"Today" show meteorologist
Dylan Dreyer
and her husband, Brian Fichera, have parted ways after 13 years of marriage. Dreyer confirmed the news via her Instagram Friday, writing on top of a sunset photo, 'For many years I have shared my family with you all — the highs and lows. The ups and downs. And all of the blessings and beautiful memories in between.
The morning show star continued, 'I am incredibly grateful for the support and love you've given me through it all. For that reason, I want to share with you that a few months ago, Brian and I made the decision to separate.
Dylan Dreyer and Brian Fichera may have been drifting apart long before they announced their breakup this week, reports New York Post. A day before Dylan announced her divorce, she revealed she and the former NBC cameraman mainly communicated via text because of their busy and conflicting work hours.

Why is Dylan Dreyer getting a divorce?
Dylan Dreyer's announcement came as a surprise to some, but comments years ago suggest that the split may have been brewing for longer than anticipated. In an interview in 2022, Dylan Dreyer noted that she and her husband communicated mostly via text because of how busy their schedules and jobs were.
Live Events
'Our schedules mean we don't see each other much, but we text all the time,' Dreyer, 43, admitted in 2022. 'Sometimes it's even easier to have an important or deep conversation via text because we get all our thoughts out without being interrupted.'
Dreyer also claimed that she and Fichera, 38, were able to turn the texting situation into a positive thing for their relationship. 'We don't find it impersonal. At the time, Dreyer noted that she and Fichera felt that they could anticipate the other person's tone or intention through text.

In fact, just the opposite,' she said at the time. 'We know each other well enough to understand each other's tone so a lot gets accomplished through texting!'
But, three years later things changed as the 'Today' co-host announced that she and Fichera had split up after nearly 13 years of marriage.
In her divorce announcement, Dreyer said that she and Fichera intend to focus on co-parenting their three sons "with nothing but love and respect for another."
The meteorologist added that she and her husband began as friends, and that they'll continue to be friends despite the end of their marriage.

Despite the impending divorce announcement, they appeared together last week at the American Century Championship celebrity golf tournament. Dreyer played in the event and Fichera served as her caddy, and she posted several photos from the event.
'We began as friends, and we will remain the closest of friends. Most importantly, we will continue to co-parent our three wonderful boys together with nothing but love and respect for another. Thank you as always for your support,' Dreyer added.
The former couple is still living together while co-parenting their three sons: Calvin, 8, Oliver, 5, and Russell, 3, according to The Post. The exes were away together in Lake Tahoe, California, for the American Century Championship just days before their breakup announcement.

Did fans speculate Dylan Dreyer's divorce?
Dreyer and Fichera go married in October 2012. On their 12th anniversary last year, the NBC television personality shared a sweet tribute on their 12th anniversary last year.
'12 years of marriage and I'm still in my happy place. Sitting on the couch with @fishlense,' she wrote at the time. 'After I took this picture, Brian pointed out that I posted the same thing 2 years ago!' 'Not much has changed and I wouldn't change a thing,' Dreyer added. 'Love you Bri!'
But fans began to speculate that something was amiss with Dreyer and Fichera's marriage back in May when he suddenly stopped posting to social media. Those concerns were temporarily squashed when Dreyer shared some pics of herself, Fichera and their three kids on Mother's Day, and again in June when the 'Today' co-host posted more photos to celebrate Father's Day.

Gwyneth Paltrow joins Astronomer: Here's a look at her love story with Coldplay singer Chris Martin

Image credits: Getty Images A Coldplay concert is always a full-house and social media viral. Not only for the band's talented artistry but also for their heart-melting theatrics. However, on July 16, 2025, the band's concert at Gillette Stadium in Boston went viral for a reason known to anyone who's on the internet. A video of former CEO Andy Byron and ex-HR head Kristin Cabot being cosy with each other exposed their cheating scandal to the world and, ironically, their partners. Now, in a surprising yet strategic turn of events, Astronomer, the AI start-up where the duo worked, has hired Gwyneth Paltrow as their 'temporary spokesperson'. Why is it so surprising? Well, the 'Iron Man' actress is the former wife of Coldplay's lead singer, Chris Martin . Here's a look at their love life. A backstage meet-cute Image credits: Getty Images Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin reportedly met backstage at a Coldplay concert in October 2002, three weeks after the actress lost her father, Bruce Paltrow. When asked by the BBC if they were going to tie the knot, Paltrow replied, "I hope so. Ask him." A year later, on December 3, 2003, the couple confirmed that they were expecting their first child together. Two days later, a source close to the actress told PEOPLE that they had already tied the knot in a secret ceremony on December 5, 2003. The couple welcomed their first child, a daughter, on May 14, 2004, whom they named Apple Blythe Alison Martin. And two years later, on January 13, 2006, they confirmed their second pregnancy, a boy named Moses Martin, after the band's song "Moses" that Martin wrote for his wife, whom they welcomed in April. In the following years, the couple gave many credits to each other for being great partners. A year after Moses turned one, Paltrow credited Martin for realising she had postpartum depression. In 2011, Martin described his marriage to his wife as "winning the lottery." Trouble in Paradise? Image credits: Getty Images In 2013, during an interview with Self, Paltrow acknowledged their marital challenges, sharing that "You're not learning anything unless you're having the difficult conversations." "Sometimes when you get clear about who you are, others get less comfortable because they liked who you were. It's changed my marriage, too, but he's up for the challenge," she added. A year later, on March 25, 2014, Martin and Paltrow announced on the latter's Goop website that they were separating through a post titled, "Conscious Uncoupling." "It is with hearts full of sadness that we have decided to separate," the pair wrote. "We have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much, we will remain separate. We are, however, and always will be a family, and in many ways we are closer than we have ever been." "We have always conducted our relationship privately, and we hope that as we consciously uncouple and co-parent, we will be able to continue in the same manner," the announcement concluded. Friends forever However, in July, they were spotted vacationing together in the Bahamas and Martin even rang in his 42nd birthday with his former wife. "We're very close," Martin explained in an interview with Valentine in the Morning. "There's a lot of love. There's no scandal." In 2015, the couple finalised their divorce and four years later, in 2019, Paltrow opened up on her divorce with the singer, saying it left her feeling defeated. "I think at the time, I was in a lot of pain," she said to Dax Shepard's podcast Armchair Expert. "It felt like such a failure to me. It was so hard, and I was so worried about my kids." A year later, in an essay with British Vogue, she also added how the former couple had spared no effort to fight for their marriage and family. "We just didn't quite fit together. But man, did we love our children," she wrote. "Between the day that I knew and the day we finally relented to the truth, we tried everything. We did not want to fail. We didn't want to let anyone down. We desperately didn't want to hurt our children. We didn't want to lose our family." Though divorced, Martin and Paltrow have remained friends through it all, with the latter even befriending his former fiancée, Dakota Johnson. They are one of the few Hollywood pairs who take being "friends with ex" very seriously.
