Nirvaan Anandd Joins Smriti Irani And Cast In ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2'
Nirvaan will be seen making his entry in the upcoming episodes. He will play the role of Ajay, son-in-law of the Viranis.
He said, "I'm thrilled to join the iconic television show. I'm actually living my dreams and see it as one of the biggest opportunities I'm blessed with. I will be playing the role of Ajay, who is coupled with Tulsi and Mihir's adoptive daughter' Paridhi 'Pari' Virani, played by Shagun Sharma."
Nirvaan added that Ajay is a positive and responsible individual.
'He belongs to an orthodox family, with lots of twists in the story he is married to Paridhi. They will share a love-hate relationship. However Ajay will always support his wife and stand with her in every situation," the actor said.
Nirvaan revealed his family was excited with his collaboration with Ekta Kapoor's popular show.
"My family was overwhelmed with emotions. My mom was the happiest as she used to watch a 3-4 year old Nirvaan dancing on the introductory tune during the first edition of the show.'
'She informed all her friends and all my relatives and has requested them to tune in to Star Plus every night at 10:30 pm just to watch me. In short, my parents are more excited than I am."
Talking about sharing screen space with Smriti Irani, he said, "Smriti Irani mam is a TV industry icon. I was nervous initially when I was about to perform my scenes in front of her and with her but as we rehearsed I got comfortable."
'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2' also stars Rohit Suchanti, Hiten Tejwani, Gauri Pradhan, Shakti Anand, Kamalika Guha Thakurta, Ketaki Dave, Ankit Bhatia, Barkha Bisht among others.

Tannisha Mehta, who made her television debut with Shubh Laabh – Aapkey Ghar Mein returns to the home screen with the most-awaited show of the year, Kyuki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi Season 2. The actress, who is playing the role of Vrinda in the new season, is thrilled to be a part of this iconic show. Tanisha spoke about being part of the show, her journey into the acting industry. She also opened up about how she took acting as her career and the bold step of moving to India after being raised in New Zealand and Australia. Tanisha Mehta's Struggle With Indian Accent When asked how challenging it was to adapt the strong Indian accent, after being born and raised in New Zealand and Australia, Tanisha stated, 'I have put in a lot of work on my Hindi, from taking Hindi and Urdu classes to attending diction and voice modulation workshops." The actress noted that she watched television for countless hours, constantly listened to podcasts, recorded her auditions and honed her skills by continuously listening to her records and making corrections. She mentioned, 'It hasn't been easy, but with consistent effort, practice truly does lead to success." Tanisha Mehta's Role In Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi In Smriti Irani and Amar Upadhyay's show, Tanisha steps in as Vrinda Patel. According to GQ, the couple also own a plush residence in London. They own a luxurious villa in North Goa that they named Villa Eterna. The couple stay at the expansive villa during their beach holidays in Goa and have also opened the gates of the property for guests and have listed the property available for rent. Earlier, the couple opened the gates of Villa Eterna to Curly Tales. The villa is located near the village of Moira in North Goa. The villa is made with Portuguese-style architecture but has all the modern facilities. The first thing that welcomes you as you enter the villa is a massive swimming pool. The house is kind of built around the swimming pool, which is connected to an aesthetic gazebo. The villa is surrounded by lush greens and provides utmost privacy to people staying in it. The patio area near the swimming pool opens to a lush green lawn which has a maintained garden with tall trees of the area. Beside the lawn, the house also has a century-old well that has been restored and covered. The villa comes with five bedrooms which are designed in different unique styles. They are cozy, beautiful, and come with wooden beds and sofas, and at the same time open to the lush lawn of the property. Some rooms also provide a view of the swimming pool. The ground floor of the house also has a massive dining area, with even the crockery handpicked by Ajay and Kajol themselves. Not just the interiors, the house is also inviting when looked at from the outside. It has a huge water wall fountain that gives it the vacation and beachy vibes and also the sound of the water gives it a calm environment. The house also comes with the facility of an in-house chef that can make multi-cuisine meals on demand. The house is decorated with chandeliers and art that is also handpicked by the couple. The villa also comes with a lift that takes you to the first floor where a wall shows Ajay and Kajol's photos from their different films. The villa also has a beautiful outdoor sitting space that is surrounded by trees and is furnished with the most comfortable sofas and chairs. This outdoor area also has a bar and gives a feel of a cozy nook of the house where you can spend time after dining, chatting with guests and enjoying the pure air and greenery of Goa. The villa is managed by the Taj Group and is available for rent at a listed price of Rs 75,000 per night, with a maximum capacity of 12 adults. However, according to GQ India, the actual rental cost ranges between Rs 1.10 lakh and Rs 1.30 lakh per night, excluding taxes and fees.
