'Men can impregnate any woman and run away,' says Kangana Ranaut reacting to the recent debate on live-in relationships after Disha Patani's sister Khushboo criticised Aniruddhacharya Maharaj
who is known for her always calling spade a spade has now shared her insights on live-in relationships amidst the ongoing debate on this concept. It all began as
Disha Patani
's sister Khushboo Patani reacted to Aniruddhacharaya Maharaj's viral clip.
In this video, he said, "Ladke laate hain 25 saal ki ladkiyon ko, jo 4-5 jagah mooh maar ke aati hain," as he spoke about live-in relationships these days.
Khushboo expressed anger towards his choice of words, thus questioning him why his remark targeted only women in live-in relationships and not men who choose the same before getting married. Amidst this ongoing discussion and debate, Kangana Ranaut has opened up on this and revealed why marriages are important.
"Court says now that live-in relationships are as good as marriage. Court yehi kehta hai ke agar aap mahila ke saath sambandh rakhte hai toh aapko usko as wife samajhna padega.
Yeh saare kanoon woman-friendly hi toh hai."
She added, "Aaj kal log live-in relationships ke baare mein baat karte hai. But I feel marriages are very important in our society, and it is the promise that a man makes to stay loyal to his wife. I have been in relationships, and I have seen other people who indulge in such things, but I can assure you that these are not women-friendly things."

The actress cryptically addressed Khushboo's reaction on Aniruddhacharaya Maharaj and said, "Aap santon ko gaaliyan de rahe hai, it's a cancel culture. But like an elder sister I want to say, that live-in is not a woman friendly concept."
She also said, "Who's going to help you get an abortion? If you get pregnant tomorrow during a live-in relationship, who is going to take care of you? Men are hunters who can impregnate any woman and run away.
No matter how much we empower ourselves or educate ourselves with books and surveys, scientifically speaking, men can compartmentalise and women can't.'
Kangana explained further, "People say men are from Mars, Women are from Venus and we can be modern. But scientifically, there have been surveys. Men were asked about the list of things they would admire about women as a girlfriend and as a wife. They had different lists. But women has the same list for boyfriend and husband."

Elvish Yadav's father reacts to Gurugram firing incident, ‘definitely a threat…'
Elvish Yadav, who recently gained popularity through Laughter Chefs Season 2, is back in the news after his house in Gurugram's Sector 57 was reportedly attacked early Sunday morning. 'So far, we haven't received any kind of threat or phone call. I spoke to Elvish, and he said he is fine,' Elvish's father told reporters, as reported by the Times of India. Elvish's dad also said, 'There was definitely a threat to life, if we had been outside, anything could have happened.' Yadav was not at home when the shooting happened around 5.30 am. However, some family members were inside but no one was injured in the incident, they said. Meanwhile, 'Bhau gang' claimed responsibility for the firing. After getting information, a police team reached the spot and collected forensic evidence, and are scanning CCTV footage from the area. The attackers shot more than two dozen rounds at the YouTuber's home in Sector 57 and fled from the spot. The bullets struck the ground and first floors of the house, the police said. In a post on social media, gangsters Neeraj Faridpur and Bhau Ritoliya, members of 'Bhau gang', claimed responsibility for the attack. "...the bullets that were fired at Elvish Yadav's house today were fired by us. He has ruined many houses by promoting betting apps. Other social media influencers promoting betting may face bullets or calls,' read the post shared by Ritoliya. Elvish Yadav has frequently found himself at the center of controversy. He faced legal trouble alongside singer Fazilpuriya for featuring snakes in the music video of the song 32 Bore. Yadav is also involved in an ongoing case where he is accused of supplying snake venom at a rave party in Noida. However, the Supreme Court has granted a stay on the trial court proceedings. In 2024, YouTuber Maxtern (Sagar Thakur) filed a complaint against Yadav after a video emerged showing Yadav allegedly assaulting him. Thakur later withdrew the complaint. That same year, Yadav was summoned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for questioning in a money-laundering investigation related to the snake venom case. (This is a developing story)

Dinner plan turns horror: Friends trapped in rooftop restaurant lift — watch what happened next
A routine visit to a rooftop restaurant turned into an unexpected challenge for a group of friends when the lift they were using suddenly stopped midway. The situation, recorded and later posted on Instagram, has now gone viral– not just for the incident itself, but for the way the group handled it with presence of mind, despite no immediate help on site. Lift halts midway, no staff on premises The group was on its way up to the restaurant via the lift when it abruptly came to a standstill. Unsure of what to do next, they reached out to the restaurant staff by phone. The response they got only added to their concern. As per the group, the staff member said, 'I'm at home.' Despite not being physically present, the staffer guided them on how to manually open the lift doors. The instructions were followed step-by-step, leading to what was a tense yet controlled self-rescue. Watch the video here: Group opens doors and climbs out safely With no technical support on-site, the group managed to push open the elevator doors on their own. In the now-viral video, they can be seen helping each other out, making sure everyone– including younger members– stepped out safely and calmly. The entire process, while risky, was carried out with a surprising amount of composure. No injuries were reported. Instagram caption tells the story The incident was shared online with a short caption that read: 'Story time. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Could This NEW Collagen Blend Finally Reduce Your Cellulite? Vitauthority Learn More Undo Today we went to a restaurant where there was a lift to go to the rooftop, and the lift got stuck. Then we called them, and they said, 'I'm at home'. Then they explained to us what to do, so we opened the lift door ourselves, and after that, we jumped out of the lift.' Posted on July 25, the video has since gathered over 1.1 million views, with thousands of users reacting to the post. Internet reacts with concern and sarcasm Social media users expressed a mix of fear, amusement, and criticism. One user commented, 'My worst fear is that I would die of a heart attack,' while another pointed out, 'The way they let the kids step out first!!' Another person, reflecting on the risks, wrote, 'My trust issues– what if the stuck lift suddenly starts moving again.' A comment that gained particular traction read, 'Now imagine it shot straight to the floor, scary right. Take the stairs next time.' Comparisons to thriller films surface online The video's atmosphere led many viewers to draw comparisons with thriller movie scenes, particularly from the Final Destination series. While the situation ended without injury, the tension and timing of the escape added to the drama for viewers. A close call, but no harm done The group's calm and quick response helped prevent the situation from turning serious. But the incident also raised concerns about how prepared public places are for emergencies. Although the restaurant staff tried to help over the phone, many noticed that no one was present on-site to provide immediate support.
