Despite wearing clothes, the tension and heat for Zac was obvious.
But viewers were left shocked when the expert asked him: "Wanna give it [bum] a little smack?"
Zac did what he was told and gently smacked her cheek with his hand - while the onlookers applauded.
Later in the episode, Channel 4 viewers were left shocked as Zac appeared to become irritated when he was rejected for sex.
Zac was told to put his clothes back on after confronting her. about wanting to move forward.
The session started with them both getting naked, but when they started doing a trust exercise things became tense quite quickly.
He told her: 'I want to move forward… I want to touch you and be touched by you.'
Kat pointed out he was primarily focused on touch element.
Island's Zac told to get dressed after disastrous attempt at sex
Clearly taken back by her reaction, Zac told her: 'I came in here confident and excited, and I don't know if you're as used to that in this line of work and I don't know if you find that intimidating.'
His remarks did not go down well and Kat quickly stopped the session, telling him to get dressed.
Those watching at home were surprised by the interaction, with one person commenting: 'Zac needs a lesson on boundaries and the fact that sex isn't guaranteed- def needs talks about rejection.'
A second said: 'Zac he's acting very creepy, he's definitely not there for the right reasons.'
While a third added: 'I think the therapist wants Zac to leave the course."
And a fourth questioned: 'Desperate to know what Zac did to make the sex therapist say it's time to get dressed.'
Speaking a year on from filming, Zac has revealed the process has given him more confidence but admits: 'The bulk of the practical and physical skills that were explored have eluded me.
"Being able to express my thoughts and feelings is a work in progress."

Cardi B makes shocking claim about cheating ex Offset as she sparks fan concern
Cardi B revealed the shocking reason she had no choice but to file for divorce from estranged husband Offset back on July 31 following six years of marriage. The 32-year-old Grammy winner was traumatized over 'waking up each day' to a new article about the 33-year-old father-of-six's philandering ways like when he brought Atlanta-based model Melanie Jayda with him to Dubai in January. Cardi B (born Belcalis Almánzar) started seeing a therapist last year because she was suffering from 'frequent headaches' and was 'literally losing my mind.' 'I gave chances after chances after chances after chances,' the half-Dominican, half-Trinidadian star - who boasts 281.2M social media followers - confessed on X Spaces Tuesday. 'If I was still there [in that marriage], I was going to end up going to jail because I was going to end up killing him. Seriously, with my own bare hands because it was getting too much.' Cardi B and Offset (born Kiari Kendrell Cephus) had legally separated in November 2023, but the on/off nature of their romance resulted in the birth of their eight-month-old baby daughter Blossom. 'My baby came out 5lbs because I couldn't eat because I was so depressed because of the lies and the constant drama,' the Higher Love rapper cried. 'This is more than the cheating. It's just like the constant lies, the gaslighting - it was really messing up with my head.' The three-time Grammy nominee previously accused Cardi B of cheating on him 'with a baby inside' but on Tuesday she doubled down: 'I was married for seven years. I was faithful for seven years. Before that, I was engaged for three years.' Cardi B counted all of her blessings - talent, health, wealth, cars, property, and cute children - and noted that Offset was her only liability. 'We did help each other with our jobs. But it's like you're helping me, but you're destroying me at the same time,' the Kamala Harris campaigner explained. 'You gotta go. You become a liability to my work, you gotta go.' MailOnline has reached out to her reps for comment. Cardi B and Offset's divorce battle got even uglier when he filed for spousal support last week - according to TMZ. The Migos alum has also requested joint legal custody of their six-year-old daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus, three-year-old son Wave Set Cephus, and eight-month-old baby daughter Blossom. The Enough Miami rapper previously separated from Offset from December 5, 2018 to January 31, 2019 amid cheating allegations. The on/off hip-hop couple's first date was the 2017 Super Bowl. Cardi B (born Belcalis Almánzar) started seeing a therapist last year because she was suffering from 'frequent headaches' and was 'literally losing my mind' (pictured Sunday) On Tuesday, Offset appeared to have deleted his Instagram and X accounts the day after Cardi B went Instagram official with her new boyfriend, New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs. The Love & Hip Hop: New York alum will be honored with the Voice of the Culture Award from the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers during an invite-only ceremony next Sunday in Los Angeles, CA. Cardi B previously received ASCAP's Rhythm & Soul Songwriter of the Year Award two years in a row, eight ASCAP Pop Music Awards, and 23 ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Music Awards. The former stripper is next scheduled to perform June 27 at Under the K Bridge Park in Brooklyn, NY alongside Hercules & Love Affair, COBRAH, Sofia Kourtesis, Danny Tenaglia, and Alex Chapman. Cardi B - who gets 28.4M monthly listeners on Spotify - has vowed to release the long-delayed sophomore follow-up to her 2018 debut studio album Invasion of Privacy this year.

Neil Young invites Trump to a concert on his summer tour after previously calling the president a 'disgrace'
Canada-born rocker Neil Young has invited President Donald Trump to come attend his summer concert tour – after ripping the president online for threatening 'our way of life.' Young posted about the president on his blog while extending the possibly mock invitation to the self-described fan who he has also labeled 'out of control.' 'When I tour the USA this summer, if there is not martial law by then which would make it impossible, let's all come together and stand for American values,' the Canadian-American rocker wrote on his 'Neil Young Archives.' 'We will not be doing a political show,' Young explained. 'We will be playing the music we love for all of us to enjoy together. President Trump, you are invited. Come and hear our music just as you did for decades.' Young, whose hits have included 'Helpless,' 'Cinnamon Girl,' and 'Southern Man,' along with ' Ohio,' tore into Trump in an earlier posting on his site. That came after Trump's taunts at rocker Bruce Springsteen, one of numerous celebs and notable politicians and other figures Trump has said he would go after, after speaking of 'retribution' during the presidential campaign. 'I am not scared of [Trump]. Neither are the rest of us,' Young wrote. 'What are you worryin' about man?" Young wrote. 'Bruce and thousands of musicians think you are ruining America. You worry about that instead of the dyin' kids in Gaza. That's your problem.' He also referenced the Boss in his post dated June 2. 'Bruce Springsteen and many others will be in our country this summer, there for you, playing your favorite music, songs like 'Born in the USA'. We are proud to be who wer are, and must never let our government forget it,' he wrote. 'Thanks, Neil,' he signed off. The Canadian-American was born north of the border, didn't mention Trump's repeated statements about making Canada the 51st U.S. state in his latest post. Trump, who carefully curates the playlists for his rallies with songs ranging from 'Y.M.C.A. to Puccini's 'Nussun dorma', has called himself a fan of the down-to-earth singer. But Young sued in 2020 for playing his 'Rockin' in the Free World' at rallies he called 'divisive.' He was one of a long list of musicians who objected to their music being used. The suit was later dismissed without prejudice. '[Young's] got something very special. I've listened to his music for years…' Trump once told Rolling Stone, even calling Young's voice 'haunting.' Young's earlier May 20 post contained an image of the White House, and said Trump 'shut down FEMA' – although in fact Trump has only vowed to scrap the agency. He also advised the president to 'stop thinking about what rockers are saying.' That could be unlikely. Trump this week vowed to visit Kid Rock's new restaurant in Nashville. He also plans to attend an upcoming showing of Les Miserables at the Kennedy Center, after installing loyalist Ric Grinell and forcing out board members of the D.C. cultural institution. Trump has found time to attend multiple sporting events as president. Should he decide to take Young up on his offer, his U.S. tour takes him to Jones Beach in Trump's former New York stomping ground, along with Virginia, Rhode Island and New Hampshire – plus Toronto.

Love Island star's SHOCK EXIT as they leave the villa ahead of upcoming series after citing 'personal reasons'
Love Island star Kyle Ashman has left the show ahead of the launch episode next Monday. ITV have confirmed the 23-year-old from Stafford has chosen not to enter the villa and has decided to leave the show for personal reasons. It comes amid The Sun's reports that Kyle was involved in an machete attack in February when masked thugs stormed a wake and hacked at a dad with a blade. Kyle was one of two arrested by police but he was released with no further action and he has now confirmed he had no involvement in the incident, but has chosen to leave the ITV show regardless. Kyle told MailOnline: 'I fully cooperated with this police investigation and made it very clear that I had no involvement in this incident. 'I am not a violent person and any suggestion otherwise is a mischaracterisation.' From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Meanwhile ITV added: 'For personal reasons, Kyle will not be entering the Love Island Villa as planned.' The Love Island line up was announced on Tuesday so Kyle's departure will have plunged the show into chaos ahead of Monday's launch episode. The Sun have revealed they alerted bosses on Kyle being questioned in the attack but ITV said they were unaware of the incident and he was not flagged during the contestant checks. The incident on February 28 saw the victim, 38, nearly lose his arm after he was rushed to hospital for emergency treatment and kept it for around two weeks. Another mourner was reportedly glassed, one hit with a metal pole, and two people were run over by a car during the 15 minute attack at the The White Eagle Club in Stafford. Sources said the victim was attacked by three balaclava-clad thugs over an alleged £3,000 debt. He was injured by a blade that left him with a deep gash and has suffered tendon damage and is now unable to drive. Police confirmed yesterday that after the matter had been investigated Kyle and another individual were released with no further action only last month. The incident on February 28 at The White Eagle Club in Stafford saw the victim, 38, nearly lose his arm after he was rushed to hospital for emergency treatment A show source told the publication: 'ITV were entirely unaware of Kyle's past and, as he was not charged, it was not flagged as part of Love Island's stringent DBS checks. 'It's only right he can now return home to the UK to share his side of the story and therefore bosses took the decision that it was best for him not to enter the villa.' Staffordshire Police said on Monday: 'A 22-year-old man, from Stafford, was arrested on suspicion of wounding and affray. Another man, also 22 and from Stafford, was arrested on suspicion of affray. 'Both were questioned in custody and bailed with conditions while our enquiries continue.' Kyle, who works as a water operative, doesn't have a strong social media presence with just one Insta pic on his profile. Prior to his announced departure, Kyle said he was looking for 'someone that's fun, confident and just themselves'.
