Who is Harriet Cowan?
Harriet Cowan is Jeremy Clarkson's young new assistant on Clarkson's Farm.
The 24-year-old is from Belper in Derbyshire and, in 2020, was the town's Young Farmers' spokesperson.
By 2023, she graduated from the University of Derby, having studied nursing.
Her Instagram gives fans a glimpse into her busy rural life, packed with snaps of her working hard on various farms.
And soon, viewers will get to see how she handles life alongside Jezza and the rest of the farming gang, after Kaleb Cooper stepped away.
During the pandemic, she was one of several farmers who took part in a 'toilet roll challenge.'
The Belper Young Farmers were filmed passing a loaf of bread between them while working on their land.
With nearly 30 members, the club shared the video online in an effort to lift the spirits of NHS staff.
Speaking to the Derby Telegraph at the time, Harriet said: "I thought we should do something to get everybody together as our club isn't meeting because of coronavirus.
"We saw the challenge online but we wanted to do something different - everyone else was doing the same thing with toilet rolls."
I don't want folk going veggie due to farming crisis, rages Jeremy Clarkson - so my pub will serve pig uterus & squirrel
Harriet said she put a message out in the club's Facebook group, and loads of people jumped at the chance to get involved.
She and a friend then spent about a week editing everyone's clips and pulling the video together.
Harriet then said she had shared the video with friends and colleagues in the NHS.
She added: "I have shown some of the nurses where I worked before and all of the student nurses on my course.
"Everyone loves it. People are saying it's a good way to get the community together and make a bit of time for fun - because obviously it's not a very happy time at the moment."
Harriet stated: "Farming can be quite lonely and there's a lot of stigma and issues around mental health in farming."
What does Harriet Cowan do for a living?
As mentioned, Harriet's no newcomer to the farming scene.
She's already juggling life as a full-time nurse and farmer, and now she's joining the hit show as its latest cast member.

She's already landed a brand deal with Country Moos, a quirky sock company known for its cow-themed designs, before even making her TV debut.
Confirming she's part of Clarkson's Farm, Harriet even posted the trailer on her Instagram, adding a caption that read: "Something exciting is coming on the 23rd of May."
Despite admitting she hadn't watched the show before joining, Jeremy quickly praises her, stating, "She's brilliant."
The upcoming season also includes appearances by Clarkson's former Top Gear co-star Richard Hammond and follows Jeremy's efforts to launch his Oxfordshire pub, The Farmer's Dog.

Harriet is also active on TikTok under the handle @harrietcowan3, where she shares videos related to farming life.
Fans can look forward to Harriet's debut on Clarkson's Farm when the new series airs on Prime Video later this month.
Is Harriet Cowan in a relationship?
She's often spotted with her partner, James Booth, though it's not clear how long the two have been together.
Not much is known about James, but back in 2019, he was part of a group raising money in memory of two men who sadly lost their lives in farming accidents.
Both men were from nearby farming communities, and one of them had been the chair of a Young Farmers club near Pleasley.
As part of their fundraising, the group organised for the Belper Young Farmers Club to drive a classic tractor 100 miles to Cleethorpes Beach.

The rapper and former security guard has accused the woman of "harassment, bullying, public safety and defamation of character". She has even been accused of telling Tak she "wished he died" after he had a minor prang in his car. In a lengthly statement on Instagram, Tak has broken his silence on the situation which he says occurred after he spent one night with her. Advertisement He told his fans: "First I would love to say thank you for the love and support I've received, really appreciate the ones who reached out to check in on me and make sure I'm doing okay. "I'm not going to feed into this behaviour, the people who know me know that I'm not capable of such things. "All of this will be dealt with accordingly and by the proper authorities as she has made some pretty serious and false allegations. "Harassment, bullying, public safety and defamation of character are serious offences and should not be taken lightly. Advertisement "And to all the people that enable this behaviour making fake accounts to give her false information and formulate scenarios that never occurred, it's worth taking a long look in the mirror before contributing to the defamation of someone's character." Tak appeared in the 2022 series of Love Island Australia. Love Island UK left looking tame as Aussie contestants boast about 'pounding' on the show Before entering the villa, he spoke proudly of his "strong morals". He lasted 22 days on the show. The influencer, who is also Australian, also made a string of other allegations before they were delated. Fans have been left shocked by the situation and have given their opinions on Reddit. Advertisement One said: "This is all because he met her 3 days ago. She's already obsessed with him when he only spoke to her as a general and didn't promise her kids, marriage etc. crazy." Another added: "I feel like this level of crashout would be warranted to some extent if they were in a committed relationship, but based on what he said it sounds like she's the only person he's met off hinge." And a third said: "Idgaf [I don't give a f***] about hook ups btw but agree he's allowed to say he's not keen to continue things with her without her losing her mind like this. Hopefully the police help him." 4 Tak appeared on Love Island Australia in 2022 Credit: Nine Advertisement

Aston Villa icon looks unrecognisable as Jack Grealish posts Instagram message
Jack Grealish admitted he was left starstruck after bumping into Aston Villa legend Olof Mellberg, who is now unrecognisable from his playing days Jack Grealish says he was left starstruck after bumping into a barely recognisable Olof Mellberg. Despite now playing under the legendary Pep Guardiola at Manchester City and sharing a dressing room with football greats like Kevin De Bruyne, it seems an encounter with ex-Aston Villa defender Mellberg made a significant impression on him. The lifelong Villa supporter seized the moment to capture the meeting on Instagram. With his arm around Mellberg for the photo, Grealish pointed enthusiastically at the Swede, a broad grin spread across his face. Next to the image of the pair, the City midfielder wrote: "Not many people that I get starstruck over, but this guy is one! Big Olof Mellberg. One of my boyhood heroes." Now sporting a different look from his Villa Park days, the 47-year-old, with tousled hair and a bushy, greying beard, appeared equally pleased to see Grealish. Mellberg signed for Villa from Racing Santander in 2001 for a fee around £5million. It proved to be money well spent as the hard-tackling icon spent seven seasons with the club. He clocked up 263 appearances, scored eight goals and even captained Villa for several seasons. He also helped the club win the Intertoto Cup in 2001. In 2008, Mellberg moved to Juventus, where he stayed for a year before switching to Greek side Olympiacos for three seasons. Short stints at Villareal and Copenhagen followed, before he retired in 2014. Having turned to management, he took the reins of Swedish outfits IF Brommapojkarna and Helsingborg, as well as Norway's Fremad Amager. His latest venture led him stateside with St. Louis City SC, but his tenure was cut short as he was shown the door after a solitary season in MLS. Grealish, who made an eye-watering £100m switch from Villa to Manchester City in 2021, is now on the periphery at the Etihad following four years with the club. After spending much of this season warming the bench, speculation is rife about where he will land next. The 29-year-old has been linked with Everton, Tottenham, Newcastle and West Ham. A return to Villa Park continues to be whispered about, though it appears off the cards for the moment. Speaking towards the end of the season, Guardiola also hinted that Grealish's future could lie away from Eastlands. "Of course, Jack has to play," Guardiola said. "He's an unbelievable player that has to play football every three days. It didn't happen this season and last season either. He needs to do it, and that's with us, or another place. And that's a question for Jack, his agent, and the club." Grealish will set to miss out on the Club World Cup this summer, with his main priority being to find a new club ahead of the 2025/26 season and the World Cup next summer, if he still has realistic ambitions of playing for England at the tournament.
