New Peaks on Multiple Radio Charts
'Today's Song' appears on five Billboard charts this week, almost all of them focused on radio. That's where the track is on the rise, and this frame it reaches a new peak on three of the five tallies it inhabits. The Foo Fighters cut breaks into the top five on both the Alternative Airplay and Mainstream Rock Airplay charts, improving to Nos. 3 and 5, respectively. It also rises higher than ever on the Adult Alternative Airplay tally, leaping from No. 26 to No. 19 in its third frame.
Gains on Hot Hard Rock Songs Chart
While it doesn't earn a new best showing, the Foo Fighters' newest tune does gain on the Hot Hard Rock Songs chart, the all-consumption ranking of the most popular hard rock-only tracks in America. In its five weeks on the list, 'Today's Song' has climbed as high as No. 5, and this week it moves up one space to No. 17.
Holding the No. 1 Spot on Rock & Alternative Airplay
'Today's Song' continues to reign over the Rock & Alternative Airplay chart. The cut earned one of the fastest ascents to No. 1 in the history of that ranking, which measures the most successful tracks at rock radio in the U.S. The song may stay on the throne for some time, as Foo Fighters remain one of the most popular acts in both rock and alternative music.

It was both the best and worst Hervé Villechaize impersonation you'll ever get in up-to-the-minute primetime. In that, there was more on POTUS' love affair with an increasingly red-faced Satan — with the chubby cheeked Veep offering a small tribute to Sean 'Diddy' Combs via a promise of a massage of sorts to the fallen angel. 'Would you like me to apply the baby oil to Satan's assh*le, boss?' inquires Vance about a potential MAGA ménage à trois. After that, the best efforts of big screen Superman's best four-legged friend Krypto to save newly appointed DHS boss Mackey from getting pulled in bed with Trump and Satan at Mar-A-Lago ends badly. Eager to keep her job and her cred, ICE Barbie Noem shoots another dog dead — and promptly loses her allegedly surgically enhanced face. So, let's just say, two weeks after the delayed (and ratings surging) Season 27 premiere offered the most mocking and effective kick to Trump's 'tiny teeny' since the increasingly authoritarian former Celebrity Apprentice host returned to the White House, tonight's 'Got a Nut' episode on the now David Ellison-owned Comedy Central again went for the the groin as well as the jugular. After the delayed July 23 episode 'Sermon on the Mount' depicted a less than well-endowed Trump in bed with a less than satisfied Lord of Hell and a naked, live-action president in the desert in a pseudo-PSA (one of many stabs at Paramount and its recent $16 million knee bend to POTUS) Trump was reportedly 'seething' and the Executive Branch went ballistic. This show hasn't been relevant for over 20 years and is hanging on by a thread with uninspired ideas in a desperate attempt for attention,' the White House Taylor Rogers exclaimed. 'President Trump has delivered on more promises in just six months than any other president in our country's history – and no fourth-rate show can derail President Trump's hot streak.' This week, after ICE tried to be witty and lift an advance image from tonight's episode for its X feed, South Park hit back: 'Wait, so we ARE relevant?' On Tuesday they also added a certain hashtag as a kicker. Tonight's episode confirmed it more than ever: Yes, indeed you are! NYT Connections hints today for #792: Clues and answers for Monday, Aug. 11
If you're reading this right now, that means you're stuck on today's New York Times Connections puzzle. But you're not alone — the puzzle had me all over the place. The good news is I've got hints (and spoilers if you want them) to help you get through Monday's puzzle: #792. Don't feel bad for taking a peek — today's words were tricky. Since we're in this together, I'll share how I did each day. For the first time ever, I solved purple before any other color! But then I had a difficult time figuring out the last blue word. I got away with making two mistakes today. If you're new to NYT Connections, we've got some tips to help you along the way. Also, check out today's Wordle hints and answer. How to play NYT Connections NYT Connections is a surprisingly difficult word game and if you play, you're now considered a "connector." There are 16 words presented in a four-by-four grid and your goal is to match four words into their respective color-coded groups (yellow, green, blue, purple). Yellow is the easiest to guess while purple is the hardest. Your job is to find out how the four words are connected to a specific group. For instance, in one recent puzzle, the blue group hint was "related to buying a home" and the words were appraisal, escrow, insurance and mortgage. If you make a mistake when you submit, that's okay. You get four guesses before the game is over and the answers are revealed. You can also click on the lightbulb icon in the game to get some hints, but we'll also provide those here. If you find yourself obsessed with this game after completing just one puzzle, I've got bad news for you. You can only play once a day. The timer resets each night at midnight. Tips for playing NYT Connections I only recently started playing Connections, but here are some tips I've found useful along the way. 1. When you get an answer wrong, pay attention to the text that appears at the top of the puzzle. "One away" means you only got one word wrong. Analyze each word to find one that might fit better in another group and try a new word. 2. If you're stuck, shuffle the board. You can shuffle as many times as you'd like to help you see some different word combinations. 3. Try to find the easy yellow group words first. Those words usually stick out because they have so much in common — they're often synonyms of one another. But be wary of the trick words that could fit into multiple categories. 4. Stumped? Come back to the puzzle later with a fresher mind. Trying to solve a difficult puzzle without "sleeping" on it might result in too many mistakes.
