Robbie said it had been "very nerve-wracking" to show his somersaults in Telford but that he "loves how it's really fun".
He explained he had used a new combination of tumbles in the competition which included whips, flicks and a full twist and straight back ending.
He said: "I was very pleased because because there were some very challenging people in my category.

"It was very exciting because when I started I didn't really know much about it and three and a half years later I won a bronze medal at the English Gymnastics Championships!"
Mr Montague said it had been the first time a gymnast from the squad had competed in the elite category.
He said two of the members of the team, Rosie and Myra had been ranked 11th in the country and Mason had been ranked fourth.
Robbie said his dream was to compete in the World Gymnastic Championships.
"Even if I came last, to get to that level would be amazing," he added.

Robbie Brewer, veteran race car driver, dies after NC crash

As most people have heard by now I lost my dad Robbie Brewer last night. He was loved by so many and for sure left his... Veteran race car driver Robbie Brewer, 53, died following a crash during a race Aug. 9 at Bowman Gray Stadium in Winston-Salem, North Carolina – his daughter confirmed in a social media post. Courtney Marquette wrote that her father was a mentor and best friend to her in a tribute posted to Facebook on the morning of Aug. 10. 'There wasn't much my dad couldn't fix/do when it came to his cars & racing was his absolute life which was no secret to anyone,' Marquette wrote. 'He left this world doing what he loved but it was just way way too soon.' FloRacing reported that Brewer's car veered towards the outside wall in the center of turns three and four with four laps remaining in a race in the Sportsman division. 'Unfortunately, I had a very direct line of sight into Brewer's vehicle,' Tom Radulovic, who was in the stadium as a fan when the crash occurred, told the Winston-Salem Journal. 'When they put him on the stretcher, I was able to see his hands, looking for that little wave athletes often give. There was no movement. My heart sank.' Bowman Gray Stadium said in a statement provided to the Journal and the Associated Press that Brewer was taken to an area hospital following 'an on-track medical incident.' 'Robbie was a talented and passionate racer, and highly respected competitor among his peers. Our thoughts and prayers are with Robbie's family and friends at this time,' the statement reads. USA TODAY has reached out to the track for the statement and did not receive an immediate response. The Journal reported that Brewer's death was the first at the track since 2002. Driver Brad Lewis, whose race shop is close to where Brewer lived, told the Journal that Brewer was 'like a big brother' and added that he was 'a wheelman through and through.' 'I'm bet everybody in that pit area has a Robbie story and that's a testament to what he meant to that place and to all of us who compete over there,' Lewis said. Randy Smith, who has worked at the stadium for 16 years and was the track's chief flagman Saturday night, told the newspaper that, 'I don't think there is one person that can say anything bad about Robbie.' Brewer was an 11-time winner in the Sportsman division at Bowman Gray and made 311 career starts at the historic stadium across all divisions, according to FloRacing. The racing outlet noted that Brewer was twice a 602 Modified Tour champion and a 602 Super Limited (Late Model) Series champion. Marquette said in her tribute that her father had 'a smile that was contagious' and an offbeat sense of humor.

Martindale hails new pitch as Livi progress in League Cup

Livingston manager David Martindale reckons their new artificial surface is helping his side get up to speed in games quicker. The West Lothian club's pitch was upgraded this summer to the 'newest version' of the surface. Martindale's side secured their spot as one of the best runners-up with a 6-0 thrashing of Kelty Hearts, finishing second in Group H behind top-flight rivals Kilmarnock. Two goals from Robbie Muirhead and others from Andy Winter, debutant Adam Montgomery, Stevie May and Shane Blaney ensured David Martindale's side a place in the draw for the next round. "I thought the boys played really well," Martindale said. "I think the surface is really, really helping us at getting our speed into the game, and we started the game really well. "I thought Andy Winters was brilliant today, there wasn't anyone who wasn't getting pass marks today. "We limited the opposition to very little." Aidan Denholm, who signed a three-year deal from Hearts and made his Livingston debut off the bench, picked up an injury in the game, something his manager takes some responsibility for. "I feel a wee bit sorry for Aidan, he's hurt his hamstring again," added Martindale. "He was desperate to play. He's done a full pre-season with Hearts, and I was desperate to integrate him into the squad, so maybe I've got to take a wee bit of responsibility there. "But I don't think it's anywhere near as bad as it's previously been. The wee man's gutted. You don't want to be coming into a club, make your debut and go off injured but it's football. "We'll stick by him and make sure he's got a good group around him. That was the only disappointing aspect of the game."
