A brand-new, relaxing sea-floating breathwork experience is now in Dubai. The weekly event sees a group of up to 50 people float off the coast of Palm Jumeirah under the moonlight while they're guided through breathwork rituals. For those uninitiated with breathwork, it's a set of breathing practices which are said to influence a person's mental, emotional and physical state.
