Rachel had uploaded a video on Monday asking Kylie to share what she 'asked for' when getting her breasts done.
She captioned it: 'Help a girl out @Kylie Jenner, I just want to know how to get them to sit like that, respectfully.'
To the surprise of many, the Kylie replied directly to the clip, writing: '445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol.'
