Holstein, a 6-foot-4, 225-pound quarterback, put up decent numbers in his first season with Pittsburgh—throwing for 17 touchdowns and seven interceptions while completing 61.9% of his passes.

Selecting another quarterback just a year after drafting Milroe could raise eyebrows. Teams typically give rookie quarterbacks more than one season to prove themselves, especially those taken in the top three rounds.
