WATCH: Kanye storms out of Piers Morgan interview
Polarising media personality Piers Morgan has taken a swipe at Kanye West after the unpredictable rapper 'stomped off like a big baby' mid-way through an interview.
Appearing on YouTube talk show Piers Morgan Uncensored, the Jesus Walks hitmaker sat dressed in all-black beside internet celebrity SNEAKO, framed by the Mallorca coastline.
What resulted was a trainwreck interview that appeared to derail before it had begun.
'UPDATE: I interviewed Kanye West again today. As I expected, given what I've said about him recently, it didn't last long or go well,' Morgan captioned a photo of Kanye on social media.
'This was him right before he stomped off like a big baby before I could ask him why he's become a vile, Hitler-loving, Nazi-slathering, anti-Semitic pri**.'
Morgan had previously engaged in a lengthy interview with the Grammy winner in 2022, which he referenced upon welcoming the pair in this latest sit-down.
The host began their conversation by innocuously asking the rapper about his life.
However, before Morgan's typically abrasive approach could be introduced, the rapper thwarted the interview when he claimed the host had misquoted his social media following.
'I watch what you put out on X, you've got 32 million followers. You're one of the most followed people...,' Morgan said before being cut off.
'See wait wait... look right now, you're not gonna take, you're not gonna take... inches off my d***, bro,' the rapper responded.
'Like, how many followers do I have?'
The two entered into a tedious back-and-forth over the correct figure, which led to the record maker referring to himself as 'a gift'.
Kanye then compared his influence to that of 'Lennon' and 'Michael Jackson'.
Morgan was confounded by the rapper's rant, which accused the media of a lack of appreciation for his work despite it being played at 'weddings' and 'funerals'.
'Of course I play your music,' Morgan remarked.
'This is what you get for now, we can circle back when you can count,' Kanye added, before getting up and walking off-screen.
The Instagram clip ran for less than two minutes, however, the extended cut on YouTube included Morgan grilling SNEAKO over his friendship with Kanye and their shared far-right views.

The host's social media comment section was flooded with responses largely aimed at the rapper's recent pattern of behaviour and inflated sense of self-worth.
'An ego far bigger than his talent,' one person said.
'Did he just compare himself to Michael Jackson and John Lennon????' Irish singer Brian McFadden asked.
Some users compared Morgan's 'big baby' claims to the behaviour he himself had exhibited when quitting his role on Good Morning Britain in 2021.
'Didn't you storm off like a big baby?' one person asked.

Never Gonna Give You Up was released in 1987 by renowned hitmakers Stock Aitken Waterman and was a number 1 hit in the UK, US and here in Australia. Around 2007, the song became something of a phenomenon when people started sending prank links to it on YouTube. A user would be told the link was for one thing, but ended up being 'Rickrolled', or taken to the song. There's no doubt the prank helped the song stay fresh in the minds of people, leading consumers to search for the song on Spotify, which eventually led to the 1 billion streams. 'So who would have believed, after all these years, Never Gonna Give You Up has had a billion streams on Spotify' Astley posted on his official TikTok account. 'How amazing. Let the spin begin It's always funny when a company tries to discredit a story by trying to change the narrative. That's just what happened in regard to my exclusive story last week about I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! facing major budget cuts and its plan to pre-record for the 2026 series. On Wednesday, Pedestrian published a hit job on my reporting without attributing the original article and without including the writer's byline. Instead, it credited The PR fluff piece had obviously been given to the outlet by Channel 10, who did not want to officially confirm my reporting, but rather change the narrative. According to the gushing story, the change from live to pre-recording has nothing to do with budget cuts (heaven forbid), but more to do with the availability of big names who do not want to do the show live. As per the article: 'This change is massive,' one network insider spilled to 'Live TV has always been the dealbreaker for certain 'celebs.' Now that it's pre-recorded, a whole bunch of big names who used to say 'nah' are suddenly very interested.' It continues: Basically, removing the live element means 'celebs' don't have to stress about getting cancelled in real time and producers can flex a bit more control over the chaos. Think better editing, bigger stunts, and (hopefully) fewer awkward silences when someone gets booted. But then comes the big one, squarely taking aim at my reporting this change was made for budgetary reasons: And before anyone starts screaming 'budget cuts!', our sources are insisting this has nothing to do with Network Ten's upcoming Big Brother reboot stealing all the coins. 'If anything, this frees up resources to chase even bigger names,' the insider said. 'Think, international guests and proper A-listers, not just someone who got kicked off The Bachelor six years ago.' Why, then, did Channel 10 pre-record the finale this year, shooting three different versions and sending the entire production team home early? Obviously, that had nothing to do with budget! I can't wait to see Tom Cruise, Scarlett Johansson and other top tier talent take to the jungle in the next season, rather than a tragic bunch of nobodies. If 10 wants to change the narrative, then why not go on the record, confirm my reporting (which is correct) and make an official statement, rather than leaking to an outlet. At least we know they've already confirmed that McKnight was right! Media Watch hits out at Today It was interesting watching the hit job done by the ABC's Media Watch on Monday night against Channel 9's Today Show. The publicly funded broadcaster took issue with the fact the breakfast show dared into a commercial deal with UAE. Host Linton Besser wasn't happy with the show showing the positive tourist attractions of the country, rather than focusing on the negatives. 'The UAE is a repressive nation-state governed by an absolute monarchy whose arbitrary and fickle approach to justice and the law can create frightening risks for those who move there for work, like 28-year-old Emirates Airlines flight attendant Tori Towey, an Irish citizen who in June last year was strip searched and charged with attempting suicide after fleeing domestic violence' Besser said. All of that is true. But even though Besser declared Today had failed in 'spectacular fashion' in journalistic terms, he did have to acknowledge Nine did not hide anything from viewers. 'Despite the entire outside broadcast being funded by UAE government-backed businesses, which Nine did disclose, a spokesman for the media company told us the 'event TV' project had not been vetted by the foreign government'. OK, so what exactly is the problem here? Breakfast shows have always been a mix of news and entertainment. Sunrise certainly turned the format on its head in the 2000s when it introduced 'newstainsment' and became the number one breakfast show – a position which is still in place today. Commercial arrangements are a part of breakfast TV and there is no issue as long as those deals are made clear to the audience. Media Watch did not challenge Nine's position that the deal with UAE was disclosed. Nine and Today have never been shy about reporting on the atrocities that have taken place in the region and I don't believe this short-term deal will change that. So, Media Watch – which does not rely on commercial deals thanks to the $1.1 billion of government funding the ABC receives each year from taxpayers – thinks the show should have refused the money or done a big expose. Let's live in the real world. Commercial broadcasters are doing it tough and deals like this help them to survive. If a big story about the UAE had broken and the Today Show hadn't covered it, then Media Watch should rightly call them out. But that didn't happen. Instead, what we have here is an elitist attitude from a government-funded entity that doesn't rely on revenue to survive.

Halle Bailey's ex DDG claims she is a 'psychological risk' to their baby son
DDG has asked the court to stop Halle Bailey from travelling internationally with their son. The 27-year-old streamer has filed a motion requesting an emergency hearing to restrict the 'Little Mermaid' star from taking their 17-month-old boy Halo to Italy for work. In court documents obtained by PEOPLE magazine and other outlets, he accused Bailey of being an "an imminent emotional and psychological risk to the minor child based on repeated, documented threats of self-harm". He alleged that if Halo left the country, the child wouldn't have the protections of the court or any "emergency intervention mechanisms". DDG - whose real name is Daryl Dwayne Granberry Jr. - has claimed his 25-year-old ex has made "repeated threats of suicide and self-harm". He also alleged that she "routinely used emotional coercion and manipulation to exert her control over me, often threatening me by using self-harm or ending her life" during what has been referred to as an almost three year "on again/off again" relationship. DDG claimed she allegedly "threatened to end her life using my legally owned firearm" in 2023, as well as stalking him during their relationship, and physically and verbally abusing him. He wrote in the filing: "Given these threats to self-harm, I believe the Petitioner is a threat to our son's safety such that she should not be allowed to take Halo out of the country to Italy for a period of two months." He has requested sole legal and physical custody of their child, or an alternative visitation plan which would see DDG and Bailey exchange two-day and five-day blocks. As reported by TMZ, Bailey has since filed to deny his request and seek permission to take Halo out of the country so she can work. She has also requested orders to prevent the YouTube star and his family and friends from posting online about her, the litigation, and their son. Last month, Bailey was granted temporary sole physical and legal custody of Halo, along with a temporary restraining order which expired in line with a planned court hearing on June 4. She had accused DDG of domestic abuse, while previous court documents obtained by Page Six, saw her allege that she filed for sole custody without notifying DDG because she was "afraid that the violence would reoccur" and that "the other party would take the children out of the area". Just over six months after they announced their split, PEOPLE learned via legal documents that Bailey has accused him of various kinds of abuse. In documents obtained by the outlet, she alleged: "I realize that there is no placating Darryl. I cannot allow this abuse any longer. "Whenever he wishes to cause upset, he starts badmouthing me to his several millions of fans. "He claims I am withholding our son and that I am with other men. As a result, I then receive threats and hate on social media. He seems to try to set up drama for his fans."
