Justin has sparked fears among fans of late with a string of concerning incidents.
But Casey Johnson, who is in a relationship with Geordie Shore star Marnie Simpson, appears to have little sympathy.
Casey's comment came after Justin shared a video of himself being photographed by a group of snappers as he got in his car.
The Sorry singer's bodyguards can be heard asking the paps to "back up please" in the footage as he tried to make his way to his vehicle.
Justin wrote on Instagram: "This has to stop."
Casey, however, was quick to jump into the comments and criticise Justin for living in Los Angeles, which is arguably the world's showbiz epicentre.
The former X Factor star, who was in boy band Stereo Kicks, wrote: "Why don't you move somewhere else then? Why stay in LA?"
And someone else said: "I drive by Drake 's house everyday on our way home from school. Never seen a paparazzi. That's LA for you! Move to Toronto!"
Justin, who is married to wife Hailey, has now hit back at his critics after reading the comments.
Justin Bieber slammed for 'inappropriate' behavior with rapper Sexyy Red in late-night club video amid marriage problems
In a separate Instagram Stories post, he said: "Everyone telling me to move from LA.
"U think i'm gonna get bullied to leave where my influence is most needed?
"How can we make a change if we run away from the darkness?
"I too have been caught up in the transactional nature of Hollywood.
"It's embarrassing but with that said, I want nothing to do with that as a grown adult with a wife and son.
"I just want to be submerged in the culture learning from any and everyone.
"And be a proponent and advocate for LOVE AND EQUALITY."
Justin's behaviour and bizarre clothing choices have sparked concern among fans in recent months.
Fashion stylist and wardrobe consultant Amanda Sanders has even said his oversized choice of outfits signal that he has "lost his way".
Just last week, he was slammed for "inappropriate behaviour" with rapper Sexyy Red in late-night club video.
The dishevelled star has also shared worrying clips of himself smoking and partying topless on a private jet.
Last August, Justin and Hailey became parents for the first time to their son Jack Blues.
Following criticism over his video with Sexyy Red, Justin shrugged it off and instead shared a picture of Jack on Instagram.
With an 'emotional' emoji, he told fans: "He's getting so big."

Hugh Grant's 'best film' is now available to watch for free on the BBC

A Hugh Grant classic from the 1990s is now available A beloved Hugh Grant rom-com has just become available on BBC iPlayer, offering viewers the chance to fall in love with the classic all over again for free, reports Surrey Live. Released in 1994, amid the golden era of British romantic comedies, the film was penned by renowned screenwriter Richard Curtis. ‌ Hugh Grant, who was a fresh-faced 32 year old teetering on the edge of quitting his acting career, found the script transformative and took on the leading role that would define his future. ‌ His performance turned him into a household name in Hollywood and opened the door to an eclectic mix of roles ranging from the American horror flick Heretic to the family favourite Paddington. One particularly impressed cinema-goer shared on Rotten Tomatoes: "This is absolutely the best film of Hugh Grant's career." One viewer reflected: "Simply a charming movie. It gives you a slice of life about love and relationships and makes you realise that it is never too late to go for the person you love amidst all missed opportunities in the past." An additional admirer remarked: "This film still holds up. Grant is at his absolute peak of charm before he reinvented smarm, Scott Thomas is divine, as and MacDowell's performance is surprisingly great on rewatch. And it includes one of the all time great gay moments in film history. No spoilers. ‌ "Richard Curtis is a godsend to modern romantic comedy fans because he is one of the few artists still able to get films produced within this genre and to write pretty funny screenplays too," praised another cinema-goer. Four Weddings and a Funeral was an absolute smash when it hit cinemas, starring Hugh Grant as the bashful Charles who falls head over heels for the lively American Carrie, played by Andie MacDowell. ‌ The film traced the tumultuous journey to love for Charles and Carrie, set against the backdrop of his friends' own romantic escapades. Boasting a stellar ensemble cast, Four Weddings and a Funeral featured the likes of Kristin Scott Thomas, Simon Callow, James Fleet, Rowan Atkinson, David Haig, and Anna Chancellor. It's rumoured that writer Richard Curtis drew inspiration for the screenplay from his personal encounters at weddings, including a proposition he declined, only to regret it later. ‌ The partnership between Grant and Curtis on Four Weddings and a Funeral marked the start of a fruitful collaboration, which continued with hits like Notting Hill in 1999, Bridget Jones's Diary in 2001, and Love Actually in 2003. Their collective efforts helped catapult British romantic comedies onto the world stage, setting a high bar that many subsequent films have struggled to reach. ‌ Just last year, Grant had the honour of presenting Curtis with an honorary Oscar at the Governors Awards, a nod to the writer's impressive body of work. Before presenting the award, Grant quipped: "[My agent] sent me this very good script and it had a great part and it was called Four Weddings and a Funeral." I went to the audition and, frankly, I was rather good because the director Mike Newell liked me and wanted me and the producer liked me and wanted me and the money people wanted me. ""The only person who didn't want me and, in fact, took such an instant violent dislike to me, that he did everything in his power to stop me getting the part, was the writer, and it is this a***hole who we are going to honour tonight." His joke had the audience, including Curtis, in fits of laughter. Most recently, Grant reprised his iconic role as Daniel Cleaver for Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy, marking a return to romcoms.

To honour her daughter's fourth birthday Meghan posted the video on her Instagram account this week- giving fans an inside glimpse of the day the young princess was born. Prince Harry also featured in the video wth a twerking Meghan Markle in the delivery room before Princess Lilibet was born in 2021. ‌ The candid moment shows Meghan in the late stages of her pregnancy, dancing around a hospital room to the song Baby Mama with Harry by her side, in an attempt to induce her labour. Alongside the divisive video, Meghan wrote: "Four years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn't work - there was only one thing left to do!" ‌ Despite the backlash over her dodgy dancing with Harry to the soundtrack of Starrkeisha's Baby Mama song, defiant Meghan is thrilled by the reaction in America. A source told MailOnline: "Meghan doesn't care about the haters in Britain calling her vulgar. Americans thought the twerking video was hilarious and relatable." One person wrote on X: "Oh my. That's really just awful," while another user joked: "They are cringe to the max… I feel nauseous." Others claimed the Sussexes were making a mockery of their royal titles by sharing the video, with one writing: "Good grief, these people have titles. Ruining the reputation and respect of the Royal Family, one Instagram post at a time." However, others sharing their thoughts on the video, praisied their fun and caring relationship and were delighted to see it. One person voiced their support Harry and Meghan, writing on X: 'This is everything! Harry on beat and Meghan dropping it like it's hot. They look like they have so much fun together.' A source close to the Sussexes added: "Meghan is very pleased with the video. In the UK everyone's reaction has been a bit prudish but everywhere else, particularly in America and especially with young people, it has been a huge hit." Meghan is about to launch a series of new products as part of her As Ever line – including rosé wine. The source added: "She and her team count it [the video] as a 'win', which can only be a boost for sales. Her new products are marketed at Americans and not at the UK market." Meghan and Harry celebrated Lilibet's fourth birthday on Wednesday, with Meghan posting a series of unseen family photos to her Instagram account to celebrate the special day. Meghan shared a black-and-white snap of herself cuddling Lili, while they both sported windswept hair as they sat together seemingly on a boat.

Kylie Jenner goes topless under sexy black robe after shock admission about her breast implants

Kylie Jenner put on a busty display in a series of sultry snaps that were shared to her Instagram page on Saturday. The beauty mogul, 27 - who recently got candid about her breast implants - struck a variety of poses while taking snaps in the reflection of a mirror. The mom-of-two donned a black, satin robe that was partially open at the front and loosely secured with a belt which tied around her waist. Jenner's long, dark locks were parted in the middle and effortlessly flowed down past her shoulders in elegant curls. Her makeup was glammed up for the spontaneous photo session and comprised of a layer of mascara on her lashes as well as a light shadow around her eyes. A warm blush was added to her cheekbones while a nude-colored matte tint was worn on her lips for a finishing touch. The post also included a short reel as she showed off the lowkey look while filming inside what appeared to be a hotel bathroom. Jenner penned in the caption to her 393 million followers: 'having a reaally good hair day.' It comes just days after the TV personality gave a shock admission about her breast implants earlier this week on Wednesday. The Kylie Cosmetics founder responded to a fan on TikTok who had asked the reality star to unveil details about her past procedure. Back in 2023, Jenner admitted to undergoing a boob job when she was only 19-years-old, which had been shortly before she became pregnant with her eldest child Stormi. A social media user named Rachel Leary uploaded a clip to the platform and also typed out, 'help a girl out @Kylie Jenner. i just want to know how to get them to sit like that, respectfully.' The star saw the post and then offered her own response in the comment section of the video. '445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol,' Kylie wrote, which prompted the fan to excitedly gush, 'KYLIEEEEE!!! you are the best THANK YOU!!!!' Dr. Garth Fisher was the same plastic surgeon that Kylie's mom Kris Jenner also went to back in 2011 to undergo a facelift. The momager recently commented on Fisher's post as she thanked him for performing her facelift over a decade earlier. 'Garth you are a such a superstar class act!! You did my first facelift in 2011... 14 years ago!!!' she began. 'And made it the most amazing experience ever and even gave us access to film so that others could get a peek inside what it's like and not be afraid...' Jenner concluded with, 'You have taken great care of us always and remain such a close and treasured friend!! Such an incredible talent!!' Kylie has previously been open about undergoing cosmetic procedures aside from the breast implants, such as getting fillers. During an episode of The Kardashians in 2023, the reality star opened up about her boob job which occurred when she was age 19. While having a conversation with close pal Stassie Karanikolaou, the mom-of-two expressed, 'You know I got my breasts done before Stormi, within six months of having Stormi, not thinking I would have a child when I was 20. 'They were still healing,' Kylie said, and then added, 'I had beautiful breasts. Just gorgeous, perfect size. I just wish I never got them done, to begin with.' However, the Khy founder told her friend that her viewpoint on undergoing surgery has altered since welcoming her daughter Stormi, seven. The beauty mogul shares Stormi as well as son Aire, three, with ex and rapper Travis Scott. 'I have a daughter. I would be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19,' Jenner admitted. 'She's the most beautiful thing ever. I want to be the best mom and the best example for her. I wish I could be her and do it all again because I wouldn't touch anything.' And during an interview with British Vogue last year, Kylie discussed facing judgement over rumors that she had undergone cosmetic surgery when she was a teenager. 'Naturally you're in such a different place,' she explained in regards to being a teen. 'The world put a lot of pressure on a teenager, me, to make the right decisions. 'And I just have to be gentle with myself because although I carried so much responsibility in the moment, I was just trying to do what was best for me. I was just trying my best as a human.' Kylie has been keeping busy and was spotted attending a Pilates class alongside her older sister Kendall in Beverly Hills on Wednesday. The beauty mogul showed off her toned midriff wearing a black, busty sports bra as well as a pair of black leggings. She also jumped to Instagram to share a carousel of snaps from the past week - including a few as she attended a Knicks game with boyfriend Timothee Chalamet. The couple - who were first linked in 2023 - have recently been spotted at a few NBA games together, although she did not include the actor in her photo series.
