Jennifer Aniston, 56, flaunts her toned physique in a plunging black bodysuit as she sizzles in new ad campaign

Daily Mail10-07-2025
Jennifer Aniston ensured all eyes were on her as she posed up a storm in a plunging black bodysuit for a new ad campaign.
The Friends star, 56, who boasts one of the most toned figures in Hollywood, participated in a new strength campaign with fitness brand Pvolve.
In the pictures, the actress looked nothing short of sensational as she handled the fitness equipment to promote the Pvolve workout, designed by women for women.
She flashed her very muscular arms as she modelled a skintight one-piece with a wide belt.
Pvolve has teamed up with Jennifer to educate women on the importance of resistance training for building strength in both body and mind.
Jennifer came up with the concept for the campaign herself, which was shot by celebrity photographer Zoey Grossman.
The celebrity credits Pvolve with making her 'stronger than ever,' and encourages others to find a workout they love regardless of their fitness ability or age.
Speaking about the campaign, she said: 'Moving my body has always been important to me, and as we now know from the data, strength training is of the utmost importance to staying healthy and active as we age.
'After training with Pvolve for almost four years, I've learned there's so much we can do to counteract the natural changes our bodies experience.
'And with the Pvolve Method, we can become stronger than ever.'
The Pvolve Method focuses on functional fitness with all three planes of motion - side-to-side, front-to-back, and rotational.
Julie Cartwright, President of Pvolve, said: 'Our method is designed to address the unique needs of women, who often face hormonal changes and life transitions that require special consideration in fitness, with an emphasis on building lasting strength.
'Historically, many workouts have been built around men's physiology, with women expected to adapt.
'So, we decided to take a different approach, though the workout is equally effective for men.'
It comes after DailyMail.com talked to the Friends star's personal trainer Dani Coleman about how she maintains her lithe shape - and it shockingly does not involve tons of painful 'crunches.'
'She loves a challenging workout, and it's been so rewarding over these last four years to see her strength grow,' said Dani, who pops up on Aniston's Instagram page now and then.
The exact sculpting approach she uses with Jennifer is layered.
'I train Jen through all three of Pvolve's signature formats: Strength & Sculpt, Sculpt & Burn, and Progressive Weight Training,' Dani shared with DailyMail.com.
'We utilise unique resistance equipment and heavier weights to build overall mobility, stability, cardiovascular health, and strength. Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up, followed by strength training and small cardio bursts.
'Within our sessions, we place a heavy focus on form to help prevent injury and conclude each session with a proper cool-down.'
Jennifer works out every day.
'Some days it's a full hour, other times it's a quicker session. We focus on creating a rhythm that feels sustainable and adjust to meet the demands of her busy schedule,' said the workout enthusiast.
Turns out the Emmy winning ex-wife of Brad Pitt is a delight to train.
'Working with Jen has been a dream come true,' Dani told DailyMail.com. 'Between our workouts, playlists, and of course the occasional cameos by her pups during our sessions, it's always a good time training together.'
And the size two 56-year-old Jennifer - who has been seen vacationing with a hypnotist this month in photos obtained by DailyMail.com - puts in the hours.
'She always shows up ready to work. Her consistency, discipline, and strength are truly inspiring to witness firsthand,' said Coleman.
The story behind Jennifer's Core Collection is not what one would expect.
'Most times when people think about training their 'core,' they think of endless crunches on a mat. However, at Pvolve, we train your core 360 and functionally. In other words, we cover every part of your core, not just your abdominals.
'We also train you to engage your core in the daily movement patterns you perform.
'In these workouts, you will build core strength that sets you up for success, ranging from completing daily tasks to increasing your performance.
'The workouts are efficient, effective, and suitable for all levels. You can check out Jen's Core Collection to experience some of our favorite exercises we do together.'
And Coleman also named Aniston's favorite workout.
'Pvolve. Whether we're training together or she's on the go, Pvolve's omnichannel approach keeps her moving, wherever she is.
'In fact, you can catch me on demand, in our live virtual studio, or at our West Hollywood, California studio, and experience this incredible workout firsthand with me.'

Are Sydney Sweeney and Machine Gun Kelly a couple? He won't answer

Machine Gun Kelly appeared on 'Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen' and avoided directly answering a viewer's question about dating Sydney Sweeney. The rapper's appearance followed recent speculation about his relationship with Sweeney, fuelled by a video of them hugging and her appearance in one of his Instagram posts. Sydney Sweeney reportedly ended her engagement to Jonathan Davino in March and confirmed she was single in May, while Machine Gun Kelly's engagement to Megan Fox concluded last Thanksgiving. During the interview, Machine Gun Kelly also suggested he might be part-alien, citing his rapid healing and his mother's claim of having been abducted. He further discussed his practice of water fasting, recounting an experience where he fasted for four days during the Los Angeles wildfires, evacuating his home while in a 'delirious state'.

Disney fans react over 'obnoxious' park behavior

Published: | Updated: A fierce debate about filming at Disney World has erupted online after one streamer was called out for their 'rude' and 'obnoxious' behavior, even prompting cast members to weigh in. A Disney guest recently took to the popular WaltDisneyWorld section of Reddit , where they shared a picture of someone holding up an array of cameras and filming equipment while walking around the park. The unidentified man had a camera mount in both of his hands, and each one was attached to an iPhone as well as a portable charger and a slew of other wires. He held the devices above his head, surely making it a challenge to see what was happening for those standing behind him. 'Anyone else think this is just obsessive and obscene?' the Reddit user asked about the contraption. It sparked a heated argument about the topic, as hoards of people rushed to the comment section to share their thoughts. Many people agreed with the poster, and one person, claiming to be a Disney Cast Member, even chimed in about their experience with people filming content at the parks. 'Being a [cast member] sucks when it comes to this,' the user admitted. 'Yes, some influencers will ask permission to film us, especially involving pin videos. However, many exploit us for content. 'People generally don't realize that performing isn't just limited to entertainment. Every [cast member] is always putting on a show. 'Disney is always watching. Hearing these influencers stretch the truth, or leave out pertinent details as a "hack" grinds my gears.' Others shared their own experiences with people filming or holding multiple devices at the parks. '[Something like this] was in front of us during EPCOT's fireworks show last time we went. And she kept waving it in our faces. It was rude,' one person shared. 'Absolutely. I can't stand people who regularly live stream in the parks, [to be honest],' another wrote. 'I've had multiple instances where someone wasn't paying attention to anyone around them because they were streaming and either walked into us/in front of us, or were just being loud in an area that didn't warrant it, etc. It's incredibly obnoxious, especially when they have rigs or multiple camera setups like this.' Someone else said: 'We saw this today. Blocking off their space with all their cameras and tech and then getting mad when people move around them or get in their shot. 'I don't even mean close to show time. I mean hours and hours before the parade.' 'And incredibly annoying. Had a guy like that in front of me at fireworks one night- had to move as his lights were bright enough it actually interfered with the firework show,' read a fourth comment. A different user admitted: 'Disney influencers like this take the magic out of visiting the parks. Disney World is a place to escape the world and enter one of whimsy and fantasy.' They added: 'Disney really needs to start limiting the kind of filming equipment people can bring into the parks. 'I've seen people with tripods setting up shots as if they were filming a movie and acting like they can direct people to stay out of their shots, like they are filming an episode of Modern Family or Full House. A few people wondered why the man's mounts were allowed, given that Disney has a rule about selfie sticks. 'How is this allowed, but selfie sticks are not? If anything, I blame Disney for the inconsistency,' one person wondered. 'They don't allow selfie sticks, but this rig is OK?' someone else questioned.
