Amitabh Bachchan opens up about constant criticism; Shares his late father's words of wisdom

Amitabh Bachchan
recently expressed his annoyance over constant criticism. In his blog entry, Big B shared how he has been subjected to endless advice and judgment, from how he signs his name to what he wears, where he visits, and even when he chooses to speak or remain silent.
As per an IANS report, the 'Kalki 2898 AD' wrote, "And they tell me to change my signature .. to not put dots in it .. to not put curved lines .. to wear this to wear that .. to not visit here or there .. to not talk here, to not talk there .. when you talk they say why do you talk .. when you do not talk they say why you do not talk."
His father's teachings
Taking inspiration from his late father, the legendary poet Harivansh Rai Bachchan, Amitabh shared a few lines of poetry.
He spoke about learning to flow like the seas and oceans, embracing life with ardor and zest while maintaining meaningful relationships.
It read, "I may be carefree for myself; but I care for all … I know that there is no value within me ; but even then I keep a valued relationship , a propinquity, with some. I have learnt how to live life , from the seas and oceans ; to flow quietly and to exist in your own ardor your own avidity and zest The learnings from Babuji , my revered Father ..

Celebrating India's economic growth
Recently, Amitabh celebrated India's recent milestone of becoming the world's fourth-largest economy, surpassing Japan. He called this an incredible achievement for a country that gained independence just over 75 years ago. He expressed optimism that India is on track to become the third-largest economy within the next two to three years.
He was last seen in the 2024 film, 'Vettaiyan', starring alongside Rajinikanth.

Actress Mini Mathur and director Kabir Khan are proud parents as their son Vivaan has graduated from the University of Southern California. The actress used social media to share a video of some fun moments from the graduation ceremony. She also wrote a heartfelt note on Instagram recalling her own graduation. 'The actor had reportedly demanded Rs 25 crore for approximately 35 days of shoot, along with a 10% profit share, extensive entourage expenses, and even expressed unwillingness to deliver dialogues in Telugu — something the director felt strongly about. To top it off, confidential plot details from Spirit were allegedly leaked, which raised serious concerns among the producers,' the source revealed.
