Iran Claims Acquisition of Israeli Nuclear Documents - Jordan News

The Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB), citing informed sources, reported that Iran's intelligence service has carried out what it described as 'the largest intelligence blow in history' against Israel by obtaining a massive trove of highly sensitive documents and information from inside Israel. اضافة اعلان According to the same sources, the operation involved the transfer of thousands of strategic and highly classified documents related to Israeli projects and facilities — including nuclear sites — into Iranian territory. The sources indicated that the operation took place 'some time ago,' but due to the large volume of material and the need to ensure the complete security of the transfer, the matter was kept strictly confidential until the 'cargo' arrived at what were described as 'secure and designated' locations. The sources added that simply analyzing the acquired materials — which include documents, images, and video recordings — will take a considerable amount of time, reflecting the scale and complexity of the operation. In a related development, Israel's internal security agency (Shin Bet) and police announced 17 days ago the arrest of two Israeli men in their twenties — Roy Mizrahi and Elmog Atias, from the northern city of Nesher — on suspicion of committing security-related crimes connected to Iran. Some analyses have speculated that the two detainees may be linked to the alleged document leak, though Israeli authorities have not confirmed any direct connection between the arrests and the intelligence operation reported by Iranian media. As of the time of this report, Israeli officials have not issued any public statement in response to Iran's claims, nor have they confirmed or denied the nature or extent of the alleged leaked information. It is worth noting that security and intelligence tensions between Iran and Israel have escalated in recent years, amid a series of overt and covert operations across multiple fronts, involving nuclear, security, and cyber-related matters.

'Israel' warns of continued strikes on Lebanon until Hezbollah disarmed

'Israeli' Defence Minister Israel Katz on Friday warned that 'Israeli' military operations in Lebanon will persist until Hezbollah is disarmed. His comments came a day after 'Israeli' air strikes targeted southern suburbs of Beirut. 'There will be no calm in Beirut, and no order or stability in Lebanon, without security for the State of Israel,' Katz said in a statement. 'Agreements must be honoured, and if you do not do what is required, we will continue to act — and with great force.' Tensions escalated on Thursday after the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) issued evacuation warnings to residents in the Beirut neighborhoods of Haret Hreik, Hadath, and Burj al-Barajneh, claiming they were preparing to target underground drone-manufacturing sites allegedly operated by Hezbollah with Iranian support. Shortly after the warnings, at least 23 drone and fighter jet strikes hit the southern suburbs of Beirut, triggering panic and traffic chaos as civilians rushed to evacuate. According to Israeli media, the assault was the largest on Beirut since the truce and came with prior coordination with Washington. In anticipation of a potential response from Hezbollah, the Israeli military also placed its missile defense systems in northern Israel on high alert.

"Israel" airstrikes Beirut's southern suburbs

Tensions flared once again between "Israel" and Hezbollah on Thursday after the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) issued an evacuation warning to residents of four neighborhoods in southern Beirut, signaling imminent airstrikes on what it described as underground facilities used for manufacturing drones. The message, posted by the IOF on X, urged civilians to leave the targeted areas immediately, claiming Hezbollah's aerial unit was operating drone production centers with backing and funding from Iran. 'Despite the understandings between Israel and Lebanon, the IDF has identified that the Hezbollah aerial unit is operating to produce thousands of UAVs, with the direction and funding of Iranian terrorists,' the statement said. The warning triggered panic among residents, causing massive traffic jams as thousands attempted to flee the densely populated districts. It marked the first evacuation alert in over a month for Beirut's southern suburbs, which suffered extensive damage during the year-long conflict that was paused by a ceasefire in November. There was no immediate response from Hezbollah regarding the accusations or the planned strikes.
