S Club's Jon Lee, 43, leaves fans swooning as he shows off incredible body transformation in shirtless snaps
S Club star Jon Lee showed off his incredible physique in a slew of shirtless selfies as he documented his fitness journey.
The singer, 43, left famous friends and fans alike in awe as he shared before and after snaps from January this year and now after hitting the gym.
Alongside the snaps, he wrote on Instagram on Tuesday: 'I chose to make positive changes. I chose to move forward. I chose to be happy. I chose to love. I chose me.
'#health #fitness #fitnessjourney #positivity #love #change'.
He was instantly flooded with supportive comments, including from bandmate Jo O'Meara, who penned: 'Looking [fire].'
Others added: 'Jheeeeeeeez'; 'FIT!'; 'That's amazing Jon, well done!'; 'Wit woo! check you out you little hottie amazing well done! X'.
Jon soared to fame in the Nineties as part of hit group, S Club 7, performing alongside Jo, Tina Barrett, Paul Cattermole, Bradley McIntosh, Hannah Spearritt and Rachel Stevens.
In 2023, the group delighted fans when they announced they would be reuniting for a tour, 20 years after they disbanded.
Yet tragedy struck later that year when Paul suddenly died from heart failure.
While the band continued with on their The Good Times Tour in Paul's honour, they performed without Hannah, who quit the group following his death.
Last month, Rachel shared how S Club 7 'grieved together' in the wake of the tragic death of their bandmate .
Speaking about how touring helped them grieve, Rachel told The Mirror : 'It was amazing to have the tour and be able to celebrate him.
'It gave us a chance to grieve and to grieve together as well, which was special, and share all our amazing memories of him. It was really healing.'
Rachel previously revealed that S Club had group therapy to help cope with the 'devastating' death of Paul.

Speaking on the Happy Place podcast, Rachel detailed how the band had therapy together to 'open conversations' and 'share memories' of Paul.
Opening up about the sessions, she told host Fearne Cotton: 'It was really good. I think talking is just the best thing ever and it can never be a bad thing.
'It opens up conversations and it helps you, it's as simple as that. It was just a really special way to celebrate him and his life, but it was just tragic.'
Rachel said there was no question the tour would not continue, but explained the experience brought her and her bandmates 'even closer together'.
She explained: 'It brought us even closer together. It was devastating but we just were together actually.
'Obviously the tour was all happening, there was no talk about it not happening but we just stopped and took a step back. We talked and we were there for each other and that's all you can do.'
The reunion tour then became a way to celebrate Paul, with the group renaming it The Good Times Tour in tribute to Paul's song Good Times on their third album.
Rachel said: 'We really wanted to just be mindful of his family and be respectful. We were talking all the time and sharing memories of him.
'The tour took on a whole different meaning and became a really beautiful tribute and celebration of him.'

'I'm a fashion editor and found perfect festival outfits at unlikely retailer'
The brand may be known for its lingerie and adult toys, but it's really been killing the fashion game recently - and its latest drop is no different Festival season is officially here - and if you've bagged tickets to Glastonbury, Reading & Leeds, Download, Isle of Wight, or one of the other popular weekend events, you'll know that sorting your outfit is just as crucial as the lineup. Fashion editor Rachel Pugh has been hunting for the perfect ensemble, and stumbled upon options in a rather unexpected place: Ann Summers. She said: 'The brand is smashing it with its glitzy, dancefloor-ready collection. From sequin-adorned bodysuits to faux leather shorts, it's got all the elements for a main-stage moment - and some of it is even on sale.' reports the Manchester Evening News. One of her top picks was the brand's Flashing Lights Sequin Body, now £27.20 (was £34). She commented: 'In an electric pink and dripping in sparkle, it's practically made for dancing under the stage lights. It's bold, fun and cheeky, with a plunging back and mesh thong bum. Pair it with denim cut-offs, or go full throttle and wear it solo with a pair of knee-high boots.' If you're feeling particularly daring, the Eternal Rainbow Suit is another option. Now reduced to £28.80 from £36, it's crafted from rainbow lace and mesh instead of a solid colour, giving it a dreamy vibe. It also has underwired cups for extra support and adjustable shoulder straps for comfort. 'With a piece this eye-catching, keep the rest of your outfit simple,' said Rachel. 'Think black shorts and chunky combat boots to let the bodysuit do all the talking.' 'I bagged myself a pair of beige parachute trousers to wear at the Lido Festival in London over the weekend,' Rachel commented. Otherwise, Motel Rocks is another option. Known for its bold prints, sheer layering and y2k party-girl energy, it's perfect for a muddy field. Back at Ann Summers, there are also some great short options available. Festival-goers can go full glam with a diamante-detailing pair or keep it classic with a plain black version - both £28. The brand's festival range has not yet received many reviews, although a couple of people have commented on the diamante shorts. One person said: "Really pretty. The material is thin, which is perfect for summer. I love the bling detail on the chains. "I recently went from 16 to 14, and I am choosing size medium more often. I went with a size large on this one so that my belly doesn't stick out. They are a bit large, but I love how they make me look as if I have room." When scouring Ann Summers site for criticism, results seem scarce, yet there's a grumble or two about their delivery service found on TrustPilot, with one customer posting: "I placed an order which was cancelled a week later. No reason was given; the email stated that if I still wanted the products, I should place a new order." Speaking on the festival edit, Rachel concluded: 'Ann Summer has officially entered its festival fashion era - and I want it all.' Shoppers can view the entire range here.

Demi Moore told 'this is not ok' as she divides fans after rescuing ducklings
Oscar nominated actress Demi Moore was slammed by some fans for how she interacted with the three baby ducks she rescued, amid concern for the welfare of the animals Actress Demi Moore has divided fans after revealing she has rescued three baby ducks. The 62-year-old animal lover, who is said to have nine pet dogs, took to Instagram to share a cute snap with the ducklings. Tucking the baby mallards into her jacket, a smiling Demi shared they had already made friends with her Chihuahua Pilaf, who she often shares photos of. Her daughters and granddaughter were also spotted getting to know the ducklings in a series of pics posted to her social media account. The Substance star captioned the post: "Duck, duck… Pilaf! We rescued three orphaned baby mallard ducklings! With the help and guidance of my local vet we are working to nurture them until they are old enough to be reintroduced to their natural habitat. It has been a messy joy, but Pilaf is loving her new friends." Though some of her celebrity followers like Paris Hilton and Jennifer Garner commented with heart emojis and Tom Hanks wife Rita Wilson wrote "Oh my goodness! How sweet is this?" - not everybody agreed with it. READ MORE: Demi Moore and Bruce Willis' daughter Rumer, 36, defends taking baths with her sisters One follower wrote: "This is not ok. Wild mallards should be rehabbed by wildlife rehabber. Her vet should have known that. Sorry.. cute but imprinted…" Agreeing, another replied: "Correct. Handling these ducks is not a good rehab practice. They should NEVER be subjected to all that handling." A third person commented: "Yeah this is messed up, these ducks need to go to a wildlife rehab." A fourth said: "Just because a celebrity thinks its cute doesn't make it right." While a fifth asked: "What happened to mom! If they imprint to you - there is no way you should release them. That will work against them in the wild as they follow humans around. Talk to a wildlife rehab facility." But others leapt to Demi's defence, with one writing: "Those ducks will most likely live because of her. And all you can do is b***h and complain. Get a life and follow someone else." Another chimed in: "What if a rehab person is actually filming this before taking them away….what if this is being filmed at rehab facility….what if….. I would give a person benefit of doubt before criticizing [sic] or attacking them. Three little ducklings following a person. That is all that you can say with certainty." The Mirror has reached out to Demi's reps for further comment on this story. Demi is known for her love of animals and is often spotted with what seems to be her favourite dog Pilaf. The pint-sized pooch - said to be a similar size to a guinea pig - even accompanied her famous owner to a recent awards ceremony. Pilaf was seen walking the red carpet with Demi at the Film Independent Spirit Awards back in February. Movie star Demi has joked Pilaf's fame is now so big it's eclipsed her own. She said: "The truth is, I am her accessory." She has also appeared on Jimmy Fallon's chat show with Demi. Introducing Pilaf to the audience, Demi shared: "This is Pilaf, the little mouse. She is a pound and a half. She's the runt of her litter. She's a magical creature." Jimmy replied: "She is. I met her backstage and her tongue permanently hangs out." Demi replied: "It does. She lost the teeth that hold it in, but it's part of her charm. Demi admitted she also sleeps with her dogs - and that might be why she's currently single. She shared: "If anybody saw my nighttime routine, if it was filmed, they would really see how eccentric I am. "I have to prop pillows so the ones that are this size have the ability to get under the covers. I have two beds for the little ones so that they have the beds within the bed. Hence why I'm single!"

Coronation Street star welcomes second baby with unique and 'beautiful' name
Rebecca Ryan, who played Lydia Chambers on the cobbles, has given birth to her second child with husband Dan. Coronation Street's Rebecca Ryan has given birth to her second child. The former cobbles star, known for her role as Lydia Chambers, shared the delightful arrival of her newest daughter with husband Dan Acram. The soap actress announced the heartwarming news on Instagram, two years after their first child Aurora was born. She introduced her bundle of joy to her followers with a sweet reveal - and an even sweeter, stand-out moniker. "Introducing the newest member of my little girl gang, the adorable Oriana," Rebecca, 34, wrote. The name Oriana shares a Latin root with Aurora and is linked to the Latin meaning for gold, 'aurum', and dawn or sunrise, 'oriens'. Her brother Jack, who also appeared in the ITV soap as Jacob Hay, raced to share his delight in the comment section, gushing: "Proof that the first time wasn't a fluke, you make the most beautiful babies." Congratulatory messages poured in from Rebecca's Corrie colleagues, including Sally Carman who raved: "She's beautiful! Congratulations to you both!" and Elle Mulvaney who added: "congratulations she is beautiful." The mum-of-two also shared an adorable Instagram snap of Dan and Aurora carrying Oriana out of hospital in a car seat with the caption: "Family," followed by a pink love heart. Van Morrison's 'Days Like This' played over the Story. Rebecca has showcased her talent across various popular series such as Waterloo Road, Casualty, and Shameless. Prior to giving birth, she documented her pregnancy journey online with snapshots depicting her growing bump. "Sleeps overrated anyway, here comes baby No.2," she wrote in her latest pregnancy announcement. The touching post was followed by a red heart emoji. Rebecca and her husband have been eagerly showing off their firstborn daughter on social media since she arrived in 2023. Last year, Rebecca delighted followers with charming snaps of her darling girl celebrating her first birthday. Taking to Instagram, Rebecca wrote: "My darling girl Aurora, where has this year gone? "The immeasurable joy and love you have brought into my life is something I will be forever thankful for. "Your cheeky smile lights up every room, and I just love watching you grow and change every single day. "You are the best thing that has ever happened to me. Happy 1st birthday my girl." The arrival of a second child will add another member to Rebecca's expanding clan, which features her accomplished sibling, also known for his soap work. Audiences were surprised to hear that Rebecca and Jack were siblings when she joined the cast of the beloved British soap shortly after Jack began playing Jacob. Even the showrunners were taken aback when they discovered that the two were related upon casting them as principal stars. Reflecting on the reaction, Rebecca told The Mirror: "Nobody at 'Coronation Street' had any idea. "When I joined, I'd be talking to people and say, 'Oh, yeah, my brother works here'. And they'd go, 'Really, who's your brother? What? Jack!' "It's a dream come true to be working on the show at the same time, but it's a total coincidence." Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community!
