$1.13 Million Q1 2025 Revenue, Up 92% vs. Q1 of 2024 Thanks to Valuable Acquisitions and Organic Growth, Plus AI Drone and Quantum Computing Solutions Advancing in Multiple Industries: ZenaTech, Inc.
$ZENA Makes New Acquisition Offer ZenaTech for US Southeast DaaS Business with a Bolt-On Land Survey
ZenaTech, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZENA) (FSE: 49Q) (BMV: ZENA) is a technology company specializing in AI drone, Drone as a Service (DaaS), enterprise SaaS and Quantum Computing solutions for mission-critical business applications. Since 2017, ZENA has leveraged its software development expertise and grown its drone design and manufacturing capabilities through subsidiary ZenaDrone, to innovate and improve customer inspection, monitoring, safety, security, compliance, and surveying processes.
With enterprise software customers using branded solutions in law enforcement, health, government, and industrial sectors, and drones being implemented in these plus agriculture, defense, and logistics sectors, the ZENA portfolio of solutions helps drive exceptional operational efficiencies, accuracy, and cost savings. ZENA operates through seven global offices in North America, Europe, Taiwan and UAE, and is growing a DaaS business model and global partner network.
ZenaDrone, a wholly owned subsidiary of ZENA, develops and manufactures autonomous business drone solutions that can incorporate machine learning software, AI, predictive modeling, Quantum Computing, and other software and hardware innovations. Created to revolutionize the hemp farming sector, its specialization has grown to multifunctional drone solutions for industrial surveillance, monitoring, inspection, tracking, process automation and defense applications. Currently, the ZENA ZenaDrone 1000 drone is used for crop management applications in agriculture and critical field cargo applications in the defense sector, the IQ Nano indoor drone is used for inventory management and security in the warehouse and logistics sectors, and the IQ Square is an indoor/outdoor drone designed for land survey and inspections use in commercial and defense sectors.
ZenaTech Advances Its US Southeast DaaS Business with a Bolt-On Land Survey Company Acquisition Offer
On May 20th ZENA announced it has extended an offer to acquire a well-established Florida land survey engineering firm that could serve as a bolt-on to another recently acquired land survey company. The acquisition would strengthen the ZENA Drone as a Service presence in the high-growth Florida market and would be the fourth acquisition in the Southeast region and the fifth acquisition nationally.
The ZENA Drone as a Service or DaaS business model works similarly to Software as a Service (SaaS), but instead of providing software over the internet, this model offers drone technology solutions and services on a subscription or pay-per-use basis. Both business and government customers can conveniently access drones for tasks such as surveying, inspections, security, law enforcement, power washing or precision agriculture solutions without having to buy, operate, or maintain the drones themselves.
The ZENA DaaS model offers customers, including government agencies, builders and developers, construction firms, and farmers, reduced upfront costs as there is no need to purchase expensive drone hardware and software, and convenience as the company manages drone pilots, regulatory certifications, maintenance, and operations. DaaS also offers scalability to companies to use more often or less often based on their needs and enables access to advanced drone technology and applications.

ZENA further expanded its Taiwan drone component manufacturer ─ Spider Vision Sensors, adding additional engineering and business development staff. It also announced the first Blue UAS-certifiable drone sensors are under development.
ZENA received a letter of support from the U.S. Air Force to use ZenaDrone 1000 for drone cargo delivery, which includes blood transport.
Expanding Drone Exterior Building Power Washing to Dubai, Tapping into Global Drone Cleaning Services Market Growing to USD 13 Billion by 2030

Initially this office will focus on delivering drone-powered cleaning services for building exteriors using the IQ Square drone tethered to a water pipe and electrical cord. ZENA is currently obtaining a permit from the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority to begin power wash testing and operations. Supporting this expansion, ZENA will hire two business development managers and up to four additional drone pilots, with drones supplied from its subsidiary ZenaDrone which has a manufacturing hub in nearby Sharjah.

ZenaDrone Tests Proprietary Camera Enabling IQ Nano Drone Swarms for US Defense Applications and Blue UAS Submission
On May 8th ZENA announced that subsidiary ZenaDrone is testing a new proprietary specialized camera that enables more efficient indoor applications such as inventory and security management, when utilizing IQ Nano drone swarms for commercial and US defense applications.
The new ZENA camera prototype developed by its Taiwan component manufacturing subsidiary, Spider Vision Sensors, in collaboration with its certified electronics manufacturing partner, Suntek Global, will enable faster and more precise collection of data including multiple bar codes simultaneously scanned by multiple drones in a drone swarm. ZENA plans to apply for Blue UAS (Unmanned Aerial Systems) certification that lists and validates drones for military and government use.
Military and Defense departments use small autonomous indoor drones like the 10X10 inch IQ Nano for various applications such as inventory management, indoor building reconnaissance, search and rescue, training simulations, and explosives detection. The ZENA ZenaDrone is also engaged in a paid trial which includes developing drone swarm applications for inventory management and security applications with a multinational auto parts manufacturer customer
Drone as a Service (DaaS) Offerings Expand to Bathymetric Surveys for Underwater Terrain Mapping for Commercial and Government Customers
On May 1st ZENA announced its DaaS offerings have expanded to include bathymetric surveys, a specialized method of mapping underwater terrain using drones equipped with sonar. These surveys are important for critical underwater depth and contour data to support maintenance, dredging, environmental planning, and aquatic development for both commercial and government customers.
The ZENA DaaS bathymetric surveys are now available in South Florida through the recently acquired Wallace Surveying where the team has both golf course and Intracoastal Waterway project relationships and surveying expertise. Utilizing advanced sonar and ZENA drones, high-resolution underwater maps help customers make informed decisions ─ from enhanced water management and lake and channel design strategies, to ensuring long-term sustainability.
According to DataIntelo market research, the global Bathymetry Survey Sonar Market was valued at approximately $1.2 billion in 2023, this market is projected to reach $2.1 billion by 2032, growing at a CAGR of 6.2%. This encompasses sonar systems utilized in bathymetric surveys, including those deployed on drones.
