Jimmy Donaldson, widely known as MrBeast, has unveiled the full extent of his philanthropic efforts in a detailed post on X (formerly Twitter), outlining how his YouTube revenue has fueled large-scale charitable initiatives across the world. From environmental sustainability to healthcare and infrastructure, the 27-year-old has funneled his earnings into causes that have impacted millions.
From Trees to Clean Water and Food Security
Among the most striking achievements MrBeast listed were the planting of 23 million trees under the
Team Trees initiative
and the removal of 33 million pounds of trash through Team Seas. His post also highlighted the delivery of over 10 million meals to food-insecure populations and the construction of wells that now provide clean water to 500,000 people across Africa.
Donaldson shared that his organization has donated $3 million to aid war refugees and contributed over $1 million worth of clothing to people in need. He has also provided 20,000 pairs of shoes to children in Africa and supported 3,000 people in regaining mobility. Notably, he funded treatments that helped 1,000 deaf individuals hear and 1,000 blind individuals see again.

Donaldson also claimed to have given away three private islands and over $50 million in financial aid not accounted for in the previously listed projects.

Big Earnings, Bigger Commitments
According to
Forbes
, Donaldson earned $85 million in 2025 alone and currently has an estimated net worth of $1 billion. With over 412 million subscribers across his five YouTube channels, including MrBeast, MrBeast Gaming, and Beast Philanthropy, his digital influence translates directly into multimillion-dollar fundraising capabilities. Brand deals reportedly cost upwards of $2.5 million per feature.
Balancing Praise with Criticism
Despite his expansive charitable portfolio, MrBeast has not escaped controversy. He has faced backlash for what some label 'stunt philanthropy,' concerns over unsafe filming conditions, and legal issues involving filming permits and labor practices. Still, his growing list of tangible contributions continues to generate widespread discussion on the role of creators in shaping real-world change.

Picture Credit: X Pawan Kalyan's much-hyped period action drama 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1 – Swords vs Spirit' has been facing a poor reception at the box office. The movie's momentum seems to have faded after a promising start. As per early estimates by trade analyst Sacnilk, the film managed to collect only Rs 28 lakh on its ninth day, marking its lowest single-day figure so far. Box office trends The film, which hit theatres on July 24, opened to massive expectations, especially with Pawan Kalyan taking on a full-fledged period role and the makers branding it as his first pan-Indian film. While the opening weekend brought in decent numbers, the collection has steadily declined since the weekdays began. In the first week, the movie opened powerfully with Rs 34.75 crore on day 1, but sharp drops followed. Collections slumped to Rs 8 crore on the second day and fluctuated around Rs 9-10 crore through the weekend before falling further during weekdays. The total earnings for the first week stood at Rs 80.86 crore, but the second week hasn't seen much traction. The film's current India total stands at a little over Rs 81 crore, and is also facing competition from other big releases like Vijay Deverakonda 's 'Kingdom'. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like 20 Pieces of Clothing Older Women should Avoid Learn More Undo About the film Directed by Jyothi Krishna and Krish Jagarlamudi, 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu' is set in the Mughal era and tells the story of a fictional character which is an outlaw Veera Mallu, played by Pawan Kalyan, who takes on the oppressive regime.
