Paulina, however, is worried about the case affecting her daughter and his wife Chanel. Amid this, things take a dramatic turn when Marlena (who is set to be part of the trial) faints in court and falls into Abe's arms.

This upsets Belle, who now needs to worry about the trial and her mother's health. Marlena's recent test results were normal, but Belle insists on getting more done.
