Celebrity Traitors Alan Carr, Kate Garraway and more stars whisked off to secret location
The full list of Celebrity Traitors stars were caught on camera as they did their best to sneak off to their secret location where filming will start ahead of the new series
Celebrity Traitors is officially underway as the cast of the latest series were spotted being whisked off to a secret location to start filming. Bundled into the back of a black people carrier, the cast included Good Morning Britain star Kate Garraway, TV talk show host Jonathan Ross, Charlotte Church, Stephen Fry and singer Paloma Faith.
The group have been on strict instructions by production staff to maintain a low-key profile ahead of filming and were also banned from liaising with each other.
But yesterday, the entire cast were rushed out of a side door exit as filming is set to start at a secret location. TV star Jonathan Ross was seen climbing into the back of a car before sitting down next to Clare Balding, who was also in the car, and having a chat.
Meanwhile, comedian Alan Carr looked excited for filming to kick off as he stood with production staff. Alan, 48, looked dapper in a grown suit jacket and checked brown trousers.
Good Morning Britain star Kate Garraway was pictured with rollers in her hair as she gets camera-ready as she climbed into an awaiting car.
Meanwhile, Charlotte Church was seen in deep conversation while sat in the back of a car with Bob Mortimer and Nick Mohammed, ahead of the start of filming. Meanwhile, Olympian Tom Daley also emerged from the side exit of a building. The smartly-dressed star looked deep in thought, perhaps getting his head in the game.
Earlier this week, the cast were pictured arriving at Inverness Airport. It has been reported that nineteen high-profile names are joining host Claudia Winkleman at Ardross Castle in the Scottish Highlands, as they embark on the game which test their levels of deception.
Rugby star Joe Marler, YouTuber Niko Omilana and Line Of Duty and Shetland star Mark Bonnar, as well as comedians Joe Wilkinson and Lucy Beaumont have also signed up for the new series, as well as EastEnders actress Tameka Empson and actresses Celia Imrie and Ruth Codd.
Claudia Winkleman will be back to host the hit show, which launched three years ago in the UK. A celebrity version also airs in the United States, but differently, it has both celebrities and civilians in it.
Filming for the BBC series is said to be gruelling, with one of the series' stars Charlotte Chilton revealed that they would film for 17 hours a day, as she admitted she would spend hours on end with them.
"That's the hardest part. It sounds crazy - you might go 'you were only together for like 3 weeks or whatever'. But that 3 weeks, where some days like... 17 hours in a day and you're sat with those people constantly," she told The Mirror.
Host Claudia recently confessed that bosses have banned the inclusion of her A-list celebrity friends to take part in future series as it could compromise the game.
During a recent interview alongside her co-presenter Mika from Channel 4's The Piano, Claudia was asked by The Sun if Mika would be a Faithful or a Traitor, if he were to appear on the celebrity spin-off.
Stating that he could be either, she then confirmed she was not allowed friends as she could give the entire game away. She explained: "But I cannot have a friend there, otherwise I would just say [gestures to who would be the Traitor]."
The host also claimed that she would love to take part in the game herself but fears she would not be good at deceiving people confidently enough.
She revealed: "I would love to play that game. I would not be very good at it but I would love to play."
The Strictly Come Dancing presenter was recently pictured arriving at Inverness airport dressed casually in a pair of denim jeans, teamed with a black bomber jacket. She accessorised her look with a green scarf.
It remains unknown if she was under strict instruction by bosses to maintain a low profile but onlookers claimed that while she appered in a good mood, she coyly engaged with the crowd as she went through baggage reclaim. She was joined by a male pal and the pair headed towards their vehicle.

Laurence Fox could face trial in 2027 over upskirting photo of TV star
The actor-turned-activist is alleged to have shared a compromising image in a tweet posted in April 2024 of Kaur, 52, who appears regularly on Good Morning Britain and has previously appeared on GB News. Ms Kaur, who has waived her right to anonymity, sat in the public gallery at Woolwich Crown Court on Thursday as Fox, of Peldon in Essex, appeared charged with two counts under the Sexual Offences Act 2003. Narinder Kaur sat in the public gallery at Woolwich Crown Court on Thursday (Lucy North/PA) The 47-year-old defendant is accused of sharing a photograph of a person's genitals 'intending that the person or another person would see the genitals, and for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification, and being reckless as to whether that person would be caused alarm, distress or humiliation' in the first count. The second count alleges he shared a photograph which showed, or appeared to show, 'another person in an intimate state, with the intention of causing that person alarm, distress or humiliation'. The court hearing on Thursday was listed for plea and trial preparation but Fox, who was wearing a white shirt and grey blazer with jeans, was not asked to enter any pleas. A provisional trial with a time estimate of four days was set for December 6 2027 at the same court, with Fox granted bail to appear for a further case management hearing on November 14 this year. Sarah Forshaw KC, defending, asked the court if it would be possible to look at whether other venues may be able to accommodate an earlier trial as 'December 2027 is a long way ahead'. The police previously said Fox had been 'charged with an offence contrary to section 66A of the Sexual Offences Act 2003' which 'relates to an image that was posted on a social media platform in April 2024'. Fox is an actor-turned-activist (David Parry/PA) Section 66A of the Sexual Offences Act relates to 'cyber flashing'. The charge, introduced in 2023, makes it an offence to intentionally share a sexual image of someone without consent, with the aim of causing alarm, distress, humiliation or for sexual gratification. Upskirting, taking pictures of people under their clothes without their permission, became a specific criminal offence in 2019. Offenders can face up to two years in jail and be placed on the sex offenders' register. Fox was fired from GB News in October 2023 after an on-air rant about journalist Ava Evans. He previously starred as James Hathaway in ITV's drama series Lewis.
