Paul Heyman drops hints for Roman Reigns' return ahead of WWE SummerSlam 2025
Paul Heyman orchestrated the ultimate betrayal in the main event of WrestleMania 41 Night. First, it was his best friend, CM Punk, and then, in a shocking move, Heyman also left the side of his Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns.
The Wiseman chose to align with Reigns' bitter rival, Seth "Freakin" Rollins and the duo formed the Trifecta of Terror with Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker. Heyman came out with his pack of wolves this week on Monday Night RAW and planted the seeds that hinted at the return of Roman Reigns anytime now.

Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and Paul Heyman opened the July 7th edition of Monday Night RAW. The faction addressed the victims on their list, including Sami Zayn and Jey Uso, and vowed to take them out of action.
This led to the fans chanting for 'The OTC', and Heyman did not hold back but fired back at the crowd.
The former Wiseman stated that Reigns was not man enough to come face-to-face with Rollins and his faction. He also added that 'The OTC is MIA.' This has been the case since the RAW after WrestleMania 41. Roman Reigns came to confront Seth Rollins and Paul Heyman that night. However, he was beaten down by Bron Breakker, who revealed his allegiance with them that very same night.

For months, there have been rumors of Roman Reigns' return to
WWE
. A recent report by WrestleVotes stated that the former record-setting Undisputed WWE Champion would be making his comeback before SummerSlam, as he has been advertised for the show months prior. While he has been on hiatus since the end of WrestleMania, Reigns has been spotted in public appearances and was confirmed to play the role of 'Akuma' in the upcoming live-action version of The Street Fighter movie.
Apart from that, Reigns and his wife, Galina Becker were blessed with their sixth child recently. As the road to SummerSlam continues, the hints are beginning to drop on television surrounding Reigns resurgence back to WWE. So it will be interesting to see when he returns and if Seth Rollins and Paul Heyman will be the one he targets.
