Allan Grant was the head chef at the Dalmuir Café in Clydebank for several months before his recent passing. The café announced the sad news on Saturday, August 2, stating the team was 'absolutely heartbroken'. A statement published to the café's Facebook page reads: 'It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our head chef Allan. 'As a team, we're absolutely heartbroken. Aldo wasn't only the head chef but also an amazing friend to everyone who worked in the café. 'In the few months he was with us, he created such an impact from his skills as a chef to just lifting the place up with his energy. 'Even on the busiest days, it was still a laugh.
