Married At First Sight Australia star Tony Mojanovski has suffered a heart attack and was rushed to hospital. The 53 year old, who appeared in the latest series of the show, underwent surgery at Wollongong Hospital in New South Wales after experiencing chest pains.
Tony admitted that his partying and smoking lifestyle had impacted his health, and he had been feeling unwell for some time. The reality TV star, who married Morena Farina on the show, described his ordeal as "pretty scary".
He revealed to the Daily Mail Australia that he had been experiencing discomfort in his chest for a while, which prompted him to seek medical help. Tony shared: "Luckily I went straight to the doctors. During the week I wasn't feeling well. It has been happening for a long time."

He added, "I was just feeling not right, like something was on my chest every now and then, giving me heartburn and stuff like that."
Tony also expressed concerns about a possible genetic link to heart issues, as his mother tragically passed away from an aneurysm. Tony, from Married at First Sight fame, has opened up about his lifestyle choices contributing to a recent hospital stay, reports Wales Online.
He confessed to smoking and excessive partying being factors in his health scare, admitting: "I was smoking, the cigarettes, the stress, being on the boat, partying - just too many things. It caught up with me, mate. I just need some time without the partying."
His MAFS co-star Ryan Donnelly paid him a visit during his recovery, sharing a poignant video of their warm embrace.
Tony's romantic life faced turbulence on the reality show with his wife Morena. Although they had an auspicious start with what seemed like a real spark on their wedding day, their bliss was short-lived.
Just two weeks into their marriage, Tony shocked Morena by revealing a preference for a younger partner as he desired children. This disclosure proved to be too much, leading to the couple's premature departure from the experiment.
Morena left no doubt about her feelings, writing: "Good riddance, on her exit card. Speaking after their split, Tony told 9Entertainment: " on her exit card.
Post breakup, Tony reflected on his experience to 9Entertainment, expressing his initial hopes for personal growth through the show: "I wanted to at least feel the experience, to learn off her, learn from the experts, get some information about where we're going wrong in life."
Despite that, their relationship reached an impasse as Tony admitted: "But it got to a stage where I just couldn't be around her and I was ducking and weaving and I was going to see my dog."

Paul C Brunson returns to USA from UK after seven years - and reveals what SHOCKED him

Celebs Go Dating star Paul C Brunson has returned to the USA after spending years overseas. The 49-year-old first moved to the UK in 2018 to film the Channel 4 show and eventually settled down with his family after years of travelling back and forth. Paul is well known in reality TV from his appearances on several shows, including Married At First Sight, where he featured as a relationship expert, and co-hosting Celebs Go Dating. The American recently landed in the States again and shared his thoughts on how his perspective has shifted about the country. In a post to his 493,000 followers, Paul wrote: 'Seven years away changes what you see.' The reality star then went on to explain how conflicted he felt since returning. 'Within 24 hours of landing back in the US for the first time in what seems like forever, I felt both at home and like a stranger,' Paul added. Paul shared the various things that he has now noticed about America. 'Gun magazines placed beside candy. Prescription drug ads at every turn. SUVs that look like small ships. Coffee cups you could swim in,' he went on. 'Some of these things are small. Others feel massive. But together, they paint a picture of what's normalized here, of the values and rhythms that shape daily life in ways you don't always notice until you've stepped away.' Paul spent seven years in the UK and the time away has made him see things in a different light. He explained: 'Living abroad has trained my eye to catch these details, but more than that, it's made me curious about what they say about us: what we prioritize, what we overlook, and what we've quietly accepted as 'just the way it is.'' Paul's upload contained a series of images, outlining some of the points he had noticed including a positive point about the friendliness he feels from people. 'There's a warmth and friendliness unlike what I've seen in the UK, mostly London,' he wrote. The reality star's post attracted thousands of likes and hordes of commenters, all keen to share their take. Someone chimed in: 'It really is amazing how living a abroad changes your eye.' Another agreed: 'Sad facts. Times have definitely changed and not all change has been for the best. The American recently landed in the States again and shared his thoughts on how his perspective has shifted about the country 'Unfortunately, lots of Americans have become desensitized by the subtle changes. Not me though. Stay vigilant people.' While one had a different experience and said: 'Just moved back to America after 8 years in London. 'Feeling so much happier back in the states! The friendliness makes a difference.'

Married At First Sight bride Domenica Calarco reveals bizarre pregnancy fear that has left her 'terrified' of daily task

Domenica Calarco has shared a fear she has developed during her pregnancy that has left her 'terrified.' The former Married At First Sight bride posted a video to Instagram Stories explaining that she has become fearful of driving. 'I'm at that stage where I don't want to drive by myself, because I'm terrified I'm going to go into labour while I'm driving,' she said. 'I don't know, has that ever happened?' the 31-year-old added. Dom also explained that she had been undergoing 'every beauty treatment possible' such as having her brows done before the baby arrived. In recent months, Dom admitted to fans that she had been struggling through a difficult pregnancy. The star revealed that she has been hospitalised due to illness while pregnant with her first child. She told her fans in a Q&A session on Instagram Stories that she's made two trips to hospital because of thyroiditis. 'Ended up in hospital twice over my first trimester for fluids and to monitor bub when my thyroiditis was at its peak!' she wrote. Dom also shared that she had lost six kilos since falling pregnant due to the illness and was 'scared of being judged for that'. 'I lost six kilos and feel like a shell of myself right now, so trying to put on weight and eat as much as I can while I still don't really have an appetite. It's a journey,' she said. Thyroiditis is a condition causing thyroid gland inflammation, often caused by the autoimmune disease Hashimoto's. Dom recently confirmed she will be a solo parent, days after announcing her pregnancy. The former reality TV star has split from her boyfriend Jarod Bogunovich, and deleted all traces of the Bondi skater from her social media. Domenica exclusively confirmed to Daily Mail Australia that she will be raising her child as a single mum, as she addressed the break-up rumours. 'I am incredibly excited about this next chapter in my life and feel truly empowered by my decision to step into motherhood on my own terms,' she said. 'While I will be welcoming this baby as a solo parent, I am grateful to have the support of the father in a co-parenting capacity.' Domenica, who rose to fame in 2022 on season nine of the hit series, said she is embracing this journey 'wholeheartedly'. 'Been a little MIA working on my greatest project the MAFS alum captioned her pregnancy announcement post. She added: 'Due September 2025.' Domenica is asking her fans to respect her privacy, as she explains that she is 'proud' that she has made 'the best decision' for herself, and her unborn child. 'This journey is one that I embrace wholeheartedly, with all its highs and lows, and I am beyond proud to be stepping into this role [as a single mum] with strength, love, and a deep sense of purpose,' she said. 'I also want to acknowledge and support others who choose to embark on parenthood alone - there is so much power in making the best decision for yourself and your child.'
