Brunswick man arrested, accused of shooting at four people with a shotgun
A man has been arrested after Glynn County police say he shot a woman Friday night.
Police responded to the scene near Mulligan's Bar and the Royal Inn Hotel around 9:43 P.M., where they found a woman with a gunshot wound to her hip area.
According to the Glynn County Police Department, 32-year-old Brandon Betts fired a shotgun multiple times in the direction of the woman, her two children, and an additional man. The children are 9 and 7 years old.

The woman was the Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick, before later being airlifted to UF Health Shands in Jacksonville, where she is listed as being in 'stable condition.'
Betts was arrested later that evening, according to GCPD, on four counts of aggravated assault. More charges may be added as the investigation continues.

Investigators hope partial tattoo found on Clay County human remains leads to identity
Clay County Sheriff's Office released a photo Monday of a drawing of a partial tattoo found on human remains last month on Fleming Island. The partial tattoo was found on the victim's leg. 'This is a sketch of what is believed to be a partial tattoo, based on the state of decomposition,' a Clay County Sheriff's Office social media post states. The human remains washed onto a bulkhead of the St. Johns River off of Highway 17 near Doctors Lake Bridge on May 7. They were found by a homeowner who called 911. St. Johns County teen hospitalized with serious injuries after crashing electric dirt bike
St. Johns County Sheriff's Office said they're investigating a crash Monday involving a teen riding an electric dirt bike and a vehicle. The crash occurred on Nocatee Village and Park Lake drives. The juvenile riding the electric dirt bike failed to stop for the vehicle, the sheriff's office said. The teen was flown by helicopter to the hospital with serious injuries, the sheriff's office said. St. Augustine business owner indicted on charges of having child sexual abuse material
A St. Augustine business owner has been federally indicted on charges that he paid money to receive child sex abuse images online. Action News Jax was outside Dymeng Technology Solutions on Paseo Reyes Drive on May 8 when the business was raided. We confronted the owner, Jack Leach, to find out why federal investigators were there. The criminal complaint includes what prosecutors said are messages from Leach's phone, talking about children as young as three years old and traveling to the Philippines to abuse children there. Leach, 43, faces up to 20 years in federal prison if convicted.
