NFL's record seven international games features back-to-back games for Vikings in Dublin and London
'Our experiences in London have always been memorable, so to return in 2025 as the first team to play in back-to-back international games in different countries was something we could not pass up,' Vikings owner Mark Wilf said.
The Vikings are 8-0 in international games, including 4-0 in the regular season. The Vikings and Browns also played in London in 2017, the last time the Vikings were scheduled to visit Cleveland. That means they're going to go 24 years between trips to Cleveland, with the next one in 2033.

The matchups were revealed on Tuesday by the NFL as part of a series of announcements of notable games on each of the league's broadcasters ahead of the full schedule release on Wednesday night.

That's also when the league will announce the Los Angeles Chargers' opponent for its first international game of the season in Brazil, on Sept. 5 at Corinthians Stadium in Sao Paulo. That's where the Philadelphia Eagles began their Super Bowl quest last year with a game against the Green Bay Packers on opening weekend.
The Brazilian game will be streamed for free to a worldwide audience exclusively on YouTube and YouTube TV, marking the platform's debut as a live NFL broadcaster. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell and YouTube chief business officer Mary Ellen Coe will announce the Chargers' opponent Wednesday at YouTube's 2025 Brandcast upfront event at Lincoln Center in New York.

YouTube and the NFL also announced a multi-year deal for the annual Super Bowl flag football game featuring creators and artists with additional international contests following the success of the inaugural game in February that drew more than 6 million live views.
In other international games, the Denver Broncos visit the New York Jets on Oct. 12 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London; the Los Angeles Rams visit the Jacksonville Jaguars a week later at Wembley Stadium in London; the Atlanta Falcons visit the Indianapolis Colts on Nov. 9 at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin; and the Washington Commanders visit the Miami Dolphins on Nov. 16 at Santiago Bernabeu Stadium in Madrid.
This marks the 14th game in London for the Jaguars, as part of the team's multi-year commitment to playing games in Britain. Overall, the NFL has played 39 regular season games in London.
The six international matchups that were announced will all be on NFL Network and streamed on NFL+.
The Colts-Falcons game in Berlin is the fifth regular season NFL game in Germany. Previous games have been played in Munich and Frankfurt.
Peter O'Reilly, NFL executive vice president of club business and league events, said the largest-ever slate of international games 'underscores our collective commitment to global growth as we continue our journey to becoming a truly global sport.'
Also Tuesday, the NFL revealed on 'Good Morning America' that the Super Bowl champion Eagles will play the Packers in Green Bay on Monday Night Football on Nov. 10. The rest of the MNF lineup will be announced Wednesday.

The Week 10 game at Lambeau Field pits the teams at the center of the tush push debate this offseason. Green Bay has proposed a ban on the Eagles' short-yardage tactic, calling for the NFL to outlaw the quarterback sneak where teammates push him from behind. The issue is expected to be debated at the league's spring meeting next week.

About a month after a dramatic slide in the NFL Draft, talk is growing that Shedeur Sanders could start at quarterback for the Cleveland Browns. The former HBCU Player of the Year at Jackson State and standout at Colorado has made headlines throughout mini-camp - and the buzz keeps building. Tony Rizzo of ESPN Cleveland discussed a recent report expressing hope that Sanders will be the Browns' starting quarterback. "Something tells me this is going to work out in a weird way," Rizzo said. "The Browns told you they liked Dillon Gabriel more when they drafted him in the third round. But maybe Shedeur can impress enough to change their minds." Sanders was picked by the Browns in the fifth round of the 2025 NFL Draft. That came after early talk of him being a top-five selection. His fall to Day Three became a major storyline and sparked debates on-air and online. 'Listen, in that building, there are people who believe that Shedeur can 100 percent be the starter of this football team,' Kimberly A. Martin said on ESPN's Get Up. 'You said it's up to the Browns to give him the chance. It's also up to Shedeur to do the work. People there say he's soaking up everything like a sponge." If Shedeur gets on the field - starter or not - he'll be breaking a barrier for HBCU quarterbacks. He spent two years under his father, Deion Sanders, at Jackson State. He won SWAC and FCS Freshman of the Year in 2021 and SWAC Player of the Year in 2022 before transferring to Colorado. No HBCU quarterback has taken an NFL snap since 2015. That year, former Alabama State star Tavaris Jackson subbed in for Russell Wilson with the Seahawks. Jackson was also the last HBCU quarterback drafted before Sanders. Former Texas A&M legend, current NFL head coach awarded for lifetime achievements Former Texas A&M legend and current Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell was honored with the Lettermen's Association 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award on Monday for his contributions as an Aggie and his achievements as a coach. The Texas A&M football program put together a surprise for Campbell, as he thought he was only joining his former strength coach Mike Clark for an "interview" about his time playing in Bryan-College Station, Texas. Little did he know, awaiting him would be several of his former coaches, teammates and players from throughout his career to congratulate him on the outstanding honor. Campbell played tight end for the Aggies from 1995-1998, hauling in 27 receptions for 314 yards and three touchdowns in the Maroon and White. Following the end of his collegiate career, he was drafted by the New York Giants in the third round of the 1999 NFL Draft. The Clifton, Texas, native spent stints with the Dallas Cowboys, Detroit Lions, and New Orleans Saints before transitioning into his career as a coach. He started as an intern with the Miami Dolphins, where he quickly found his footing. After the Dolphins fired former head coach Joe Philbin, Campbell was anointed the interim head coach. Campbell returned to New Orleans in 2016 to become the new assistant head coach and tight ends coach, before he was hired by the Lions in 2021 to become the 28th head coach of the franchise. Since then, the former Aggie has broken the mold in Detroit to form one of the powerhouse teams in the NFC. The Lions have reached unprecedented heights over the last few seasons under Campbell, which included securing a 12-5 record to tie the franchise's single-season wins record, claiming the first divisional title since 1993 and advancing to the first NFC Championship since 1991. His gritty mentality, determination and dedication to the game of football have been well-received by the Lions fanbase. However, those traits and Campbell's contributions on and off the gridiron at Texas A&M are what led to this moment. Carl Nassib, NFL's 1st openly gay active player and West Chester native, has jersey added to Smithsonian
The jersey of West Chester native Carl Nassib is now on display at the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History, honoring his achievement as the first openly gay player to appear in an NFL regular-season game. The Malvern Prep alum made the announcement while appearing on The Pivot Podcast, hosted by former NFL stars Ryan Clark, Fred Taylor and Channing Crowder on May 6. The jersey on display is Nassib's No. 94 Las Vegas Raiders jersey from the team's 2021 season opener against the Baltimore Ravens — the first game he played after publicly coming out as gay in a social media post in June 2021. In that game, he made a critical strip sack on Lamar Jackson in overtime that helped lead the Raiders to a 33-27 victory. The jersey has been on display since May 21. "They reached out to me last year and said they wanted to add it to the collection. I said, absolutely. This is huge," Nassib said on the podcast. "I love museums. I love history. I love football. I love the gays." During the podcast, Nassib credited his late uncle, who was also gay and passed away from cancer, for inspiring him to share his truth. "When I came out to him, he said, 'This is the biggest weight off my chest. I'm not the only one,'" Nassib recalled. "That really charged me. I felt like I had to do this." Nassib walked on to Penn State's football team in 2011 but it wasn't until his last two years at Happy Valley that he started rewriting the Nittany Lions record books. In 2015, he set the Penn State single-season sack record with 15.5 sacks, was named a unanimous All-American, and received both the Lombardi Award and Nagurski-Woodson Award as the Big Ten's Defensive Player of the Year. Nassib played seven seasons in the NFL with the Cleveland Browns, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Las Vegas Raiders before retiring in 2023. During the podcast, Nassib also shared that he grew up an Eagles fan and is a big Taylor Swift fan.
