Sharing some glamorous photos from her 35th birthday celebrations, Amy showed off her figure in a stunning yellow dress.
The dress, which had a plunging neckline, was made from a crochet material and had frilly detailing on the straps.
Amy's slender figure was on full display, with her slender arms visible.
Posing while sitting on a chair at a lavish eatery, Amy pouted while holding a flute filled with fizz.
Reacting to the snaps she shared, fans were seemingly quite concerned.
One person said: "She's a real babe. But wow she looks to thin."
"No more weight loss bad for Yr [heart emoji]," said a third.
A fourth then wrote: "Too skinny make you look old."
While someone else penned: "Scary for all the young girls seeing this as a role model and what they strive to look like."
Amy Childs and fiance Billy DelBosq send defiant message as they celebrate her birthday amid rocky patch rumours and cancelled wedding
But though there were many comments sparking concern over Amy's appearance, some fans were praising her for her weight loss.
"Amy you look stunning. How did you lose your weight ???" asked one person.
While others swooned over her beauty.
But Amy was recently forced to put any "fat jab" rumours to bed after fans speculated she might be using Ozempic to achieve her thin frame.
Who is Amy Childs?
Amy Childs was born June 7, 1990, and is a reality star, model, businesswoman and fashion designer.
She shot to fame in 2010 by appearing in ITV2's reality TV show The Only Way Is Essex.
She became known for her ditsy, likeable personality and briefly dated fellow cast member Kirk Norcoss.
A particularly memorable scene involved her "vajazzling" Sam Faiers in a barbie pink-coloured salon.
She left the show in 2011 and took part in Celebrity Big Brother, finishing fourth.
She also took part in a fly-on-the-wall documentary, It's All About Amy on Channel 5.
Two years later she competed in Channel 4's daredevil show The Jump and was the second person to be eliminated.
She is now said to be worth around £5million through her fashion and beauty products.
In May, Amy finally opened up about her extreme weight loss, which has seen her shed two stone.
Speaking to OK! magazine, she said: "People don't know what is going on behind closed doors.
'I'm going through so much at the minute that the weight has fallen off me. I worry about my mum constantly.
'She's very emotional – she thinks she's going to have another heart attack.
'People think I'm not eating, but I do eat. To be honest, I do feel better when I'm a bit heavier than I am at the moment.
'There's so much going on at the minute – it's the result of pure stress."
Addressing fans who had speculated she had used medication to shed the pounds she said: 'I just want to be clear that, as I've said before, I'm not using weight-loss injections."
However, she did add: "I did try the jab, but just once about 18 months ago.
'It made me so, so ill. I injected myself and literally a few hours later I threw up three, four times. I've never had sickness like it. The nausea stayed with me for three days.
"And it scared me so I stopped immediately.
"It doesn't agree with everybody and it obviously didn't agree with me at all.'

Johnny Depp and Penelope Cruz snap a smiling selfie during museum visit after reuniting for their fourth movie
Johnny Depp and Penelope Cruz enjoyed time together at a museum this week while filming on set in Spain. The two actors, who frequently collaborated together on major blockbuster movies in the past, visited the Museo Reina Sofía while filming their fourth movie together in Madrid. On Friday, the museum and Depp shared a joint Instagram post with photos of the acting duo enjoying the artwork. The stylish pair posed for a smiling selfie together and also wrapped their arms around each other's shoulders as they stood in front of a black-and-white mural. The caption read: 'Thanks for joining us @johnnydepp and @penelopecruzoficial, until next time!' Depp and Cruz's Pirates of the Caribbean franchise costar Orlando Bloom left a comment to show his support as he left two red heart emojis on the post — just shortly after he teased the possibility of 'getting the band together' for a new movie. Depp, 62, and Cruz, 51, are currently filming Day Drinker, their upcoming action thriller. The forthcoming film marks their fourth collaboration after they worked together on Blow in 2001, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides in 2011 and Murder on the Orient Express in 2017. Depp and Cruz's forthcoming movie Day Drinker is directed by Marc Webb and written by Zach Dean. The upcoming film follows an enigmatic stranger forms an unlikely bond with a grieving bartender who lost her lover, their lives intertwining in unexpected ways. Depp plays the 'mysterious' guest on board a private yacht who crosses paths with the bartender, who is played by Madelyn Cline. The synopsis reads as follows: 'They soon find themselves entangled with a criminal figure (Cruz) and connected in ways no one saw coming.' The cast also includes Manu Ríos, Arón Piper, Juan Diego Botto, Anika Boyle and many more. The film marks Depp's return to Hollywood as it's his first role in film from a major distributor since he starred in 2018's Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald. Ever since the end of his highly publicized, 2022 defamation trial with his ex-wife Amber Heard, who currently lives in Madrid, he has made a slow return to the film industry. He starred in the French film Jeanne du Barry that opened the 2023 Cannes Film Festival and directed the movie Modi: Three Days on the Wing of Madness. At the movie's premiere last September at the San Sebastian FIlm Festival, Cruz reunited with Depp. She previously defended him and even submitted declarations in court on behalf of Depp during his trial. 'Many years have passed and I have not only made three movies with him, but I also count on him as a great friend,' she wrote about her longtime collaborator.
