Andrew Tate sues ex-girlfriend Bri Stern for $50 million over assault claims
Andrew Tate is now in a new court case with Bree Stern, his ex-girlfriend, because Stern filed a countersuit for more than $50 million in damages. Tate says Stern is slandering him by making what he calls false claims of violence and sexual attack.
In March of last year, Bri told cops in Beverly Hills that Andrew Tate had attacked her while they were dating, which led to the fight. Later, she brought a lawsuit with the help of her lawyer, Tony Buzbee.
Tate has strongly rejected all of the claims. His words were backed up by medical proof and expert analysis that the injuries Bri said he caused were more likely to be caused by cosmetic surgery than by an attack. He also said that Bree was behind a planned smear effort to hurt his reputation so that she could get more money and attention.
Tate's countersuit says Bri used his name and public image to promote her adult material and cryptocurrency businesses. He also says that she had made similar claims in the past, including one about trying to blackmail another guy in 2022.
The Beverly Hills prosecution office did not charge Andrew Tate with a crime due to "insufficient evidence." Tate, however, says that Bri kept making the same accusations in public even after the case was dropped.
Andrew Tate is suing Bri for defamation, causing mental distress, invasion of privacy, and abusing the legal process. Tate's lawyers say that Bree's actions forced him to file the countersuit.
The case is likely to get a lot of attention because Tate has a controversial public image and a history of high-profile legal battles. Both sides are still adamant about their views, which means that there will be a heated court case in the coming months.

Taylor Swift breaks record previously held by Donald Trump
ALBAWABA - Taylor Swift broke President Trump's record for the most podcast listens in the hour after an episode came out. Swift was on the show "New Heights" on Wednesday. It was hosted by her boyfriend Travis Kelce and his brother Jason Kelce. It was live at 7 p.m., and the tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs and former Eagles player talked to Swift for more than two hours. The Daily Beast and Swift's representatives both said that 1.3 million people watched the show live on YouTube in the first hour after it came out. This is important because Trump used to have the most listens during the first hour of a podcast. A CNN expert named Harry Enten said that 800,000 people watched the first hour of his appearance on an episode of "The Joe Rogan Experience" in October 2024. So many people watched Swift's "New Heights" episode at once that YouTube crashed around the 1 hour and 44 minute mark. "For this video to have 1.3 million views is the height of numerology," Jason wrote on X just before the video dropped. I mean this video being 1.3 million views is the epitome of numerology — Jason Kelce (@JasonKelce) August 14, 2025 In this episode that broke all kinds of records, Swift showed off the cover and track list for her new album, "The Life of a Showgirl." She also talked about getting back control of her masters and her relationship with Travis. Three months ago, Trump said on Truth Social that Swift was losing fame because of him. Now, Swift has more podcast views than Trump in the first hour. 'Has anyone noticed that, since I said 'I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT,' she's no longer 'HOT'?' he posted in May. In September 2024, after Swift backed Kamala Harris for president, Trump made it clear on social media that he didn't like Swift. Since then, he has continued to make jokes about the pop star without planning to. For example, he talked about her in a speech in April when the Eagles went to the White House to celebrate winning Super Bowl LIX. Swift has never said anything in public about what Trump said about her.

The incident occurred at Martinez's residential parking lot. Footage captured Martinez trying to get into her car. However, moments before doing so, several ICE agents approached Martinez, forced her out of the car as one pinned her down with their knee. BREAKING - Tatiana Martinez, an illegal residing in LA who built a career on social media by doxxing ICE agents and directing her followers to harass them and disrupt their arrests, has now been arrested herself. — Right Angle News Network (@Rightanglenews) August 16, 2025 According to LA Taco, reports revealed that Tatiana Martinez passed out during the incident, prompting a necessary medical observation. The TikToker was transferred to White Memorial Hospital, but is now being held at a detention center.
