A source said: 'Lauren was one of the dry run Islanders but bosses loved her so guaranteed her a slot in Casa Amor.
'Fans will feel like she's going in there as a producer plant as she's been specially chosen and has the added advantage of having been among crew, in the villa, and knows how everything works.
'Certainly it'll help her feel a bit more comfortable and confident.
'There's been other Islanders in the past who went from a dry runner to full cast.
"2023's winner Sanam Harrinanan was part of the dry run cast and then went all the way."

Love Island star reveals he's bought his mum a house after raking it in as an influencer

Love Island's Dami Hope has splashed out on a new house for his mum after shooting to fame on the ITV show, where he reached the final with girlfriend, Indiyah Pollack, in 2022 Love Island star, Dami Hope, has revealed he has treated his mum to a new house after making mega money from his influencer gigs. The 29-year-old has done well for himself since making his debut on the ITV dating show in 2022, where he met girlfriend, Indiyah Pollack. ‌ Taking to Instagram, showing off the results of his work as a full-time influencer, in which he promotes a range of stuff, including designer clothes, concierge services - and Asos - Dami admitted he couldn't believe he was a property owner as he shared a slew of snaps of a fancy pad, which featured a custom painting of himself and his mum on the wall. ‌ Captioning the carousel, in which Dami can be seen grinning in his mum's new kitchen next to a bottle of champagne and a bouquet of flowers, he wrote: "I actually can't believe I'm typing this… I bought a house in the UK. But not just any house—this one's for my mum. ‌ "After years of manifesting, grinding, praying (and dodging the when will you buy a house? chats), this moment right here is different. "My siblings, you already know—you're part of the furniture now." ‌ Paying tribute to his dad, who sadly died last year, he added: "Dad, I wish you were here to see this. Everything I am is because of you both. This one's for you too." Continuing, he said of the house, which features a plush glass annexe and sizeable garden: "Growing up in an African household, the pressure is real. ‌ "But now I can officially tell my mum to retire that question because guess what? She's living in the answer. By God's grace, we did it." Earlier this year, Dami revealed he was flogging things on Vinted, with their listed items ranging from £3 to £300. ‌ Since his time in the villa, the former microbiologist from Ireland has collaborated with various brands on social media, including modelling different outfits in posts over the years. The former islander has also launched his own fashion brand, Snow Bunny. And amid growing interest in 'pre-loved fashion,' in a post on his Instagram Story, Dami revealed that he has an account on Vinted and showed off what he was selling. Sharing snaps of some Levis trainers and a Pretty Little Thing mini skirt, he wrote: "Getting rid of some bits on @vinted." He shared his account name @hopecollections365 and said he would also post on another online marketplace, Grailed, adding: "Gonna upload to Grailed later also." ‌ Last year, the reality star revealed his father had sadly died as he shared emotional photos from his funeral, telling fans he's 'learning how to live without him.' The final photo was of the sun shining through the clouds, as Dami captioned the post: "The healing chapter: learning to live without him."

‘He's trying to tell us something' – Arsenal fans convinced new transfer is done after star's ‘message' in kit launch

ARSENAL fans are convinced the club has unofficially announced a major signing while unveiling their away kit. The Gunners had Riccardo Calafiori, Gabriel Martinelli and Myles Lewis-Skelly promote the jerseys they will be wearing in away matches this coming season during an Adidas photoshoot. 2 2 And Calafiori, 23, struck a pose that strongly reminded supporters of a signature celebration made famous by the club's biggest transfer target. The versatile defender pulled the collar over his mouth and the photo was then shared by the famous sporting brand across social media. That reminded Arsenal fans of Sporting Lisbon star Viktor Gyokeres' popular celebration that sees him placing both hands over his mouth after scoring a goal. Of course there is no indication that the Italy international was actually teasing an imminent done deal between his team and Gyokeres. But that didn't stop Gooners from storming social media and engaging in wild speculation. One fan tweeted: " It's happening!" A third wrote: "Calafiori, we saw what you did there! Gyokeres is coming." This fan said: "Calafiori is trying to communicate something here." And that one posted: "Agent Calafiori." Arsenal are closing in on a £63.5million deal for Gyokeres with negotiations over add-ons at the final stages. The striker is adamant he will never play for Sporting again, currently staying away from training, and has his heart set on playing at the Emirates.
