Glynne says the video is promoting "hate and division".
The White House official X account has started to jump onto viral trends and memes since Donald Trump returned to the White House in January.
They often integrate them into posts which talk about policies or beliefs held by the government such as the latest Jet2 video.
On Tuesday, they released a 20-second clip showing several people in handcuffs being ushered onto flights by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers.
Those in the video were being deported out of America as part of Trump's major crackdown on "illegal aliens".
Glynne's chart-topping smash hit was played over the top of the clips with the now legendary voiceover from the Jet2 Holidays advert playing.
Jet2 have used the jingle paired with the catchy audio for years as part of their advertising campaigns.
In recent weeks however it has gained traction on TikTok and Instagram as a viral trend due to the tagline "nothing beats a Jet2 holiday".
It sees people post a funny clip online which often features an embarrassing blunder as the sound plays in the background.
The trend has quickly racked up millions of views and has become the unexpected meme of the summer.
Watch the moment Jess Glynne finally meets Jet2 voiceover star after TikTok trend goes viral
Jumping on the virality, the White House's X post was captioned: "When ICE books you a one-way Jet2 holiday to deportation. Nothing beats it!"
The video ended with a smirking Trump giving a thumbs up to the camera.
The video has already amassed 12 million views but it was quick to anger Glynne.
She posted on Instagram saying: "This post honestly makes me sick.
"My music is abo"ut love, unity, and spreading positivity – never about division or hate."
The voice of the Jet2 trend, Zoe Lister, also reacted to the post.
She said: "What can be done about @whitehouse using @jet2pics sound and my voiceover to promote their nasty agenda?"
President Trump vowed to crack down on illegal immigration when he was running for office last year.
Within days of returning to the Oval Office he promised to remove millions of immigrants without legal status as part of a mass deportation policy.
The 47th president said he would catch alleged murderers, drug dealers, sex offenders and even terrorists that shouldn't be in the United States.
He appointed new ICE agents responsible for finding people across the US and ensuring they were detained and made to leave.
ICE are currently aiming to reach 3,000 immigrant arrests per day.
The US plans on housing these migrants and criminals in a brand-new detention center nestled in the Florida Everglades.
An airfield surrounded by pythons and more than 200,000 alligators has been picked as a spot to build the new facility, dubbed Alligator Alcatraz.

Trump uses Sydney Sweeney as reason to randomly attack Taylor Swift
Donald Trump lauded Sydney Sweeney 's American Eagle jeans advert, calling it the "'HOTTEST' ad out there" shortly after discovering she is a registered Republican. Trump used his praise for Sweeney to criticise "WOKE" advertising, reigniting his feud with pop star Taylor Swift, whom he claimed was "NO LONGER HOT." The American Eagle commercial, titled "Sydney Sweeney Has Great Jeans," has drawn significant criticism for allegedly promoting "eugenic ideals" through wordplay on "jeans" and "genes." American Eagle defended the advert, clarifying that it was solely about Sweeney's jeans and her personal story, not about genetic traits. The controversy sparked a political debate, with Trump's allies defending Sweeney and the advert against "cancel culture," while some Democrats mocked the conservative support.

Pamela Anderson breaks silence on Meghan Markle's 'rip off' show
Pamela Anderson has finally spoken out on viral claims Meghan Markle 'ripped off' her cooking show with Netflix series , With Love, Meghan. Fans of the Baywatch bombshell, 58, were left incensed when the former working Royal, 44, debuted her latest TV venture - which bore eerie similarities to Pamela's Cooking With Love, which premiered earlier this year on Prime Video. The Baywatch star Anderson opened up on Sunday's Watch What Happens Live! - with host Andy Cohen asking her: 'On a scale from one to 10, how much of a rip-off did you feel like With Love, Meghan was of your show, Pamela's Cooking with Love?' Anderson, who was appearing alongside new love and co-star Liam Neeson responded: 'One. I didn't - I didn't really look, but I mean, I didn't invent cooking shows' adding that Markle 'is just doing her thing.' The drama erupted when Prince Harry 's wife gave People magazine some of her top domestic tips ahead of the release of With Love, Meghan, in March. These included how to 'elevate' a normal dinner – such as after ordering a takeaway, for example. Citing Chinese as a favorite delivery option, Markle told the US magazine: 'I like being able to do a hybrid, but even when I get a takeout I will try to plate it beautifully.' And discussing her new trademark As Ever – after she failed to secure copyright branding for her original name, American Riviera Orchard – she insisted: 'It's a learning curve. 'I appreciate everyone who gave me the grace to make mistakes and figure it out and also be forgiving with myself through that.' The two former TV stars live more than a thousand miles apart, yet both were smiling and giggling in brightly lit country kitchens, filming aspirational cooking with photogenic friends and famous celebrities. Both are seen carrying wicker baskets of fruit and vegetables picked from their gardens, dancing with joy, and gleefully high-fiving their celebrity guests. Both series are even the same length: eight episodes. When Meghan's first episode was shown, it prompted withering complaints that she had copied Pamela's winning formula. 'So similar it's freaky,' said one reviewer, while others branded Meghan's series 'inauthentic' and 'copycat'. More charitable observers might put this down to coincidence, as neither show seems to deviate from the wholesome template of many an aspirational cookery program. However, while Markle filmed her series last summer, with the first trailer making its debut in January, Anderson's was commissioned back in February 2023 by Canadian broadcaster Flavour Network. And its trailer has been available for all to see since last October. Last month it was claimed Markle and Prince Harry's hopes of a new Netflix deal are 'dead' after their two most recent shows flopped. Meghan's lifestyle show failed to break into Netflix 's top 300 programs for the first half of 2025 and was even thrashed by multiple seasons of Suits. A second season of With Love, Meghan, was announced by the Duchess herself as the first season came out in March this year as part of the couple's $100million deal with the streaming giant, which expires this year.

Nicki Minaj offers controversial NFL star $10m to fight her husband amid ugly online feud
Verbal sparring on social media has led to threats of fighting between a rap icon and a former NFL star over one of the biggest contract disputes in the sport. The Dallas Cowboys are in something of a standoff with star pass rusher Micah Parsons as negotiations on an extension continue to drag on. Parsons has even gone so far as to demand a trade away from Dallas for the lack of advancement on this front. In turn, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has blamed Parsons' representation - Roc Nation Sports - for the request. Roc Nation Sports was founded by Jay-Z and is under his 'Roc Nation' entertainment brand and record label. Jones pointed to a previous negotiation with the agent of Roc Nation client Dez Bryant to show an example of why he doesn't like dealing with representatives. This sparked Dez and Roc Nation to publicly deny the allegations. But it also attracted the attention of rap star Nicki Minaj - who has been in something of a beef with Roc Nation for years. Nicki Minaj's hatred for Roc Nation sparked a beef between her and Roc client Dez Bryant At one point, after Bryant brought up the prior conviction of Minaj's husband - Kenneth Petty -for attempted first-degree rape, the 'Superbass' rapper offered him $10million to fight her man Bryant accepted the offer saying he'd 'stomp out' Petty in front of her. Minaj hasn't replied. Minaj, who says she is owed money by Roc Nation, decided to insert herself into this football feud by replying to one of Bryant's posts. The pair traded GIFs from the 'Saw' horror movie franchise before Minaj suggested she has plenty of stories about the company, Jay-Z, and the company's executives. Bryant then responded with a video asking her to 'leave me out of' her beef with the company, saying 'I don't want no problems. I'm a huge fan. I hope you're having a great day.' Minaj didn't return the favor. In two separate tweets, she continued to bring up past indiscretions - including a time when Bryant allegedly assaulted his own mother. The former Cowboys pass catcher retorted, saying he never went to jail and didn't hit his mother, before bringing Minaj's husband - Kenneth Petty - into the conversation. Petty was previously sentenced to one-year of house arrest for failing to register as a sex offender stemming from a first-degree attempted rape in April 1995. In response, the 'Superbass' songstress escalated things further: 'I'm so happy you brought this up. I'll give you 10 million in cash if you'd come & fight him since you BEAT UR OWN MOM.' Bryant accepted the offer: 'I've been lied on my whole career so I'm not trying to hear all of that s**t..I thought we was speaking facts.. I don't play all of that funny s**t... go get that 10 million in cash.. I'll stomp that n**** out right in front of you.. and it's ROC for life b***h'. Minaj has not responded to Bryant's acceptance of her offer, but has continued to tweet about him and re-tweet her fans' shade thrown at the former wide receiver.
