Watch: Man dances during friend's funeral to fulfill his dying wish, internet is in tears
He wasn't quite done with saying goodbye yet, but life had other ideas for their bond. In Jawasia, a remote village nestled in Madhya Pradesh's Mandsaur district, something rare and touching happened.
This isn't your typical celebration; this touching moment left everyone speechless. Ambalal Prajapat, tears in his eyes and music in the background, danced his heart out, at the funeral of his love and one of his best friends, Sohanlal Jain.
This was not a spur-of-the-moment act to go viral, it was a promise made years ago, out of love, loyalty and respect. In January 2021, when Sohanlal was fighting cancer, he wrote a handwritten letter to Ambalal.
It contained a simple yet strong appeal. "No weeping, no silence, only joy," the letter read. "When I am gone from this world, you need to dance and sing as I leave this world."
Ambalal never forgot that letter. He had it in safe-keeping, and when the time arrived, he ensured that every line was fulfilled. As Sohanlal's body was brought through the village, Ambalal came forward. His face streamed with tears, but he danced.

Not to entertain the crowds, but to recall. Not to give way to convention, but to honour a vow.
The vow:
"I had pledged to my friend that I would dance at his last trip, and I did," Ambalal said. "He was not just a friend. He was my shadow." Ambalal Prajapat told PTI.
The villagers stood quietly by. Initially surprised, then obviously touched. Some quietly wiped away tears. Others stood transfixed, witnessing a moment that expressed more about friendship and love than words ever could.
Pandit Rakesh Sharma, who conducted the last rites, stated that he had never seen such camaraderie. "Sohanlal ji had requested Ambalal to dance, and he completed it with utmost devotion. May such friendships endure."
The instant was recorded on camera and posted online, where it immediately became viral. Individuals all over the country were moved. One user shared a similar memory, penning, "They played music and employed colours in my friend's grandfather's funeral.
He lived life to the fullest and had no regrets." Another wrote, "If I don't receive a sendoff like that, meri atma hamesha bhatkegi."
Sohanlal's family is still grieving. But they say the way Ambalal paid tribute brought them unexpected peace. 'We are heartbroken,' one relative said. 'But the way Ambalal honoured him made us emotional all over again.'
The letter ended with a quiet, heartfelt line: 'If I've ever made a mistake knowingly or unknowingly, please forgive me.'It was a musical farewell, with memories and the type of friendship that remains even when one is no longer there.

Mohammed Siraj Celebrates Raksha Bandhan With Asha Bhosle's Granddaughter Zanai Bhosle. Video Viral
The spirit of Raksha Bandhan was felt strongly in the cricketing fraternity, as several Indian stars took to social media to share their special moments with their sisters. From playful banter to heartfelt wishes, the posts reflected the unique bond that defines the festival. Amidst all that, a video of India pacer Mohammed Siraj celebrating the festival with Asha Bhosle's granddaughter Zanai Bhosle is going viral on social media. In the heartfelt video, Zanai ties Rakhi on the hand of Siraj. The video was shared by Zanai in collaboration with Siraj. "Happy Rakhi. Couldn't have asked for better," she captioned the post. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Zanai Bhosle💜 (@zanaibhosle) Initially there were speculations on social media that Siraj and Zanai were dating each other. However, the duo clarified their bond by terming it a brother-sister relationship. The England tour marked one of Siraj's finest outings in Test cricket, topping the wicket-charts with 23 wickets and running throughout the series like a warrior for over 185 overs, undeterred, never tired. While the pace spearhead Jasprit Bumrah played only three Tests owing to his workload management, it was Siraj who unleashed his 'Miyan Magic' when his beloved 'Jassi Bhai' needed some rest. Notably, Siraj was the only bowler from India and just the second in the series to play all the five Tests. Following his exceptional performance in The Oval Test, Siraj gained his career-best ratings of 674 points, in the ICC Men's Test Bowler Rankings on Wednesday. Player of the Match in the fifth Test, Siraj climbed 12 places to grab 15th spot in the latest ICC Men's Test Bowler Rankings. This is Siraj's highest ever position in the Test ranking, after churning out match-winning spells in the final Test against England. (With agency inputs)
