Starting XI: Former Caley Thistle midfielder Richie Hart on the Rangers and Celtic players who were his toughest opponents
Hart's career kicked off as a youth with the Staggies, and he also played for Brora Rangers twice, Dundee and Maltese side Hibernians and Ostersunds in Sweden.
His best days were with ICT where he won the Division One title in 2004 as well as the Challenge Cup, and made 164 Inverness appearances, scoring 16 goals.
My first senior debut was with Ross County under Neale Cooper away to Forfar Athletic (on February 8, 1997 in Division Three, now League Two).
I was still at school and came of the bench late and managed to score the winner.
I have been fortunate to have some amazing moments in football, but winning the First Division with Caley Thistle which got us promoted to the Scottish Premier League (SPL) was the best and a real pivotal moment for the club.
That's a really tough question so I'm going to name a few.
In my younger years, Billy Ferries (Ross County) and Alan Hercher (Brora Rangers) both played a huge part in me going to Caley Thistle.
In my Caley Thistle years, it would have to be Dennis Wyness. We struck up a great understanding right from the off.
On his day, he was unplayable and scored some unreal goals. Off his day, you were a man down! Seriously though, what a fantastic player.
Another tough question, so I'll go for two.
I played against (Rangers') Barry Ferguson at youth level and senior level and I couldn't get near him. He always seemed to have so much time and space.
And (ex-Celtic winger) Shaun Maloney was such a talented footballer. He had that low centre of gravity, and was difficult to knock off the ball and so sharp. A top player.
The only one that really springs to mind is Richie Britain – only because like of Martin 'Jimmy' Scott and Steven Craig used to slaughter him!
As a player, hopefully it would be hard-working strong, fast – and someone they could depend upon.
As a young lad on loan to Brora from Ross County, I remember tenacious midfielder and top guy Jocky Mackay saying to me one time that he thought I was a good player, but didn't play with enough desire.
That instantly struck a chord with me and literally from that moment changed me in how I played the game from then on.
Tynecastle always gets a mention and rightly so, but it's got to be Celtic Park for me.
I managed to score there (in March 2006 in a 2-1 defeat) and it was the first game there since Jimmy Johnstone had passed away. The atmosphere was incredible.
My favourite goal has to be my free-kick against Ross County for Caley Thistle (in a 2-0 win in Dingwall in March 2003).
I still wind up County goalkeeper Tony Bullock about it and ask why he even attempted to dive for it.
I also remember Paul Ritchie scoring an unbelievable volley down at Alloa (in a 6-0 win in Division One in March 2002). It was Van Basten-esque! Dennis Wyness and Paul both scored hat-tricks.
This is the easiest question for me – Liam Keogh without shadow of a doubt.
There wouldn't be much to do there, but there is no doubt Liam would keep the spirits high with his story telling. Plus, he would be very handy in fending off any wild animals.
In the early days of Caley Thistle, we would all go for lunch together, have coffee or play snooker or golf.
As time went by and things evolved, new managers, double sessions and the like, recovery became even more important.
When I played in Malta though, we didn't train until the evenings due to the heat, so I could spend some time on the beach in the morning, get a sleep in the afternoon and then train in the evening – much to the annoyance of my wife Lisa, who was working all day!

The Tottenham loanee helped the Dons to famous victory over Celtic as they prepare for next cup campaign away at Morton Alfie Dorrington has joked he hasn't seen his Scottish Cup winners' medal since Hampden last May and hopes it doesn't end up on eBay. The on-loan Tottenham Hotspur defender was part of Jimmy Thelin's Aberdeen side that famously beat Celtic on penalties to lift their first trophy in 11 years. Dorrington admitted he gave his medal to his mum and dad for safe-keeping. He has returned for a second spell with the Dons and is looking for more cup glory, starting with the weekend trip to take on Morton in the Premier Sports Cup. Dorrrington said: 'I don't know what has happened to my Scottish Cup medal because my mum and dad have put it away. 'I haven't touched it since the final but hopefully it doesn't end up on ebay. 'It hasn't really sunk in what happened against Celtic and the celebrations after it with being so young. Obviously with the parade the next day it did sink in a bit but I drove home the next day and had my summer holiday. 'All the boys say, 'I think it's going to be one you look back on after your career'.' The 20-year-old has watched the highlights back of the final but nothing else. He admitted it has been a different story, who is always watching different highlights and programmes about it on YouTube. Dorrington, who started against Celtic at the weekend, added: 'I've watched the own goal back but my dad watches the game back a lot. 'I've seen bits of it but every time I walk in my dad's watching it on a different YouTube channel. 'Obviously all I could hear in the build-up was '35 years' and we just thought it was a brilliant opportunity to make it our year.' . He admitted the skipper and Nicky Devlin have been big role models for him. 'Obviously he is from Aberdeen and is a legend at the club so I was buzzing for him,' the central defender said.

Airdire played into Dunfermline's hands, says McCabe after tough defeat
The Diamonds lost their first game of the new Championship season at East End Park Airdrie boss Rhys McCabe admits his Diamonds lacked the quality in the final third to trouble Dunfermline in Saturday's defeat. John Tod put the Pars ahead in 40 minutes, with brother Andrew netting a quick-fire second three minutes later to seal the points. Airdrie couldn't get a look in after that and McCabe said: 'I think the enthusiasm, the intensity and stuff from the game, in the first half of the game anyway, was good up until the goal, and then after that you lose your way. 'You're chasing the game, and almost playing into their hands. 'They're quite happy to be solid at the back,with strong, aggressive players, and we probably didn't do enough. 'We didn't do enough. We got a couple of wee half-chances, getting into areas, but we needed to do a wee bit better and couldn't exploit them, we were just lacking in that final third. 'That wee bit of quality, that final pass, final shot, final decision-making process wasn't there. 'But the work was probably done in the first half, because I think on the balance it looked like we were in control right up until the key moments, which were the goals.' Meanwhile, midfielder Rhys Armstrong admits his side have a long two weeks to get things right, before taking on Queen's Park in the Championship. The ex-Celtic youth was behind much of what the Diamonds did right as they lost 2-0 against Dunfermline at East End Park on Saturday. Midfielder Armstrong, who signed from the Spartans in July 2024, volleyed over the bar, and curled a shot wide of the top corner as he tried to add to the one strike he has so far this season. With a 10-day gap until the Spiders visit New Broomfield on August 23, Armstrong says there is much to work on. Armstrong, 23, told club media: 'It's always good to get the next game as soon as possible and put that one behind us, but we've got a long two weeks to go, work on what we've got to work on, hopefully improve and get the result.' On the game itself, Armstrong groaned: 'It was a scrappy goal for them, the first one, and then we need to deal with it better, get into our shape, see out the first half, and go in and regroup. 'But we conceded the second quite fast and went in, and gave ourselves a lot to do, coming out in the second half. 'Our build-up all over the park wasn't good enough and in the final third we need to be much better, and create more chances. 'We've still got the full second half to come out and do much better, and claw back at least a goal, and get us back in the game. But we just couldn't create anything and get ourselves back into the game.'

Arsenal transfer news: Eberechi Eze makes his choice with talks on exit to accelerate
Arsenal have been active in the summer window, signing six players, but Mikel Arteta is still in the market for more reinforcements ahead of the new Premier League season The new Premier League season kicks off on Friday night and Arsenal are hoping it is one that ends in glory. The Gunners have finished as runners up in each of the last three seasons, last time out finishing behind eventual champions Liverpool. Mikel Arteta is desperate to go one better this time around and has been extremely active during the summer window. Viktor Gyokeres was their latest arrival, finally ending a summer-long saga and more importantly, finally giving Arteta the striker he has craved for so long. But he is one of six signings this summer, with Noni Madueke and Kepa arriving from Chelsea, Martin Zubimendi and Cristhian Mosquera signing from La Liga and ex-Brentford skipper Christian Norgaard moving across the capital. But there could yet be more arrivals before the end of the window, while a number of departures are likely. Eze makes his choice If Arsenal are to make another attacking signing, it is expected to be another player that can operate on the flanks. Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze is their top target, but the clock is ticking. Eze has a £68m release clause which expires on Friday, after which, his club will be able to demand significantly more. Arsenal need to sell before they can buy again, having already spent almost £200m. That has opened the door for rivals Tottenham, but The Guardian report that Eze's preference is to join the Gunners…if they can raise the funds in time. Potential outgoing close And as if by magic, Arsenal may have been handed a huge boost in raising a significant portion of a potential Eze fee. Stuttgart are understood to be in the market for Fabio Vieira, who has failed to make the grade since his move to North London. Enzo Milliot this week completed a move to Saudi Arabia, leaving Stuttgart in the market for his replacement. Step forward Mr Vieira. The Standard report that the Bundesliga side have already opened talks for the player and that Milliot's exit could accelerate negotiations. Fulham cool on Nelson But it's not such positive news when it comes to earning a fee for Reiss Nelson. The Hale End graduate spent last season on loan with Fulham with his season behind ended prematurely by injury. There was an expectation that the Cottagers would go back in for the 25-year-old. However, the Standard claim that their attention has now switched firmly to Shakhtar's Kevin, with a club record bid launched. Fulham have already seen bids rejected, but Marco Silva is insistent they match Shakhtar's huge valuation to get a deal done. That could spell bad news for Nelson, though, with a realistic suitor for a quick deal removed.
