Plug-in lamp that's 'even more beautiful in real life' has 20% off
Dunelm shoppers have been singing the praises of a stylish wall lamp that's said to be really easy to install. The Churchgate Harby Plug In Wall Light is making the installation process a lot simpler for a lot of buyers due to its dangling cord that can be plugged into a socket, and doesn't require any more complex wiring from an electrician.
It's usually priced at £40 per light, but the retailer is currently hosting a sale that takes the price down to £32. The lights are designed with an attractive white ceramic glazed head and finished in an antique gold metal.
For those worried about an ugly wire dangling down, the lamp comes complete with a white twisted cable that looks a lot more stylish than a typical wire. Dunelm isn't the only retailer stocking this type of plug in light. Lighting Direct's Twiga Wall Light comes in black, for those who prefer a darker interior style and is also slightly cheaper at £31.99.
It does come with a three-year guarantee too for added peace of mind. Elsewhere, those who really hate having any visible wires on show might find more luck at retail giant Amazon where it sells some battery-operated wall lights.
The Rechargeable Wireless Wall Sconce Set of 2 are £49.99 and while they do require recharging, Amazon says the battery will typically last for 40 hours on low brightness and 18 hours on maximum. The set handily comes with two E27 rechargeable bulbs too, to save extra expense.
Back to the Dunelm light, one buyer said: "Amazing quality and really adds a premium feel to the bedside. Added these to a room refresh for a beachy look and feel and the quality is great. We've had lovely comments already and love the look."
Another added: "Looks lovely, good quality and easy to install. Would recommend."
A third went on: "These look lovely in the picture but they are even more beautiful in real life! Easy to install."
Despite the vast majority of shoppers giving a high rating and the product averaging 4.7 stars out of 5 from 148 reviews, there have been a couple of issues pointed out. One buyer pointed out: "Really nice lamps but was disappointed when it came with silver coloured screws, especially as they are on the wall plate and are seen. Otherwise I like the lamps. I think they are more of a cream than a white."

Flash sale axes 'small and powerful' fan that's 'better than Dyson' to under £23
If you're on the lookout for a new fan that's praised for its power and low noise output, look no further than this 'better than Dyson' model that's now on sale Whilst summer might be drawing to a close, scorching temperatures are still gripping Britain with some areas seeing the mercury soar above 30C this past week - and there's more sweltering heat on the way. Perfect timing then for Amazon to slash the price of a top-rated cooling device by 29%. The Honeywell Turboforce Power Fan, normally priced at £32.49, has been reduced to £22.99. The gadget, which boasts a stellar 4.5-star rating, has been hailed as "superior" to Dyson and "powerful" despite its compact design, reports the Express. Manchester Evening News journalist Bethan Shufflebotham put the fan through its paces. She revealed: "Despite its compact size of no more than 30cm in height or width, this Honeywell fan packs a punch. I've never felt the need to try a Dyson fan, as this device does an excellent job of keeping me cool during the summer months while working from home. It even outperforms the £20 tower fan I bought from Aldi in 2022." "The fan arrives fully assembled, making setup a breeze," Bethan noted. It features a three-metre cable and can tilt by 90 degrees. "Its sleek and minimalist design is far from an eyesore, and its lightweight nature allows for easy room-to-room movement," Bethan enthused. "Given its price, I'd recommend getting two - one for upstairs and one for downstairs." This fan boasts three speed settings and can be wall-mounted or used as a desk fan. Despite its power, Bethan was particularly impressed with its quiet operation. She noted: "The slowest speed is almost silent, making it perfect for work calls during the day, watching films or catching up on Love Island, and it doesn't disturb my sleep when used overnight. "The medium speed setting produces a gentle hum, delivering more of a breeze, but still, there's no need to reach for the volume button on the telly remote. The highest setting is noisier than the others, but no noisier than other fans we've tested over the years, and it's more than worth it for the performance." The fan has earned a top-notch customer satisfaction rating of five stars out of five on Amazon. One satisfied shopper said: "Extremely quiet, even on full power. Very strong breeze, a lot better than my Dyson hot and cold fan. Cannot fault this." Another added: " This fan is an absolute powerhouse. I have no clue as to how it can be so powerful for its size, but fair play to Honeywell. It's easily at least 10 times more powerful than the Dyson fan (a really bad purchase) we also have." However, one user was not impressed with the design of the settings switch, stating: "It's a decent enough fan in terms of airflow. The main problem is that the switch is in an awkward spot to turn on and off." The cooling device is available for next-day delivery, and Prime members won't face any delivery charges. But if you want to grab this fan at it's newly reduced rate, you'll want to act fast as there's now telling how long this sale will last. Meanwhile, if you'd rather shop the real deal, you can find the Dyson Cool CF1 desk fan for £249.99 at Dyson's own store, or check out this Igenix 12" Desk Fan which is selling for £25 at Dunelm.

Dyson Airwrap leaves hair looking 'better than ever' is cut by £120 in sale
The Dyson Airwrap i.d. Multi-Styler and Dryer is the latest version of the viral hair tool, and it's currently on sale for 25% off on Amazon, saving customers a huge £120 Unless you've been living under a rock, you'll have heard of the Dyson Airwrap. The viral hair styler was on nearly every Christmas wishlist last year. However, with a hefty price tag nearing £500, it's safe to say that this product is an investment. But Amazon shoppers are in luck, as the latest model of the viral styler is now a whopping £120 off. The Dyson Airwrap i.d. Multi-Styler and Dryer usually sells on Amazon for £479.99, but customers can currently grab one at a 25 per cent discount for £359.99, saving them £120. The new Airwrap i.d. is the latest version of the Dyson product, boasting several technological advancements to protect the hair while styling it effortlessly, reports the Daily Record. With six different attachments, the heated gadget can style the hair in a variety of ways using just one device. The curling attachments claim to adapt heat, airflow and timings to the user's hair type for faster and easier styling. It comes with a large volume-boosting brush that creates endless blow-out styles, as well as a smaller barrel for tighter curls and Bluetooth technology that connects to the Dyson App. 47 Skin's 'life-changing' skincare products for spot-prone teens are now 10% off L'Oreal anti-ageing skincare bundle with 'magic in a jar' cream is now £47 off Its multidirectional barrel can also wave and curl in both directions for unlimited styling possibilities. Those browsing alternative hair stylers may opt for the original Dyson Airwrap Origin for £399.99 on Argos. Beauty fans on a tighter budget may prefer the Shark FlexStyle 4-in-1 Multi-Styler and Hair Dryer for £199.99, also on Argos. However, customers are raving about the latest version of the Airwrap on Amazon, which has earned an impressive 4.3-star rating out of five. One thrilled shopper said: "The Dyson Airwrap took me a little time to figure out (thank you, TikTok tutorials!), but once I got the hang of it, I was hooked. This tool gives me that voluminous, bouncy hair - think Farrah Fawcett vibes - that I could never quite achieve with traditional curlers or blow dryers. "I love that it comes with so many different attachments, giving you tons of styling options in one tool. I've definitely noticed that the smaller curler holds the curls much better than the larger one, especially if you want that all-day look. "It's definitely an investment, but one that's 100 per cent worth it. I've cut down my hair routine by a solid 30 minutes, and my hair looks better than ever." Yet a less impressed shopper said: "Honestly, I am very disappointed. I purchased this on June 17th, and it's now August 8, and it does not work! "I will turn it on and it randomly shuts right off and then goes back on. It's so annoying and I can't do anything with it without shutting off. I paid so much for this to only work for a month." But another satisfied customer said: "I have no hair, so this feels like a very expensive leaf blower, however my partner thinks it is the best thing ever and her hair looks like she's come out of a salon every day. Over time she should know this is less damaging on hair than straighteners."
