But Hump, 30, has revealed the secret recipe of his success and how he wants to get in the fast lane on four wheels.
He told Red Dragon of his pre-match meal: 'Usually, it's chicken butterfly with rice and chips, Peri Tamer.
'Sometimes it can be medium heated, four chicken thighs, mash and broccoli.
'My pre-match meal before every time I play is Nando's. I have some good rewards.'

Luke Humphries hits incredible NINE-DARTER and bags £30k solid prize but celebrations ruined by Sky Sports interruptions
'Cool Hand' also opened up on the hardest player to play against mentally on tour and singled out big rivals Price and James Wade.
He confessed: 'James Wade and Gerwyn Price, they are tough people to play against because they are sort of in your face a little bit.
'Gerwyn is hard because when he celebrates, you just want to do something to celebrate back.
'He drags you into that a little bit. But he is not off-putting, just hard to play against.'
And things got even hairier in a running bet with Michael van Gerwen over chest fuzz.
He said: 'Apparently, we made a bet that I was going to have to shave it off if I won the World Championships.
'It's the maintaining, I can't be bothered with that.
"He thinks he is like God because he shaves his chest hair.'
Seven-time major winner Humphries returns to action tomorrow at the European Grand Prix in Sindelfingen, Germany this weekend.

Wednesday's briefing: Grealish heads for Merseyside and Guehi could follow
Rangers progressed to the play-off round of the Champions League as Crystal Palace hit out at UEFA's decision to demote them from the Europa League to the Conference League. One place he wanted to go. 🎯 — Everton (@Everton) August 12, 2025 England winger Jack Grealish spoke of his 'massive' switch to Everton after completing a season-long loan from Manchester City. The 29-year-old has been looking for an exit from Etihad Stadium after making only seven Premier League starts for City last season, seeking regular football ahead of next summer's World Cup. 'I'm over the moon to have signed for Everton – it's massive for me, honestly,' Grealish said. 'This is a great club, with great fans. 'As soon as I spoke to the manager, I knew there was only one place that I wanted to go.' Grealish will wear the number 18 shirt at Everton previously sported by Wayne Rooney and Paul Gascoigne, who he described as 'my two favourite English players'. Liverpool are in talks to sign Crystal Palace's England defender Marc Guehi. The 25-year-old captained the Eagles to victory against Liverpool in Sunday's Community Shield at Wembley and is out of contract next summer. The PA news agency understands the Reds are hopeful Guehi wants to join them but that personal terms have not been agreed. Liverpool – who have signed Florian Wirtz, Jeremie Frimpong, Hugo Ekitike and Milos Kerkez since winning the Premier League last season – are also understood to be pursuing a deal for 18-year-old Parma centre-back Giovanni Leoni. At a time when we should be celebrating our victory in the Community Shield at Wembley, the decision by UEFA and followed by the Court of Arbitration for Sport shows that sporting merit is rendered meaningless. Full statement 👇#CPFC — Crystal Palace F.C. (@CPFC) August 12, 2025 Crystal Palace have claimed 'sporting merit is rendered meaningless' following UEFA's decision to demote them from the Europa League and the Court of Arbitration for Sport's rejection of their appeal. The FA Cup winners were demoted to the Conference League by European football's governing body UEFA on July 11 after it determined that, as of March 1, American businessman John Textor had control or influence at both Palace and French club Lyon. Palace appealed, but on Monday the CAS announced the London club had lost their appeal, with Nottingham Forest expected to take the place in UEFA's second-tier competition. A Palace statement read: 'At a time when we should be celebrating our victory in the Community Shield at Wembley, the decision by UEFA and followed by the Court of Arbitration for Sport shows that sporting merit is rendered meaningless. Arsenal transfer news: Eberechi Eze makes his choice with talks on exit to accelerate
Arsenal have been active in the summer window, signing six players, but Mikel Arteta is still in the market for more reinforcements ahead of the new Premier League season The new Premier League season kicks off on Friday night and Arsenal are hoping it is one that ends in glory. The Gunners have finished as runners up in each of the last three seasons, last time out finishing behind eventual champions Liverpool. Mikel Arteta is desperate to go one better this time around and has been extremely active during the summer window. Viktor Gyokeres was their latest arrival, finally ending a summer-long saga and more importantly, finally giving Arteta the striker he has craved for so long. But he is one of six signings this summer, with Noni Madueke and Kepa arriving from Chelsea, Martin Zubimendi and Cristhian Mosquera signing from La Liga and ex-Brentford skipper Christian Norgaard moving across the capital. But there could yet be more arrivals before the end of the window, while a number of departures are likely. Eze makes his choice If Arsenal are to make another attacking signing, it is expected to be another player that can operate on the flanks. Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze is their top target, but the clock is ticking. Eze has a £68m release clause which expires on Friday, after which, his club will be able to demand significantly more. Arsenal need to sell before they can buy again, having already spent almost £200m. That has opened the door for rivals Tottenham, but The Guardian report that Eze's preference is to join the Gunners…if they can raise the funds in time. Potential outgoing close And as if by magic, Arsenal may have been handed a huge boost in raising a significant portion of a potential Eze fee. Stuttgart are understood to be in the market for Fabio Vieira, who has failed to make the grade since his move to North London. Enzo Milliot this week completed a move to Saudi Arabia, leaving Stuttgart in the market for his replacement. Step forward Mr Vieira. The Standard report that the Bundesliga side have already opened talks for the player and that Milliot's exit could accelerate negotiations. Fulham cool on Nelson But it's not such positive news when it comes to earning a fee for Reiss Nelson. The Hale End graduate spent last season on loan with Fulham with his season behind ended prematurely by injury. There was an expectation that the Cottagers would go back in for the 25-year-old. However, the Standard claim that their attention has now switched firmly to Shakhtar's Kevin, with a club record bid launched. Fulham have already seen bids rejected, but Marco Silva is insistent they match Shakhtar's huge valuation to get a deal done. That could spell bad news for Nelson, though, with a realistic suitor for a quick deal removed.
