Wealthy watches at Wimbledon: The high-end timepieces celebrities rocked at this year's tennis tournament
It's not just women. Men should also care about their pelvic floor health.
The trendy new way to drink coffee is out of a " chubby cup."
Want to achieve a high-end look in your home? Steer clear of these items.
Millennial dads want to show up more at home. Will the office let them?
But first: Inside the Grass Slam.
This week's dispatch
All eyes on England
Go, Ben Shelton! OK, now that I've gotten that out of the way, if you're like me and have been watching Wimbledon 2025 — the oldest tennis tournament and one of the four Grand Slam tournaments annually — you might've been looking at the court.
Our Business Insider lifestyle senior reporter, Samantha Grindell Pettyjohn, however, turned her eyes to the stands in search of status symbols worn by celebrities.
As it turns out, luxury timepieces were in vogue at Wimbledon this year, and there was no shortage of enviable wrist bling.
David Beckham, a brand ambassador for Tudor, wore a custom watch from the company that he was gifted on his 50th birthday, Pettyjohn reports.
Meanwhile, Nick Jonas, who attended the matches with his wife, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, wore a vintage version of Rolex's Day-Date watch, which can retail for more than $100,000, according to the company's website.
If you're looking to add a smart investment to your splurge list, check out Oscar winner Eddie Redmayne's red-faced accessory: an Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra, which retails for $7,000.
Or maybe you'd be into Andrew Garfield's Omega De Ville Trésor that retails at a slightly higher price point, $7,400.
No matter what watch you choose, you'd be serving style.
Pelvic floor in panic mode
Many women have to work to strengthen their pelvic floor after having a baby. An increasing number of men are finding out they have the opposite problem: a pelvic floor that is too tight and overengaged.
Even though women are more likely to develop a disorder, Dr. Adam Gvili said not enough people are talking about the male pelvic floor. Constipation and the frequent urge to pee are among the most common symptoms.
How to tell if you have a problem.
Chubby cup love
Alisha Sholtis
The familiar pastime of drinking out of a mason jar is getting an upgrade. Weck jars are all the rage among coffee and matcha lovers for their distinct shape and aesthetic.
Fans say Weck jars are thicker and sweat-free, with wider brims that accommodate heavily iced drinks. They were originally designed for food preservation, not drinkware — but hey, with a volume of 19.6 ounces, they get the job done.
Shoppers are buying in bulk.
Quiet luxury at home
A hefty budget isn't always required to create a home that feels luxurious. Just ask Bri Macdonald, an interior designer who works with high-profile clients. There are a few items her wealthy clients tend to avoid, though.
Cheap-looking faux plants, for example, can dampen a polished look. Macdonald suggests opting for low-maintenance plants, like an olive tree, or going the high-quality, faux plant route — just be sure to dust them regularly!
Avoid these seven items.

Duchess Makes Rare Appearance 37 Years After Outing With Princess Diana
Duchess Makes Rare Appearance 37 Years After Outing With Princess Diana originally appeared on Parade. Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, made a return to the Royal Box at Wimbledon for the first time in 37 years. Ferguson, 65, and her daughter, Princess Beatrice, 36, attended the Wimbledon Tennis Championships at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in London on June 30. Fergie wore a green dress with a floral design to the match, accessorizing with a couple of bracelets, a pair of gold earrings, and a watch. According to People magazine, the appearance marks the first time that Fergie has been in the Royal Box since she attended Wimbledon with Princess Diana back in 1988. The last time she watched a match at Wimbledon is believed to have been in 2000. Distant cousins prior to marrying into the royal family, Diana and Fergie ended up becoming extremely close friends. "I really miss Diana. I loved her so much," Ferguson told Harper's Bazaar in 2007. "Diana was one of the quickest wits I knew; nobody made me laugh like her." 🎬 SIGN UP for Parade's Daily newsletter to get the latest pop culture news & celebrity interviews delivered right to your inbox 🎬 The Duchess of York went on to say that she and the late Princess of Wales weren't on speaking terms when Diana died in 1997. "Because we were like siblings—actually, we were fourth cousins and our mothers, who went to school together, were also best friends—we rowed. And the saddest thing, at the end, we hadn't spoken for a year, though I never knew the reason, except that once Diana got something in her head….I tried, wrote letters, thinking whatever happened didn't matter, let's sort it out. And I knew she'd come back. In fact, the day before she died she rang a friend of mine and said, 'Where's that Red? I want to talk to her,'" Fergie recalled. After Being Accused Of Using Ozempic And Looking Unrecognizable In Her New Gym Selfies, People Are Sprinting To Serena Williams's Defense
Unfortunately, this isn't the first time Serena Williams's physical appearance has been the target of scrutiny by the public, but this time, fans are firing back at the negativity. Serena, who's often referred to as the G.O.A.T. (greatest of all time) when it comes to tennis, has been the target of criticism since she began playing the sport professionally at the young age of 14, with her older sister, Venus Williams, who's also a highly decorated Olympian. From the beads she wore in her hair... ...to the "controversial" outfits she rocked on the court, Serena has been the target of scrutiny since the beginning, with conversations often having nothing to do with the sport itself. Related: 10 Nepo Babies Who Ended Up Becoming More Famous Than Their Celeb Parents But some of the most shocking and disgusting comments that have been uttered or typed about the multi-Grand Slam winner, were focused specifically on her body. For decades the media has always had a weird fascination with the shape, look, and size of Serena's body. She appeared "different" compared to other athletes in the predominantly white sport, which made her and her sister prime targets for racism and microaggressions. Serena remembered being called the n-word during the 2001 BNP Paribas Open in California, as the crowd booed Serena and her sister. undefined The mom of two was (and, honestly, still is) constantly compared to an animal, while others called her aggressive and frightening. Her athletic build was deemed unattractive, unfeminine, and frequently likened to the physique of a man. But despite the incessant body-shaming, Serena never let that get in the way of winning. She is now one of the most decorated tennis players in history, breaking records and barriers throughout her impressive career. Serena announced her retirement in 2022, citing she was "evolving away" from the sport. In fact, she wanted to shy away from the word "retirement" and think of it more as an "evolution." She also mentioned a desire to expand her family. Outside of raising two daughters — 7-year-old Olympia and 1-year-old Adira River — with her husband, Alexis Ohanian, Serena has her hands in many buckets, including running a venture capital firm, co-owning a WNBA team, and more. But even as she continues to expand her empire, somehow the focus always comes back to Serena's appearance. On July 11, Serena shared a series of gym selfies after a workout. She playfully captioned the carousel, "Working out and working on my angles."
