But he achieved wider stardom with his role in Derry Girls as James Maguire.
Set in the late 90s, the sitcom followed a group of girls (and one boy) navigating life in Derry, Northern

during The Troubles.
In particular, life in their Catholic school under headmistress Sister George Michael.
