Following the charge, Brand told his 11.3million X followers that he was "never a rapist".
He added: "I've always told you guys that when I was young and single, before I had a wife and family… I was a fool, man.

Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz snub family again after marriage comments
Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz have apparently given his family the cold shoulder once more. The couple, in shedding light on their nuptial bliss—supposed to be creating waves within the Beckham clan—are also at the heart of rumours swirling around a spat involving young Brooklyn, 26, alongside his famous father David and fashionista mother Victoria. Gossip has it that trouble began brewing three years back during the wedding prep phase as mum Victoria backed out of designing Nicola's bridal gown. In a notable move last month, Brooklyn missed out on all the festivities for his father David's milestone 50th birthday even though earlier social media activity suggested he'd been in London. Word has it he did reach out to his parents hoping for an intimate get-together, only to be turned down. Curiously silent on public channels during David's birthday, Brooklyn instead took to Instagram over the weekend to pen a heartfelt message to his brother-in-law Will Peltz. Amidst this backdrop, he's recently spoken up, hinting at the speculated family rift by noting: "There will always be people who talk. The important thing is that we're happy together." In a candid chat with Germany's Glamour Magazine, Brooklyn Beckham shared his golden rule for romance: "always be honest.", reports the Mirror. Nicola Peltz didn't hold back on praising her own folks, Nelson Peltz and Claudia Heggner Peltz, telling the publication, "My parents taught me: Always tell the truth, we'll help you. I still carry this attitude of being open and honest deep in my heart today. You never regret it. On the contrary: True closeness only comes from genuine connection, that is, when you have the courage to be honest." Brooklyn also let slip about a heartfelt tattoo tribute he's got for his mother-in-law, featuring rosary beads on his hands. Since the interview hit the stands, there's been nary a peep from Brooklyn's parents or his siblings, Romeo and Cruz, leading to what seems like an awkward silence. On another note, Victoria Beckham, the Spice Girls legend, is reportedly finding the family tension hard to stomach as Brooklyn will always be her darling boy. An insider confided in us, saying, "He's her first-born and they've always had a wonderful relationship, she feels like Nicola has taken over and it's really tough to deal with as a mother." David Beckham, on the other hand, is rumoured to have expressed to Victoria that Brooklyn's actions are "unacceptable." The source continued, revealing, "She's very family-oriented, so it's a worry that Brooklyn and Nicola will start their own family and Victoria won't have contact with her first grandchild – it's a devastating thought." Friends of the family have suggested that Nicola is behind her husband's social media posts, which notably included ignoring his grandfather's birthday, but also featured a snap of him enjoying a pint just a stone's throw away from the Beckham family residence in West London. "She is stirring up trouble where there isn't any and rifts are appearing everywhere," an insider revealed to the Mirror about Nicola. However, a source close to the socialite and Brooklyn has vehemently denied allegations that she is "controlling" him and alienating him from his family. They told us: "She is not isolating him at all. He is free to do what he wants and he loves his wife and they are happy together. They are each other's family." They added that Brooklyn's post declaring he would "always choose" Nicola had been misinterpreted. They added: "It's a real shame that what Brooklyn did, which was a declaration of love for his wife, is being portrayed as something that it's not. "He loves his wife and everyone should be proud: his parents, his family friends. He stands by his wife and that's a normal thing to be a loving and supportive husband." A spokesperson for Nicola and Brooklyn Peltz-Beckham has been contacted by the Mirror.
