Officer could face sack after asking colleague to ‘pull his finger then farting anyway'
A Met police officer may be sacked after he asked a colleague to pull his finger and farted when she said no.
PC Wayne Sansom laughed after breaking wind in the woman's face at Wembley Police Station in November 2021.
Russell Ford, for the Met Police, told the disciplinary hearing at Sutton Police Station: 'When she declined [to pull his finger] he passed wind in her face from around 10-15 cm away.'
PC Sansom admits he asked her to pull his finger, but denies actually farting.
Mr Ford added: 'He fully accepts his attempt at humour was misplaced and inappropriate in a modern policing workplace.
'PC Sansom approached her and asked her to pull his finger, she knew what was intended and told him to move along.
'At this, PC Sansom turned his back, stood on his toes and passed wind in her face.'
He is also accused of making 'inappropriate and discourteous comments' regarding her sexuality and Romanian heritage.
In December 2021, when the female officer was assisting on a call out regarding Romanians who did not speak English, PC Samson referred to them as 'f***ing d***heads'.
She replied: 'That's OK Wayne everyone knows you don't like Romanian people.'
PC Sansom allegedly replied: 'That's not true… I would put my d**k in you.'
He has also been accused of 'calling her a lesbian' and 'asking questions about her sexuality'.
PC Samson argued he only asked her once about her sexuality, adding he was worried it would lead to her being 'unfairly treated or talked about'.
Another police officer, PC Ben Jeffries, is also said to have made 'discourteous remarks' and took a picture of his testicles using her phone.
Mr Ford said: 'When PC Jeffries handed her back her phone, she opened it and noticed that the last application used was the camera.
'She looked at the last photographs taken and saw what she believed to be a testicle.
'She said: 'That's disgusting', and he [Jeffries] replied: 'Why are you getting offended? It's just a picture of my balls.'.'
PC Jeffries is also alleged to have made 'discourteous remarks motived by race' about a different female colleague at Wembley Police Station.
'She says that PC Fitzpatrick invited her to take a seat, whereupon PC Jeffries said to her 'no, take a knee'
'That remark, the authorities say, was no doubt a reference to a gesture used by the Black Lives Matter movement.'
Mr Ford told the hearing of a second incident in which the female officer went to open a door at the police station to find PC Jeffries holding it shut as a joke.
'When he released the door, he laughed and said to her words along the lines of: 'I thought you were going to start screaming Black Lives Matter'.
The female officer was 'annoyed and upset about this remark' and recalled another occasion when PC Jeffries pretending to light-heartedly punch her and then said: 'Oh, Black Lives Matter! Black Lives Matter!'.
Both officers could face the sack if the allegations against them are proved as gross misconduct.
The hearing continues.

Police Scotland to carry out searches 'based on biological sex'
Assistant Chief Constable Catriona Paton said the new guidance was designed to provide clarity around a 'complex and important area' of policing. READ MORE: SNP Government 'to cut spending by £2.6 billion per year', Finance Secretary says Police Scotland, the UK's second largest force after the Met, said it must ensure it is acting in line with its duties under the Equality Act and the Human Rights Act and that officers and staff must feel confident that they are conducting searches lawfully. Guidance from the force states that officers and staff will undertake all searches, whether in custody or as part of a stop and search interaction, which involve the removal of more than a jacket, gloves, headgear, or footwear, on the basis of biological sex. If an individual whose gender differs from their biological sex is subject to search and asks to be searched by an officer of their gender identity, guidelines state that efforts will be made to ensure an appropriate officer conducts the search 'where this is operationally viable'. The guidelines added that in these circumstances, the search will require the written consent of the authorising officer, the transgender person to be searched, and the officer who will conduct the search. Police Scotland officers can refuse to search a transgender detainee under the guidance. Transgender detainees will also be given the option to ask for a separate area search depending on their anatomical presentation and if there are no officers willing to conduct a search in line with the person's gender identity, the detainee will be supervised until a suitable officer is found. (Image: Andrew Milligan/PA Wire) The guidance added that if a willing officer is not found within a 'reasonable time' or the 'risk is deemed to be too great', a search will be carried out by an officer of the same biological sex of the detainee. Transgender officers will only search in line with their biological sex and can also be exempt from searching. A transgender officer can search a transgender detainee if they are of the same biological sex, but if they are of different biological sexes, both parties would need to consent to the search. Detainees can refuse to be searched by a transgender officer, in which case the officer would be swapped out. Assistant Chief Constable Paton said it is crucial that Police Scotland continues to fulfil its legal duties while ensuring officers and staff feel confident in conducting searches lawfully. She said: 'This is a complex and important area of policing, and searching members of the public is a significant intrusion of their personal liberty and privacy.

Air rage woman is overpowered by male passengers and tied up in mid-air after demanding business class upgrade while grabbing her breasts yelling 'I'm in pain in my butt and my t*ts!
This is the mortifying moment a furious passenger screams at cabin crew members to upgrade her to business class because she had 'pain in my t*ts'. The unnamed passenger aboard a flight from St. Petersburg to Sharm el-Sheikh insisted that she needed greater comfort than her economy seat. In an impassioned speech, the woman emphatically grabs her breasts as she shouts in broken English at an Aeroflot staff 'I'm in pain in my butt, I'm in pain in my t*ts'. 'I want business class,' she shouted at the implacable Russian crew aboard the six-hour flight. 'But I need a business class because I was working,' she pleaded in the video. Her fury only heightens after they refuse her request and the crew ordered a beefy male passenger to help subdue her. She sinks down and shouts: 'No, no, get out!' while a female voice is heard saying: 'You asked for it.' The 'unruly woman' fought on as she was roughly bundled into an economy class seat and tied up by the male passengers, it was reported by reported Aviatorshchina channel. 'Eyewitnesses said she screamed, not understanding why she wasn't being let into business class.' The report stated: 'The stewardesses first tried to manage on their own, but the brawler wouldn't give in. 'After she was restrained, the violator was moved to the back of the plane and handed over to the police upon arrival.' The incident was on flight SU734 today on an Airbus A330-300. The woman's identity and nationality was not reported. Aeroflot has not commented on the incident. The incident follows a string of similar outbursts aboard flights this summer, with one incident taking place last week. A 'feral' Brit was captured attempting to provoke another passenger on a chaotic 'flight from hell' to Ibiza. The altercation reportedly occurred on Jet2 flight LS1181 from Birmingham after the pilot delayed takeoff by around two-and-a-half hours. Originally scheduled to depart at 6.15pm, holidaymakers were not allowed on board until around 7pm only to be told that there would be further delays. One passenger who witnessed the incident unfold says it was at this point that the flight began to go 'feral'. CJ Edwards posted on TikTok to explain that the passenger, who can be seen in footage wearing a green outfit, decided to drink a bottle of vodka in '10 seconds', resulting in him later screaming in the faces of flight attendants. He was also seen throwing items of clothing at another passenger in the video, which raised tensions before others on board stepped in. Mr Edwards said: 'People were drinking and doing all sorts, and what I want to say is that it wasn't just him. 'There were a lot of things going on. There was a fight on the plane, someone got slapped, someone was sick in the aisles. My friend had sick on his shoe. People were passing drinks over each other. 'There was a lot going on. So when we got on the flight and told we can't move, the guy took his bottle of Ciroc out that he'd got from duty free and, I'm not lying, he's guzzled it down in about 10 seconds.' And last Monday, an entitled plane passenger was caught having a drunk meltdown after she was forced to 'sit next to a f***ing fat lady' on a cross-country flight. The 32-year-old repeatedly pulled another female passenger's hair, spat in her face and kicked her on a Southwest Airlines plane at LaGuardia Airport in New York en route to Kansas City early Monday morning. Several clips also showed the woman screaming at the unidentified passenger over her weight and clothing. The 'intoxicated passenger' who donned long black hair, a red baseball hat and an all-black outfit, appeared to get verbally confrontational with the other woman just moments before things turned physical. She then gripped the other woman's hair and screamed: 'Shut the f*** up, don't f***ing touch me!' Several people then stepped in, including two Southwest employees and another passenger, seemingly trying to de-escalate the situation. A female employee then called another staff member on the phone and repeatedly asked the woman to let go of the other passenger's hair, but she refused to and flashed a cunning smile. 'I'm not even touching her hair b****,' the unhinged passenger replied while she hung onto the woman's hair and grinned. A traveler who recorded the intense scene told Daily Mail the woman was so aggressive she even 'knocked the glasses off the southwest employee.' 'When she first started saying stuff I called out "why don't you be nice?" She turned around and called me ugly a few times and that I could never get a boyfriend or have sex. I looked at her and said I've been married for almost 20 years lady,' the passenger recalled.
