Australian star shocks as she wears 'lingerie mini skirt' with G-string detailing at US movie premiere
Samara Weaving modelled the bizarre garment as she walked the 'black' carpet at the Aero Theatre in Santa Monica.
The 'lingerie mini skirt', which retails for $2,352 at Wiederhoeft, features black underwear detailing with a garter-belt design to match.
Two black bows fixed to the hem complete the odd look.
The former Home and Away star, 33, paired the piece with a black corset top by the same designer, which is priced at $6,297.
Samara, who highlighted her genetically blessed features with a minimal makeup look, paired the outfit with black stockings and matching pumps.
She added several designer rings to her look, including a Cartier diamond and onyx band which sell for up to $40,000 at luxury second-hand stores.
Samara plays the starring role in Eenie Meanie, portraying a skilled getaway driver who just can't seem to get away from her reckless ex-boyfriend.
Eenie Meanie is a high-speed thriller written and directed by Shawn Simmons in his feature directorial debut.
Samara will be joined by Karl Glusman, Jermaine Fowler, Marshawn Lynch, Randall Park, Steve Zahn, and Andy Garcia.
The Adelaide-born star has made a name for herself as a 'scream queen' after starring in films such as Ready or Not, Scream VI, The Babysitter, and Azrael.
Earlier this year, she was busy promoting her recent film Borderline in a number of interviews and social media posts.
The dark comedy thriller tells the story of a popstar whose home is broken into by an obsessive fan who believes they are betrothed.
One of the producers of the film is none other than Hollywood heavyweight Margot Robbie, who also starred with Samara in the Damien Chazelle-directed Babylon.

Frequently mistaken for fellow Aussie Margot, 35, Samara revealed last year the two women are actually great friends and like to catch up in Los Angeles.
Margot's husband Tom Ackerley and Samara's husband Jimmy Warden are great mates too.
'We met five or six years ago. She's great; our husbands are like best friends,' the actress told Stellar Magazine.
'I have a really good group of girlfriends in LA—a lot of Aussies—and we really try to make time for each other and hang out, go for dinners, and leave the husbands at home.
'It's so important to have that in LA because it can get really overwhelming.'

New Focus Friend app wants to help users reclaim their attention
Hank Green's new app, Focus Friend, has surged to the number one position on Apple's free app chart, outperforming ChatGPT, Google, and Threads. The app is an ADHD-friendly focus timer designed to help users reclaim their attention and gamify productivity by blocking distractions. It features a customizable 'bean' character that knits rewards when users stay focused, but drops its needles if attention is lost. Users can trade the bean's knitted items for decorations to customize its room, encouraging healthier screen time in a Tamagotchi-style format. Launched in July, the app's popularity exploded this week following increased social media promotion by Hank Green and his brother, John Green.

George Lucas museum set to open in Los Angeles in 2026
The Lucas Museum of Narrative Art, a $1 billion project envisioned by Star Wars creator George Lucas and Mellody Hobson, is nearing completion in Exposition Park, Los Angeles. Set to open in 2026, the futuristic 300,000-square-foot building, designed by Mad Architects, appears to 'float' above the ground with no right angles. The five-story museum will house over 10,000 pieces from Lucas's collection, described as one of the world's most significant collections of narrative art. Its extensive collection includes comics, illustrations, paintings, photographs, moving images, sculptures, film memorabilia, and cinematic archives such as the Historic Lucasfilm Archive. Visitors will find gallery spaces, a 299-seat cinema, a library, dining options, and a rooftop terrace offering panoramic city views, reflecting the museum's aim to celebrate dialogue and inclusivity.
