TikTok star Alix Earle, 24, earns the price of an average US home with only ONE Instagram post

Daily Mail28-04-2025

Last year, influencer Alix Earle scored the number 30 spot on Forbes ' list of Top Creators after amassing $8M, but now a new report reveals precisely how much she makes per Instagram story.
Article 41 co-founder Vickie Segar just told a group of University of North Carolina student athletes that her 24-year-old client receives $450K per post, according to the New York Times.
That is around the cost of the average US home.
Alix currently boasts 7.4M TikTok followers, 4.2M Instagram followers, nearly 1M Snapchat followers, and 392K YouTube followers.
In the past few months alone, Earle has posted lucrative paid partnerships with Revolve, One/Size, Universal Pictures, Dr. Kiran Mian, Shark Beauty, and Naked Sundays.
But more than any other brand, the New Jersey-born TikToker focuses her energy on promoting canned margarita company SipMARGS because she's an investor.
Alix - who holds a BBA in marketing from the University of Miami - is also believed to have a speaking fee range of around $100K to $200K.
Earle used to work as a marketing intern for her family's construction company Earle, which is run by her father Thomas 'TJ' Earle.
The SI Swimsuit stunner first went viral in the summer of 2022 for posting about suffering from severe acne.
Alix is also famous for hosting her podcast Hot Mess with Alix Earle, which Alexandra Cooper's company The Unwell Network dropped in February after two years on the air amid a rumored feud.
Earlier this month, Earle moved into her boyfriend Braxton Berrios' $2.7M Miami home due to her own lease being up.
However, the 29-year-old NFL wide receiver will be spending a lot more time in the lone star state as he signed a one-year contract with the Houston Texans on March 10.
Braxton was previously in a two-year relationship with Sophia Culpo, the sister of Olivia Culpo, which ended in 2023.
The Kid Laroi video vixen clearly has a thing for professional athletes as she previously enjoyed a three-month fling with San Diego Padres utility player Tyler Wade in 2022.
In the past few months alone, Earle has posted lucrative paid partnerships with Revolve, One/Size, Universal Pictures, Dr. Kiran Mian, Shark Beauty (pictured April 3), and Naked Sundays
This comes after Alix landed an interview with This comes after Alix landed an interview with Bethenny Frankel.
The reality TV star told Earle that she is moving to Florida.
The former 'Real Housewives of New York City' star has revealed she is going to make a 'permanent' move to the Sunshine State while maintaining her properties in the Big Apple and the The Hamptons, because it's the 'healthiest decision' for her and daughter Bryn, 14.
In a video update, she told her TikTok followers, Bethenny - who has her teenage girl with former husband Jason Hoppy - said: 'I've been waiting until I got down here to tell you, but I am moving to Florida for personal and professional reasons.
'Something has arisen that made this the best and healthiest decision for myself and my daughter.'
The reality star promised to update fans with more information on the big move 'soon', while showing them the beach and adding: 'This will be my backyard.'
Bethenny's life update comes after an insider claimed she is 'thriving' at this stage in her life.
The 54-year-old reality star - who was legally married to second spouse Jason from 2010 until 2021, despite splitting in 2012 - started dating businessman Tom Villante last year, and after previously dismissing a rumour that they were engaged, she insists she is taking it 'slow'.
She told Alix Earle's 'Hot Mess' podcast recently: 'I've been dating.
'I don't know what it was like when you started dating and you were public. People think because you're photographed with one person that you're all of a sudden married again or engaged again.'
But more than any other brand, the New Jersey-born TikToker focuses her energy on promoting canned margarita company SipMARGS because she's an investor
Bethenny added: 'I have always sort of wanted to know exactly what everything is, and I'm trying to let the wine breathe more versus need to know what it is.'
Bethenny confirmed her new relationship to the world via her Instagram page in November.
She wrote: 'POV: he buys you a luxury heated throw and builds you a fire while you sip an overpriced latte.'
Prior to meeting Tom, the TV star - who split from her second husband in 2012 but did not officially divorce him until almost a whole decade later - was engaged to Paul Bernon, but they called it quits in May after six years together.
At the time, an insider claimed that 'it just wasn't going to work' between the two because they were both so 'different'.

Meet the Glaswegian stars of I Kissed A Boy season two

This is the first thing that hospital pharmacist Jack D says as he recounts his time on the hit BBC dating show, I Kissed A Boy. Image of Jack, supplied. Speaking to the Glasgow Times, Jack described the experience as surreal, before adding: 'I'll never get to do something like that ever again. I've made lifelong friends.' And one of those friends is fellow Glaswegian and finance analyst, Jas. Image of Jas, supplied. The two Glasgow-born boys entered the Italy cottage, known as the Masseria, with eight other men for a summer of love. Matched on what they are looking for in a partner, each contestant must skip the chat and niceties when they meet on the Masseria grounds for the first time and go straight in for a kiss before entering the Masseria with their partner to explore their relationship and possible connections with the other men. READ NEXT: Two Glaswegians star in hit BBC reality show I Kissed A Boy Hosted by pop icon Dannii Minogue and narrated by Strictly Come Dancing finalist Layton Williams, this season of the show — which aired on May 11 — threw Jack and Jas into some wild experiences and left them with plenty of incredible memories, including meeting Dannii Minogue, of course. Jas, 27, said: 'This experience is something that I will never forget in my entire life. 'It was the most beautiful celebration of what it means to be queer. To have my name attached to that is such a pinch-me moment. I genuinely would do it a million times over.' (Image: Images provided) 'When I first saw Dannii across the pool on that first day, I went non-verbal,' Jack said. He continued: 'I have loved her music since I was younger and loved watching her on The X Factor. They say never meet your heroes, but I've met mine and it was everything I thought it would be in the best way.' Speaking on Dannii's unwavering support for the queer community, Jack added: 'She's such an ally. Behind the scenes, she really does care about all of us and wants us to do well. She's not just there to do a job, she loves the show. She's been so outspoken – especially about trans inclusivity, I'm just in awe of her.' Jas agreed, saying: 'She cares about the community, and she champions it. She is a textbook ally, through and through.' (Image: Images provided) The show – which is the UK's first dating show exclusively for gay men – is not just about kissing and meeting your pop heroes though. From Lars being the show's first transgender contestant and Adam revealing his journey with HIV to Jas talking about what it means to be queer and Punjabi, the show is all about breaking down barriers and opening space for important conversations. Through this, so many viewers have seen themselves represented on TV for the first time ever. Jas said: 'The number of messages I've had from Punjabi, queer and even Scottish people who have seen themselves represented in this show because of me is so special and beautiful. 'I want to be the best role model that I possibly can be. I will not let this platform go to waste. I want to make an impact and help the community by spreading as much love and positivity as I possibly can. So that way, when I'm old and wrinkly in about a year's time, I can look back and be like, I did that.' (Image: Images provided) Jack, 26, added: 'I don't ever remember watching a queer dating show that had a trans person in it. I remember when Lars told me and I thought, 'He's literally going to change the world'." He explained: 'It's my favourite place in the world. When I learned how to drive that was like my thing. I would drive there with a speaker and listen to music. Then I started to make friends, and we'd go and make a whole evening of it. It became my outlet and source of freedom. 'I love that you can literally be in Glasgow city centre and within an hour you can be surrounded by so much nature and peace. I am so proud to be Scottish. I'm so proud to be from Glasgow. It's one of the most incredible places full of people that are so friendly and there's a real sense of community just by being Glaswegian.' West Lothian Film Festival announces partnership with breast cancer support charity based in Bathgate

Breast Friends and Family emerged as the winner from 30 nominated organisations West Lothian Film Festival has confirmed that its first official charity partner is Breast Friends and Family. The announcement follows more than five months of public voting and 2,164 individual ballots cast, and the partnership will run for the next three years. ‌ Nominations opened in October last year and the public were invited to nominate and vote via social media for local causes they felt deserved recognition and support. ‌ There were 30 organisations in the running, with Breast Friends and Family emerging as the winner after securing more than 700 public votes. Breast Friends and Family aims to support patients through a breast cancer diagnosis, treatment and recovery. Based on Glasgow Road in Bathgate they provide practical, emotional, and peer support for breast cancer patients across West Lothian. From its office, affectionately known as The Heart, the charity distributes treatment support bags, runs wellbeing sessions, and offers a vital sense of solidarity to those facing diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. West Lothian Film Festival has attracted 306 films — an unprecedented increase from last year's 82 submissions. All submissions are currently in the hands of the 20 strong volunteer judging panel. Festival Director Christopher McPhillips said: 'Every nominated charity had something meaningful to offer West Lothian, and we're grateful to have celebrated them all over the past five months. With 747 votes, Breast Friends and Family clearly resonated with our community, representing compassion, strength, and unity. ‌ 'The people of West Lothian chose them as their charity of choice, and we're proud to use our platform to support and celebrate the incredible work they do. While it's been an honour to spotlight 30 brilliant organisations, we're equally proud to now walk alongside Breast Friends and Family as our official partner for the next three years.' As part of the three-year charity partnership, the festival has committed to: full marketing and promotional support, volunteer days from the festival team, and a dedicated Breast Friends and Family showcase day at each edition of the festival from 2026 to 2028. Hazel Orr of Breast Friends and Family said: 'We were delighted to be nominated. The 30 nominated charities are all worthy charities and community groups, so we knew we faced some strong competition. ‌ 'On first meeting Christopher, we realised that this could be a fantastic opportunity for Breast Friends and Family, with so many ways he could help promote our charity through the film festival as well as his business associates and connections. It made us think about how we connect with our followers through social media, through our own Facebook and Instagram platforms and how we could encourage our followers to like, vote and share posts. 'We grabbed the opportunity offered by the film festival and Condor Entertainment, to go along on one of their media days, to record an interview about how the charity came about and what it provides. ‌ "We loved sharing the finished result. And, we took advantage of the leaflets and posters provided by Artos Digital and Clear Colour, not just taking them to our events but sharing with work colleagues, neighbours, family and friends, at every opportunity. 'Thank you, Christopher, and the West Lothian Film Festival for this fabulous opportunity, thank you to the 2000+ people who voted and to those who voted for Breast Friends and Family. There's also an online fundraiser been set up by the film festival for Breast Friends and Family:

Kaleb said he was in a lot of pain as he shared a video of his swollen ankle as he hobbled around his farm before heading to hospital for an X-ray the next morning. ‌ He then took to his Instagram story to reassure fans that he would still be going to the Three Counties Show at the weekend. He said, "I may be hobbling around as I've fractured my ankle, but I'll still be at the 3 Counties Show on the Sunday. I'll be doing talks throughout the day, and Hawkestone Cider will be there. So, do pop along and say hello. I'll be there - don't you worry! I'm looking forward to it." ‌ The news comes just days after the fourth season of Clarkson's Farm dropped on Prime Video. A fifth series is already in the works, but Jeremy admitted that the show might go on a break after then The fomer Top Gear presenter told The Sunday Times newspaper: "Whatever happens we'll definitely take a short break as the crews are all worn out. We've been filming here two or three days a week, every week, for five years. Everybody could do with a rest." Clarkson's Farm has proved to be a big hit since it first aired in 2021, with Kaleb soaring to fame as one of the main figures on the show. As a result, he recently embarked on a UK tour and has written a book. Whilst Kaleb was away on his live speaking tour, Jeremy was assisted by glamorous new farmhand Harriet Cowan. Ever since former Top Gear star Jeremy, decamped to Chipping Norton in the Cotswolds, fans have been gripped by the trials and troubles the star has faced as he tried to earn a profit from his farm which is all documented in his hit series. He is aided by farm hand Kaleb, 26 - who often proves he is more informed on farming practices than his motor head boss.
