Alongside the photos, which he uploaded today, he wrote: "I chose to make positive changes. I chose to move forward. I chose to be happy. I chose to love. I chose me." Jon's bandmate Jo O'Meara was one of the first to reply as she wrote: "Looking [fire emoji]." Kerry Katona replied: "FIT!" while Christine McGuinness posted fire emojis. Meanwhile, another fan added, excitedly: "'Wit woo! check you out you little hottie amazing well done! X." Jon shot to fame with the nineties boppers, S Club 7, which was made up of Jo, Tina Barrett, Paul Cattermole, Bradley McIntosh, Hannah Spearritt and Rachel Stevens. After 20 years out of the limelight, the band reunited in 2023 and Jon is now going to be back in the spotlight again when the new series of Celebs Go Dating kicks off. The singer is set to reveal a number of shocking revelations in the upcoming series after joining the agency where he's set open up on his private love life for the first time. This year, the show will see a huge twist, as the celebrities including Kerry Katona and The Chase 's Mark Labbett head down to Ibiza to kick off their search, as opposed to the London offices. As the cast have already started filming, resident sexpert Dr Tara Suwinyattichaiporn has lifted the lid on what we can expect on the new series, including some shocking revelations. Speaking exclusively to the Mirror, Dr Tara said: "Jon has had a really interesting journey since S Club and I know a lot of it hasn't been shared anywhere else. It's a really interesting and insightful investigation into what really has been happening in his life since S Club and what he's been doing in the recent years. "One of his revelations I was shocked," Tara exclaimed, as she revealed John was the celebrity who surprised her the most in the agency. "I thought Jon would come in a lot more guarded but he's not," Tara said. "He's ready to bare it all emotionally and it's a beautiful thing. I've been learning a lot about him already, and I have to say it's a very touching story." In 2023, S Club's fans' dreams come true when they announced they would be reuniting for a tour, 20 years after their last performance. Sadly, the dream was dashed later that year when Paul tragically died from sudden heart failure. While the band continued with their The Good Times Tour in Paul's honour, they performed without Hannah, who used to date Paul, and quit the group following his death. Last month, Rachel told the Mirror that the band grieved together' in the wake of the tragic death of their bandmate . Speaking about how touring together helped them with their grief, she said: "It was amazing to have the tour and be able to celebrate him. "It gave us a chance to grieve and to grieve together as well, which was special, and share all our amazing memories of him. It was really healing."

The singer, 43, left famous friends and fans alike in awe as he shared before and after snaps from January this year and now after hitting the gym. 'It opens up conversations and it helps you, it's as simple as that. It was just a really special way to celebrate him and his life, but it was just tragic.' Rachel said there was no question the tour would not continue, but explained the experience brought her and her bandmates 'even closer together'. She explained: 'It brought us even closer together. It was devastating but we just were together actually. 'Obviously the tour was all happening, there was no talk about it not happening but we just stopped and took a step back. We talked and we were there for each other and that's all you can do.' The reunion tour then became a way to celebrate Paul, with the group renaming it The Good Times Tour in tribute to Paul's song Good Times on their third album. Rachel said: 'We really wanted to just be mindful of his family and be respectful. We were talking all the time and sharing memories of him. 'The tour took on a whole different meaning and became a really beautiful tribute and celebration of him.'

Rachel Stevens has opened up about the profound grief she experienced following the sudden death of her S Club bandmate Paul Cattermole – and revealed how reuniting with the group helped her begin to heal. In an emotional new interview with Rachel, who turned 47 this week, sits down with us to reflect on the heartbreaking loss of Paul, who passed away suddenly in April 2023 from heart failure, aged just 46. His shocking death came just months before S Club were set to embark on a highly-anticipated reunion tour to celebrate 25 years since the pop group's debut. Speaking candidly, Rachel says the experience of performing with the group again – rebranded as The Good Times Tour in Paul's honour – became a powerful part of her grieving process. 'It was amazing to have the tour and be able to celebrate him,' she shares, 'It gave us a chance to grieve and to grieve together as well, which was special, and share all our amazing memories of him. It was really healing.' Alongside Paul's tragic passing, Rachel went through a divorce from ex-husband Alex Bourne, the father of her daughters Amelie, 14, and Minnie, 11, in 2022. The family moved home, and Rachel's been focused on rebuilding a new life for herself and her girls. 'My life has changed hugely over the last few years,' she reflects. 'With divorce, moving, selling our family home, my life has really taken a whole new direction.' As she discusses her emotional growth, Rachel credits regular therapy – and the people closest to her – with helping her rediscover her voice and resilience. 'The thing I've learnt is to give yourself space for how you feel and to be kind to yourself about it and to talk to people,' she says Now in a happy relationship with professional ice skater Brendyn Hatfield, Rachel is embracing a slower, more grounded pace of life, focussed on family, self-care and creating new routines. From carving out time for solo moments and date nights, to nurturing her daughters through their teenage years, Rachel says she's finally starting to feel more in tune with who she really is. 'There's lots of navigating, lots of change and new experiences,' she explains. 'But I'm honestly just trying to be the best mum I can be at this point. I want to give [the girls] the opportunity to express how they feel things are working – and know they have a voice and that they're heard.'
