cinema halls in the location. The Projector said: 'The result has been an eclectic smorgasbord of fan events, themed gala premieres and interactive film screenings.' The Projector will be resuming its screenings at Golden Mile Tower from Aug 6, turning its focus back to its original space after the latest collective sale exercise for the building closed without a transaction. Founder Karen Tan said: 'Now, with the en bloc no longer moving forward, we have the chance to return home.' Sign Up Sign Up 'This isn't just a move, it's a return to our roots, a rewilding of sorts,' she added. The decision to return is an about-turn from The Projector's April announcement that it would no longer conduct daily screenings at Golden Mile Tower, where it had started in 2014. It would focus on events there, it said then, adding that the Cineleisure outlet would continue to screen movies daily. The indie cinema said the move back will allow it to focus on 'cultivating a distinctive, community-driven cinema experience', noting that the original site had 'always been a cornerstone' of its brand. It promised 'even sharper' curation, pointing to its upcoming SG60 showcase, a Paul Thomas Anderson retrospective and the 50th anniversary re-release of Jaws. This latest shift in the cinema scene comes as fellow cinema Cathay Cineplexes mulls shuttering its doors . On Jul 30, its operator, mm2 Asia, said that it had received more letters concerning outstanding rent payments and that it had made several changes to its board.

Peaky Blinders creator to pen new James Bond movie: Studio

Sign up now: Get ST's newsletters delivered to your inbox There has been no new Bond film since 2021's No Time To Die. LOS ANGELES - Steven Knight, the creator of gritty TV crime series Peaky Blinders, will write the highly anticipated next James Bond movie, studio Amazon MGM announced on July 31. Knight will work alongside previously announced director Denis Villeneuve to bring the world's most famous fictional spy back to the big screen after a prolonged absence. Amazon MGM Studios acquired creative control of the 007 movies in February, and has moved quickly to get one of Hollywood's most valuable franchises back into production. There has been no new Bond film since 2021's No Time To Die. Knight is best known as the mind behind violent British gangster series Peaky Blinders, which was set in industrial England at the turn of the 20th century and became a global hit. Running for six seasons, and with a Netflix film version currently in the works, Peaky Blinders turbo-charged the careers of leading man Cillian Murphy, alongside a stellar supporting cast including Tom Hardy, Anya Taylor-Joy and Kingsley Ben-Adir. In addition to Peaky Blinders, Knight also co-created the wildly popular television quiz show Who Wants to Be a Millionaire and has penned four novels. The Birmingham, England-based screenwriter, producer and director's other TV credits include Taboo, See, This Town, and All the Light We Cannot See. The Bond films, based on Ian Fleming's novels, have earned more than US$7 billion (S$9 billion) collectively at the global box office since debuting in 1962. No release date or title has yet been set for the film franchise's 26th installment. And despite frenzied speculation among fans, there has been no announcement on which actor will replace Daniel Craig as the suave British super-spy. Among the actors most discussed to be the next Bond are Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Tom Holland, Harris Dickinson, Jacob Elordi, and Ben-Adir – but Amazon MGM has so far refused to disclose the franchise's most closely guarded secret.
