Cardi B makes shocking claim about cheating ex Offset as she sparks fan concern

Daily Mail3 days ago

Cardi B revealed the shocking reason she had no choice but to file for divorce from estranged husband Offset back on July 31 following six years of marriage.
The 32-year-old Grammy winner was traumatized over 'waking up each day' to a new article about the 33-year-old father-of-six's philandering ways like when he brought Atlanta-based model Melanie Jayda with him to Dubai in January.
Cardi B (born Belcalis Almánzar) started seeing a therapist last year because she was suffering from 'frequent headaches' and was 'literally losing my mind.'
'I gave chances after chances after chances after chances,' the half-Dominican, half-Trinidadian star - who boasts 281.2M social media followers - confessed on X Spaces Tuesday.
'If I was still there [in that marriage], I was going to end up going to jail because I was going to end up killing him. Seriously, with my own bare hands because it was getting too much.'
Cardi B and Offset (born Kiari Kendrell Cephus) had legally separated in November 2023, but the on/off nature of their romance resulted in the birth of their eight-month-old baby daughter Blossom.
'My baby came out 5lbs because I couldn't eat because I was so depressed because of the lies and the constant drama,' the Higher Love rapper cried.
'This is more than the cheating. It's just like the constant lies, the gaslighting - it was really messing up with my head.'
The three-time Grammy nominee previously accused Cardi B of cheating on him 'with a baby inside' but on Tuesday she doubled down: 'I was married for seven years. I was faithful for seven years. Before that, I was engaged for three years.'
Cardi B counted all of her blessings - talent, health, wealth, cars, property, and cute children - and noted that Offset was her only liability.
'We did help each other with our jobs. But it's like you're helping me, but you're destroying me at the same time,' the Kamala Harris campaigner explained.
'You gotta go. You become a liability to my work, you gotta go.'
MailOnline has reached out to her reps for comment.
Cardi B and Offset's divorce battle got even uglier when he filed for spousal support last week - according to TMZ.
The Migos alum has also requested joint legal custody of their six-year-old daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus, three-year-old son Wave Set Cephus, and eight-month-old baby daughter Blossom.
The Enough Miami rapper previously separated from Offset from December 5, 2018 to January 31, 2019 amid cheating allegations.
The on/off hip-hop couple's first date was the 2017 Super Bowl.

On Tuesday, Offset appeared to have deleted his Instagram and X accounts the day after Cardi B went Instagram official with her new boyfriend, New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs.
The Love & Hip Hop: New York alum will be honored with the Voice of the Culture Award from the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers during an invite-only ceremony next Sunday in Los Angeles, CA.
Cardi B previously received ASCAP's Rhythm & Soul Songwriter of the Year Award two years in a row, eight ASCAP Pop Music Awards, and 23 ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Music Awards.
The former stripper is next scheduled to perform June 27 at Under the K Bridge Park in Brooklyn, NY alongside Hercules & Love Affair, COBRAH, Sofia Kourtesis, Danny Tenaglia, and Alex Chapman.
Cardi B - who gets 28.4M monthly listeners on Spotify - has vowed to release the long-delayed sophomore follow-up to her 2018 debut studio album Invasion of Privacy this year.

Margarita Maryland Senator gloats prematurely about return of deported migrant now charged with sick child sex crimes

Maryland Senator Chris Van Hollen, who infamously met with alleged gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia in El Salvador, celebrated his return to the United States to face criminal charges. On Friday, Attorney General Pam Bondi said that controversially deported 'Maryland man' Abrego Garcia, 29, had landed 'to face justice' over allegations of people smuggling and conspiracy to commit smuggling. Democrat Senator Van Hollen lobbied to meet with the man who was his constituent as his party raged over his detention in the El Salvadoran prison. That meeting sparked controversy when El Salvador's President Nayib Bukele posted a photo of Van Hollen and Abrego Garcia at a table with what appear to be margaritas, though Van Hollen claimed they were fake. Despite the disturbing criminal charges against Abrego Garcia, Van Hollen took a victory lap Friday suggesting he had done his job while taking shots at Donald Trump. 'For months, the Trump Administration flouted the Supreme Court and our Constitution,' Van Hollen said in a statement Friday. 'Today, they appear to have finally relented to our demands for compliance with court orders and with the due process rights afforded to everyone in the United States.' Van Hollen refused to give much mention of the charges against his constituent, saying it was not the point. 'As I have repeatedly said, this is not about the man, it's about his constitutional rights – and the rights of all. The Administration will now have to make its case in the court of law, as it should have all along.' The Trump administration initially accepted it had made a mistake in deporting Abrego Garcia, a father-of-three who arrived in the US illegally more than a decade ago. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt also championed his return, saying it proved the 'unhinged Democrat Party' was wrong about Abrego Garcia, who liberals had dubbed a ' Maryland father-of-three'. Abrego Garcia was deported to El Salvador after being accused of being an MS-13 gang member. The deportation went ahead despite a court order forbidding his return which claimed he was at risk of persecution by the gang. Prior to this he had several brushes with the law in the US over the years, although none resulted in arrest or conviction. After initially ignoring a court order to facilitate his repatriation to the US, Bondi announced that Abrego Garcia has been hauled back to America to face charges stemming from one of these encounters. A federal grand jury indicted Abrego Garcia over claims he participated in a years- long operation trafficking people through the Texas border. Sources told ABC News that amongst those allegedly transported were members of the infamous Salvadoran gang MS-13. The conspiracy is said to have spanned nearly ten years and involved the transportation of thousands of migrants from Mexico and Central America. He is expected to be prosecuted and, if convicted, will be returned to his home country at the conclusion of the case, officials said. The investigation into the charges started after federal authorities started probing a 2022 traffic stop of Abrego Garcia by the Tennessee Highway Patrol, source said. He was stopped with eight people in his car and told officers he was driving them from Texas to Maryland for a construction job. The exchange led the officer to, 'suspect this was a human trafficking incident', according to a report produced at the time. But Abrego Garcia was let go with out any arrest or charge, despite having an expired license, per the document. Abrego Garcia was deported in March to El Salvador's CECOT mega-prison after the administration claimed he was a member of MS-13. Something he and his family have denied. President Donald Trump had repeatedly maintained in an interview with ABC's Terry Moran that Abrego Garcia has M-S-1-3 tattooed on his hand. Trump had posted multiple times showing knuckle tattoos, but Moran told him the actual M-S-1-3 letters and numbers had simply been photoshopped onto the image above Abrego Garcia's actual tattoos as a code to decipher them. His deportation saga began when he was pulled over by immigration officers on March 12 and was told his immigration status had changed. Within days he was on a plane to El Salvador and his family recognized him in CECOT from media images which showed off distinctive tattoos on his arm. Abrego Garcia was granted 'withholding of removal' status in 2019 after a judge determined his claims that he would be persecuted if he returned to El Salvador were legitimate. President Trump had said that he could retrieve Abrego Garcia with one phone call to El Salvador's president, but refused to do it. Abrego Garcia´s American wife sued over his deportation, and U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis ordered his return on April 4. The Supreme Court ruled on April 10 that the administration must work to bring him back. Late last month the administration asked a judge to throw out the lawsuit, arguing the court lacked jurisdiction because he was no longer in the US. Attorneys for the administration have also argued that information about returning Abrego Garcia is protected under state secrets privilege. U.S. attorneys said releasing such details in open court - or even to the judge in private - would jeopardize national security by revealing sensitive diplomatic negotiations. Many filings in the case have been sealed. The case has raised questions about whether due process was followed and highlighted the extent to which the White House is trying to exert control over the courts to bolster its immigration policy. In a statement about his return, Abrego Garcia's attorney Simon Sandoval-Moshenberg said: 'From the beginning, this case has made one thing painfully clear: The government had the power to bring him back at any time. 'Instead, they chose to play games with the court and with a man's life. We're not just fighting for Kilmar - we're fighting to ensure due process rights are protected for everyone. 'Because tomorrow, this could be any one of us -- if we let power go unchecked, if we ignore our Constitution.' Abrego Garcia's wife has stood by him throughout the saga, despite previously filing a report of domestic abuse against her husband. The Salvadoran was never charged over the report which was later retracted.

Trump's FBI boss Kash Patel makes bombshell claim about video of Epstein's pedophile island

Kash Patel admitted that conspiracy theorists looking for more incriminating evidence from disgraced pedophile Jeffrey Epstein 's private island might be disappointed. The FBI Director took part in a wide-ranging interview with Joe Rogan where the host asked him point blank: 'Is there video from the island?' While Patel said that there was, he merely suggested that the footage is 'not of what you want.' Neither Patel nor Rogan would name names but suggested that 'what you want' is 'some guy or gal committing felonies.' 'If I had it, I'd be the first guy to bring this case hard and fast,' Patel claimed. He added that his team at the FBI has viewed everything they have been given lawful access to from the infamous island. Epstein's 'pedo island' aka Little Saint James in the US Virgin Islands was a focal point of his horrific child-sex-trafficking operation. It has long been believed that Epstein hosted a wide array of rich and famous clients at the island. Patel said that the bureau is doing the best that they can and encouraged anyone with information to get in touch. 'I got here 100 days ago. I can't be held to account for 20 years of failures,' he said. Though Patel claimed that his FBI will 'give you everything we can' he does have some boundaries set around Epstein's victims. 'Remember, we're not gonna' re-victimize women. We're not gonna' put that s*** back out there. It's not happening because then, he wins.' When Epstein first purchased Little Saint James, he paid $7.9 million. Epstein bought the island in 1998 and later made it his primary residence, employing a staff of 70 people. At the time of his death it was valued at $63.8 million. In the aftermath of Epstein's death, it was listed for sale for $125 million in 2021. In May 2023, it was sold to billionaire Stephen Deckoff who vowed to turn it into a luxury resort by 2025. Deckoff is reported to have paid around $60 million for the property as well as for Great St. James. Epstein's estate has said that any money generated from the sale of his properties would be used to settle lawsuits. The troubling past of Little St James has been widely documented in photographs, victim testimony and court cases against Epstein and his associates. Though Patel claimed that his FBI will 'give you everything we can' he does have some boundaries set around Epstein's victims Epstein - with help from his confidante and fixer Ghislaine Maxwell - trafficked many young girls to the island, where they were raped and abused. Photographs previously published by show young girls posing on the paradise island, or giving massages to Epstein while makes telephone calls. Maxwell is seen in other pictures being waited on by the legion of staff who Epstein recruited to manage the island. Epstein is said to have imported 200 workers after his purchase of the island to build a stone mansion, two guest houses, a helipad and a bizarre gold-domed structure that resembles a temple. The temple structure was built between 2009 and 2013 but it remains unclear what the building was for. Several of Epstein's victims have recalled the abuse and suffering they faced on the island. Prince Andrew has admitted he has visited the island, but always maintained he was not aware of Epstein's crimes and never took part in anything illegal. The island has drawn several thrill-seekers who've ignored the no trespassing signs to explore the property. Luke Rudkowski of We Are Change and Jeff Berwick were able to get onto the island and explore Epstein's office, a few of the underground lairs and get close enough to the pedophile's infamous temple on Little St James to reveal that the doors of the structure are in fact painted on the building. Rudkowski explored several underground structures, including one that appeared to house the island's generator. There have also been claims the island has its own subterranean tunnel network, though this has never been substantiated. Epstein's resort also include a ten-person shower for orgies, according to a maintenance worker. Steve Scully said in 2020 that Epstein installed the shower in a bathroom whose walls were covered with pictures of naked girls. Epstein had remodeled his bedroom several times and during these renovations he put in a 'ten-showerhead shower - for group showers', Scully claimed. 'There were more pictures in the bathroom than anywhere else – including of young, barely clothed or semi-nude girls,' he added.

Rita Ora commands attention in leopard print bra and micro shorts as she performs at World Pride Music Festival in Washington DC

Rita Ora stripped down to a matching leopard print lingerie set and micro shorts during a performance at World Pride Music Festival in Washington DC on Friday. The songstress, 34, looked unbelievable in the skimpy outfit as she took to the stage for the two-day event. She pulled out all the stops for the big performance, turning heads in her figure-hugging ensemble. Rita paired her eccentric outfit with glittery eyeshadow and sunglasses to complete the look. She sang and danced to the crowd, who were also there to see Jennifer Lopez and Troye Sivan, to name a few. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. The pride festival is held at Festival Grounds At RFK Campus in Washington D.C. Rita recently boasted about her latest song Heat, which was released on Friday. In the single, she sings: 'Your heat on me. Sex on sight. Anywhere you like. Inside or outside.' Heat is expected to feature on her upcoming, still untitled, fourth album, which will be her first album release since her 2023 You & I. Rita has recently been supporting Kylie for the first leg of her tour after she previously revealed that Kylie's 2023 mega-hit from 'Tension', 'Padam Padam', was nearly given to her. The synth-pop banger - penned by Norwegian singer-songwriter Ina Wroldsen and producer Lostboy - was a viral hit for Kylie. But several artists were asked if they wanted to record it, including the Anywhere singer, because they didn't feel it was a Kylie song. It comes after she kicked off her support gig on the tour in April at Atlanta's State Farm Arena. Rita gushed after her gig: 'First night of the tour, wow the reception was incredible and I'm so grateful for this opportunity to connect with North America. It feels like such a huge compliment to open up for such an icon.' Kylie's Tension Tour will conclude on August 26. She will then head to New York for two shows at Madison Square Garden before stopping for one show at Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C. The star is the highest-selling Australian female artist of all time and the third best-selling in the UK. But she has only now begun to make a name for herself in the US following the success of her viral 2023 hit Padam Padam. In the past Kylie has claimed her failure to catch on stateside didn't phase her and she enjoyed her anonymity there, however, her record label revealed in 2023 that the singer now has her eyes firmly set on cracking the US market.
