Miso Robotics Investment Window Is Open

Entrepreneur6 hours ago

Miso Robotics has officially entered the commercial era, and investors have a new window to join before scale takes off.
Disclosure: Our goal is to feature products and services that we think you'll find interesting and useful. If you purchase them, Entrepreneur may get a small share of the revenue from the sale from our commerce partners.
A recent Nasdaq report says, "The robotics industry is poised for unprecedented growth in 2025."
As a first-mover in the space, few companies have more robotic know-how than Miso Robotics. Their AI-powered kitchen robot was honed in live kitchens for top brands like White Castle and Jack in the Box. Now, they're officially past the prototype phase and ready to begin scaling production of their recently released new generation of Flippy Fry Station, a robot twice as fast and half as big as before.
Its first production run sold out in one week. Considering the fast-food industry is grappling with 144% labor turnover, that should come as no surprise. But it's Miso's entire business model that has people so excited about the company's newly opened investment opportunity (and chance to secure bonus shares).
The Fast Food Industry Is in Crisis
The $1 trillion U.S. fast food industry is at a breaking point. Operators are sounding alarms on rising labor costs, unprecedented employee turnover, and operational inefficiencies eating away at margins.
98% of operators say rising labor costs are hurting business

Without automation, restaurants are burning money just trying to stay afloat. That's why brands are racing to adopt Flippy.
Flippy Fry Station: The Scalable Fix
Across more than 200,000 hours in real kitchens, Flippy's early prototypes learned from real-world operations, refining the product, building a massive proprietary data advantage, and mastering the intensity of quick-service restaurants. Now, Miso's first fully commercial robot, Flippy Fry Station, is here. And it's built for mass adoption.
Developed in collaboration with NVIDIA and validated by third-party restaurant research leaders like WD Partners
and validated by third-party restaurant research leaders like Can boost industry profits by up to $7.6 billion per year
per year Can cut fry station labor time by 89% vs. human-operated stations
It installs overnight, takes up half the footprint of previous models, and requires very little employee retraining. Just push a button and pick up perfect fries minutes later. This progression sets the stage for Miso's scalable business model to thrive.
A Business Model Built to Scale
With the newest Flippy Fry Station, Miso is introducing the foundation of a revenue engine built for rapid growth and long-term value.
Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS): Restaurants lease Flippy through multi-year contracts that bundle hardware, software, support, and service into a single monthly fee, creating predictable, recurring revenue.

Invest in the Future of Fast Food
Customers like Jack in the Box and White Castle are already on board, and a new major national QSR partner is currently being finalized. That's part of what makes the company's current investment opportunity so enticing.
As restaurants race to cut costs, improve quality, and stay competitive, Miso offers an automation model that grows with the industry and delivers returns as it does. There just so happens to be 100,000+ U.S. fast-food locations, and the race to automate them is underway.
With new partners, real-world validation, and scaling in motion, this may be the last chance to join Miso before Flippy Fry Station is all over the country.

Federal Reserve Poised to Hand Wall Street a Big Gift

Wall Street is poised to receive a big gift courtesy of the Federal Reserve. The central bank unveiled plans to roll back an important capital rule that big banks have complained limits their ability to hold more Treasuries and act as intermediaries in the $29 trillion market. (The Fed's announcement confirmed proposed changes to the rule first reported by Bloomberg News last week.) The Fed board voted 5-2 on Wednesday to propose changes to what's known as the enhanced supplementary leverage ratio, which applies to the largest US banks—like Bank of America, JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs. The revisions would reduce holding companies' capital requirement under the ratio to a range of 3.5% to 4.5% from the current 5%. Their banking subsidiaries would see that requirement lowered to the same range from 6%.

Motorola Razr Ultra deal: Get a free upgrade to 1TB of storage

Ryan Haines / Android Authority Samsung will likely release new foldable phones next month at its upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event. We're not sure what we'll see then, but until we find out more, the current hottest foldable flip phone is the Motorola Razr Ultra 2025. While there are no discounts on it right now, you can pretty much get a free upgrade to 1TB of storage, which is a nice incentive for those already looking to get the device. This translates to $200 in savings. Buy the Motorola Razr Ultra 2025 with 1TB for $1,299.99 ($200 off) This offer is available directly from Motorola's website. The sale applies to all color versions available: Pantone Scarab, Pantone Mountain Trail, Pantone Cabaret, and Pantone Rio Red. Motorola Razr Ultra 2025 (1TB) Motorola Razr Ultra 2025 (1TB) High-end processing power in a folding shell Adding Ultra to the name, the Motorola Razr Ultra is the first folding phone from Moto with a top-tier processor. The 7-inch folding display is paired with a half-size front display to give you both a premium experience, and a compact and portable communication device. See price at Motorola Save $200.00 The Motorola Razr Ultra takes foldable flip phones to a whole other level. As we mentioned in our Razr Ultra review, you might as well stop waiting for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 and get this instead. Why? There are many reasons. For starters, it is very capable in terms of performance. You'll get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and 16GB of RAM. These specs put it up there with all the best Android phones available right now. The build hasn't changed much since last year. The device features an aluminum frame and a stainless steel hinge, along with an IP48 rating. That said, the design got a really nice upgrade this time around. Mostly in the back, as Motorola introduced really fun leather-like materials there. In fact, the wooden look made a comeback this year. These look amazing, and they feel soft to the touch. Ryan Haines / Android Authority We also really like the vibrant display. It has a 7.0-inch LTPO AMOLED panel with a 1,224 x 2,912. Even more astonishing is the smooth 165Hz refresh rate. This beats nearly all other phones out there. Even the 4.0-inch external display keeps the same panel technology and refresh rate, but the resolution is obviously reduced. That 1,272 x 1,080 resolution is still great for such a small display. We were also impressed by the battery life. Our tests show that the 4,700mAh battery can last nearly 25 hours playing 4K content. And when it's time to recharge, you can do so at 68W wired or 30W wirelessly. As of today, this is the best flip phone you can get, and we're not sure if Samsung will beat it. A penny under $1,300 is still quite expensive, but this is a premium device that competes against the best out there, which is rare for a flip phone. Take advantage of this offer while you can!
